One of the main features of the activities of oil and gas exploration enterprises is the presence of geographically remote areas, work in which, usually, carried out on a rotational basis. Therefore, there are certain risks, which should be kept under constant review, this implies the need to develop tools to control economic security. The article presents the methodology for the development of economic security control tools for oil and gas industry enterprises.

The experience of testing of joints on pop rivets, which formed the basis of design standards, is considered. Experience of testing joints on pop rivets of sheets having bulge, carried out at the Metal and Wood Structures Chair of the Samara State Technical University is given. According to the test results, the maximum load on the joints was obtained, which turned out to be 20% higher than the value determined by the design standards for similar joints, but without bulge

The object of study is low-alloyed boron-containing structural steels. The research method is analysis of the deoxidation effect on the boron uptake degree and the quality of the metal according to the statistical processing of current production meltings. The objective is to determine the optimum degree of steel deoxidation in order to obtain stable mechanical properties of the finished metal. The distinguishing features of boron steels production have been analyzed. It has been shown that the efficiency of microalloying with boron depends on the deoxidation technology and heat treatment in the production cycle. Under Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (MMKI) conditions, the absence of heat treatment departments for thin rolled products and the limited variability of operations for thick rolled products restricts the possibility of producing boron-containing steels. The structure of boron-containing steels production over the period from 2016 till 2018 has been analyzed. It has been shown that these are mainly medium-carbon structural steels of the common product range, alloyed with manganese and aluminum. In the absence of modern means of secondary treatment, boron microalloying (PB 20, lumps of 10-50 mm in size) is carried out after complete deoxidation of the metal, while the degree of boron absorption is quite substantial and amounts to 77-92%. Using A36 steel as an example, the basic mechanical properties of finished rolled products have been analyzed. The stabilization of mechanical properties within narrower limits and the possibility to reduce the aluminum consumption by 8-10% are considered to be the result of boron positive effect on the steel quality. The optimal content of acid-soluble aluminum in metal should be 0,028-0,032%. Saving aluminum will make it possible to use stronger nitride-forming elements such as titanium to stabilize the quality indicators of the finished metal

It is proposed to this article, examine how children, to freely play in spaces not intended for leisure, they relate to each other and interact with the urban space. It is considered essential to understand the way some _1345 children still relate to the urban environment, considering that, gradually, they use it less and many of them no longer identify with their city, nor recognize it as his own. Stakeholding map and abstraction ladder, methodological tools of research centered on the user, were explored during the study in which children were observed on the overpass High Costa e Silva, known as "Minhoco" in the central region of So Paulo. The visual data collection protocol was performed by non-participant observation and analysis, at predefined time intervals, some general aspects such as the presence of parents and responsible adults, participation or not of these in play, the age of children and classification of recurrent situations -that emerged as the data were being collected and evaluated. Configured is thus four ways of appropriation of urban space in question. They are: walking on the short wall; walk on the letter; generate paths; challenge of climbing and balancing. Establish a new look to play in order to stimulate it or exploit it, aiming to happen in the richest form, it represents a challenge for the complex and multidisciplinary activity designer.

The article contains the analysis of the experience and the results of the test center of rail car-building products. It describes methodology and analysis of results of the tests (static strength, strength at the collision, calculated and experimental evaluation of the fatigue resistance of the structure of the rail car), included in the scope of preliminary tests of the prototype of the universal platform car, model 13-9990-01. The main objective of the static strength testing was to evaluate the strength, the bearing capacity of the structure of the car. Test for strength in the collision was carried out for experimental test of design strength and stability of the rail car at the specified test modes of the collision. Registration of strain in structural elements of the rail car was performed using strain gauges. Obtained allocations of stress on the elements of the rail car are presented and evaluated. During the third type of preliminary tests the verification of compliance with norms of the reserve fatigue resistance of the structure was carried out. According to the results of tests the conclusion about conformity of rail car to requirements of the car design documentation, technical specifications and regulations was made. It was concluded that the maximum stress in the structural elements of the rail car under the quasi-static load and in the collisions, as well as indicators of fatigue resistance of the structure of the rail car are within permitted. Obtained results serve for future comparison with the data of numerical analysis by the finite element method.

Although fast sodium current (INa) plays a major role in the generation and conduction of the cardiac impulse, the electrophysiological characteristics of INa in isolated human ventricular myocytes have not yet been fully described. We characterized the human ventricular INa of enzymatically isolated myocytes using whole cell voltage-clamp techniques. Sixty myocytes were isolated from ventricular specimens obtained from 22 patients undergoing open-heart surgery. A low temperature (17 degrees C) and Na+ concentration in the external solution (5 or 10 mM) allowed good voltage control and facilitated the measurement of INa. Cs+ was substituted for K+ in both internal and external solutions to block K+ currents, and F- was added to the internal solution to block Ca2+ current. INa was activated at a voltage threshold of approximately -70 mV, and maximal inward current was obtained at approximately -30 mV (holding potential = -140 mV). The voltage dependence of steady-state INa availability (h infinity) was sigmoidal with half inactivation occurring at -97.3 +/- 1.1 mV and a slope factor of 5.77 +/- 0.10 mV (n = 60). We did not detect any significant differences in these parameters in cells from patients with a variety of disease states, with or without congestive heart failure. The overlap in voltage dependence of h infinity and Na+ conductance suggested the presence of a Na+ "window" current. An inactivation time course was voltage dependent and was fitted best by the sum of two exponentials. The rate of recovery from inactivation also was voltage dependent and fitted by the sum of two exponentials.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
