The application of flour is determined by the composition of its starch and storage proteins. Previously isolated diploid waxy wheat is known to be amylose-free and possesses the same amylopectin structure as the wild-type. To reveal its characteristics, starch, protein, lipid, fiber, gluten, and allergen contents and rheological properties were analyzed and compared to its parental wild-type diploid wheat and commercially available hexaploid wheats. The results showed that the starch content of diploid waxy wheat was similar, but its protein, lipid, and fiber contents were higher than that of the wild-type. In addition, diploid waxy wheat produced high levels of gluten unlike its wild-type while its allergen level was similar to its wild-type. The storage modulus of diploid waxy wheat was significantly lower than that of other wheat lines at high temperatures. These results suggest that diploid waxy wheat holds different characteristics from hexaploid wheats for food processing.

Islamic education learning at the elementary school level is one type of learning that focuses on instilling students' spiritual values. This research aims to improve elementary school students' learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning by implementing an articulation type cooperative model. This research uses a classroom action research method with a Kemmis & Mc Taggart design. This research step in each cycle consists of four, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were fourth grade elementary school students. Data was collected using observation and test techniques. The research results show that the application of the articulation type cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning in elementary schools. Therefore, this learning model can be used as an alternative solution to the problem of low student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning in elementary schools.

The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a landmark policy that aims at overhauling the education system in India. It has met with mixed reactions from students, with some praising its ambitious goals and others expressing concerns about its implementation. This research uses social media analysis to understand students' perspectives on the NEP in its early stages of implementation. The study analysed social media posts of undergraduate students studying under the NEP in selected institutions of Karnataka. The findings of the research highlight the evolving nature of student ideas, indicating a growing emphasis on social responsibility in their thinking. The most prominent keywords extracted from the social media posts were digital literacy, gender sensitisation, social responsibility, eliminate rote learning (experiential learning), multi-disciplinary learning and extracurricular activities.

This paper is devoted to the development of a methodology suitable to be used to determine the impact of the grid integration of wind farms in distribution networks that are also supplied with other classical generation facilities based on thermal and hydraulic energy. The methodology is based on an automated analysis system that varies the level of the electric generation for both the hydraulic and thermal generators by using PSS, Phyton and Matlab. The user can define multiple scenarios considering wind, thermal and hydraulic generators so the line capacity can be computed and compared in order to know where the systembottleneck is located and which situations occur. All the results computed can be analysed in a single or compared way by using tables and plots and considering the static rate of the distribution lines. The developed system can also be applied to the computation of the sensitivity of the power flow to the variation of the parameters that define the power system.

Systemic amyloidosis is a group of diseases associated with extracellular deposition of fibrillar proteins, resulting in the loss of normal organ structure and function. AL-amyloidosis occurs when amyloid is deposited, consisting of full-length lambda or kappa immunoglobulin light chains, or fragments thereof. This article describes the complexity of timely diagnosis of systemic AL-amyloidosis with a predominant heart lesion in the absence of myocardial hypertrophy on the example of an elderly patient in whom the leading manifestation of the disease was heart failure with a preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.

Globaliseeruvas ühiskonnas muutub järjest olulisemaks mitme keele õppimine juba koolieelses eas. Pakkumaks eesti ja vene emakeelega lastele võrdseid võimalusi teise keele omandamiseks, avati 2015. aasta sügisel Eestis esimesed kahesuunalise keelekümbluse rühmad. Artikli eesmärk on anda nelja esimese kahesuunalise keelekümbluse rühma laste vanemate kirjalikule küsitlusele tuginedes ülevaade lastevanemate ootustest, kogemustest ja hinnangutest programmi tulemuslikkusele lapsega kodus räägitavast keelest lähtuvalt. Summary

This paper describes the use of remotely sensed data to measure vegetation variables such as basal area, biomass and stand volume. The objective of this research was developed regression models to estimate basal area (BA), aboveground biomass (AGB), and stand volume (SV) using Landsat-based vegetation indices. The examined vegetation indices were SAVI, MSAVI, EVI, NBR, NBR2 and NDMI. Regression models were developed based on least-squared method using several forms of equation, i.e., linear, exponential, power, logarithm and polynomial. Among those models, it was recognized that the best fit of model was obtained from the exponential model, log (y) = ax + b for estimating BA, AGB & SV. The MSAVI had been identified as the most accurate independent variable to estimates basal area with R² of 0.70 and average verification values of 16.39% (4%32.66%); while the EVI become the best independent variable for estimating aboveground biomass (AGB) with R2 of 0.72 and average of verification values of 18,10% (9%-28.01%); and the NDMI was recognized to be the best independent variable to estimate stand volume with R2 of 0.69 and average of verification values of 24.37% (-15%-38.11%).

Risk management practice becomes an integral part of the management system of the medical institution. The deployment of risk management system contributes to the sustainable development of the organization by enhancing the decision making process and ensuring a balance between risks and opportunities. The risk management tools within the approaches of COSO, ISO and JCI standards, which, from the author’s point of view, can be effective for the management of typical risks of a medical diagnostic institution, are considered in the article.
