Cooperative Development of NETL Electrode Engineering Process for SOFC Commercialization (Final Report)
The objectives of the proposed work are to mature the NETL electrode engineering technique to enhance the activity and stability of tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) cathode electrodes in a cost-effective way and to demonstrate its commercial viability through SOFC stack testing. These overall objectives were realized through the following goals: 1) Reduction of baseline area-specific resistance (ASR) of tubular SOFC cathodes; 2) Mitigation of the long-term (>2000 h) degradation rate of tubular SOFC cathodes; 3) Demonstration of SOFC stack operation for commercially acceptable efficiency and performance.

Developing a Proficiency‐Oriented Curriculum at the Secondary Level
ABSTRACT Given the many real constraints imposed on secondary teachersand the feelings of some that they lack sufficient background to become highly involved in curriculum development, teachers, who are key to curricular success or failure, often do not assume active roles in the curriculum development process. A recent experience in a small Massachusetts community demonstrates that this need not be the case.
