Психологические особенности потенциальной виктимности курсантов (на примере курсантов образовательных организаций ФСИН России)

Context and relevance. As a result of the conducted scientific analysis, it was revealed that victimization in cadets can manifest itself in a potential form. The potential victimization of a cadet's personality is a risk factor for the manifestation of victim behavior in a victimogenic situation. Objective. To study the psychological characteristics of the potential victimization of cadets in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Methods and materials. 366 cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia took part in the study. As a result of data clustering (based on the results obtained using the methodology "Research of propensity to victim behavior" by O.O. Andronnikova), two groups of cadets were identified: the potentially victimized type, which included cadets with average scores on the scales of the questionnaire, the non-victim type, which included cadets with low scores on the scales of the questionnaire. In the course of an empirical study, the significance of differences between groups of cadets of potentially victimized and non-victim type was analyzed according to the indicators of the methods proposed in the study. Results. The scheme of the model of potential victimization of a cadet's personality in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (the structure of which consists of motivational-value, cognitive, behavioral and emotional components) is described. Conclusions. The potential victimization of a cadet in an educational institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is an integrative characteristic that includes a set of psychological qualities and traits of a cadet's personality that can increase the likelihood of victim behavior in a victimogenic situation.

Hyperspectral remote sensing images (HSIs) provide invaluable information for environmental and agricultural monitoring, yet they are often degraded by atmospheric haze, which distorts spatial and spectral content and hinders downstream analysis. Progress in hyperspectral dehazing has been limited by the absence of paired real-haze benchmarks; most prior studies rely on synthetic haze or unpaired data, restricting fair evaluation and generalization. We present HyperHazeOff, the first comprehensive benchmark for hyperspectral dehazing that unifies data, tasks, and evaluation protocols. It comprises (i) RRealHyperPDID, 110 scenes with paired real-haze and haze-free HSIs (plus RGB images), and (ii) RSyntHyperPDID, 2616 paired samples generated using a physically grounded haze formation model. The benchmark also provides agricultural field delineation and land classification annotations for downstream task quality assessment, standardized train/validation/test splits, preprocessing pipelines, baseline implementations, pretrained weights, and evaluation tools. Across six state-of-the-art methods (three RGB-based and three HSI-specific), we find that hyperspectral models trained on the widely used HyperDehazing dataset fail to generalize to real haze, while training on RSyntHyperPDID enables significant real-haze restoration by AACNet. HyperHazeOff establishes reproducible baselines and is openly available to advance research in hyperspectral dehazing.

The article discusses the current problems of spiritual and moral education of convicts in Russia. A theoretical and legal analysis of the provisions of the category of legal awareness of convicts is given, since in conditions of isolation of a person from society, there is a tendency to deform legal awareness. The article describes the directions of spiritual and moral education of convicts in places of deprivation of liberty. It is concluded that the activities of the assistants to the heads of regional departments of the Federal Penitentiary Service in organizing work with believers should be comprehensive and orient all involved clergy to its implementation. The program of their activities should emphasize the regional aspect of the functioning of the territorial body of the Federal Penitentiary Service and take into account significant events in the country.

The purpose of the article is to identify the most effective methods of motivating alcohol-dependent convicts to participate in treatment and rehabilitation programs and completely abstain from alcohol consumption. To achieve this goal, the motives for refusing further alcohol intake and participation of convicts in various treatment and rehabilitation programs were identified, which were divided into general (physical health problems, fear of losing their family and loved ones, the motive of striving for stability in life, to prove their worth to themselves) and specific (motivation to avoid entering correctional institutions institutions in the future, motivation to improve the conditions of serving a sentence in a penal colony, motive for physical and psychological safety).
Read moreMethods of Topological Analysis for Generating More Informative Synthetic Features Based on Support Chains and Arbitrary Metric Distance Functions
The paper presents an analysis of the formalism of topological approach to analyzing poorly formalized problems based on the fundamental concepts of functional analysis. The results of the analysis made it possible to formulate a plethora of new approaches to the definition of the lattice estimates and of the ways of introducing metrics on lattices which arise over the topologies of the feature values. In particular, the use of so-called “support chains” to analyze Boolean lattices formed over Zhuravlev-regular sets of precedents allowed here to formulate a cutting-edge research area that consists in replacing the estimates of the lattice elements with certain types of the functions and/or of the vectors. The analysis also allowed to propose several new approaches to a systematic study of semiempirical (tunable) distance functionals known from the literature. These functional are applied as means to generate feature descriptions in the course of solving various applied problems. The analysis of the precedents’ relations between the feature values and the target variable as sets of interactions of Boolean lattice elements indicated the possibility of generating synthetic features using metric distance functions. The paper formulates a few of perspective approaches for (1) estimating the relevance (or “informativeness”) of the metrics in respect to the problems to be solved and for (2) generation/selection of synthetic features, more informative than the initial feature descriptions (that generated the topology and the corresponding lattice). The paper also presents the results of experimental testing the algorithmic approaches based on the formalism developed. The computational experiments were performed with 2400 independent datasets from ProteomicsDB dealing with “molecule-numerical property” type of data. The experiments allowed to produce quite efficient algorithms for predicting numerical properties of the molecules (rank correlation in cross-validation was found to be 0.90 ± 0.23 when averaged over the 2400 datasets). The analysis of the results of experimentation indicated the metrics that most often generate the most informative synthetic features and the forms of corrective operations characterized by the best generalization capacity.

The article discusses the main provisions of legal regulation and the specifics of the procedure for the sale and write-off of released property in the bodies and institutions of the penal system. The authors have revealed an algorithm of actions for the sale and write-off of property objects assigned to the institution by the right of operational management. It is noted that the write-off of federal property without the permission of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is not allowed, since such an action contradicts the regulations governing these issues. The procedure for the release and sale of movable property is investigated, including the criteria established by federal accounting standards for public sector organizations to which such property must meet. A detailed description of the mechanism of budgetary accounting of property recognized as inactive is given when it is sold or written off if it is impossible to carry out the sale procedure.
