The human mind is scientifically formed as a result of the impact of several institutions and the most important educational institution,This highlights the role of the university, which not only provides knowledge and information, but also removes the abnormal ideas and deviant attitudes from the minds of students and immunize them with sound ideas that result in positive behavior.- The problem of research / general goal is reflected in the recognition of the role of the university in achieving moderate intellectual security in the student, by identifying the effectiveness of its basic elements in this area and the use of traditional means to strengthen the thought and maintain the integrity of intellectual disinformation through destabilizing the security inside University and put Western ideas do not fit the Iraqi reality.Sample Survey: A sample of the research: The community and sample of the research in the University of Babylon included a sample of the teaching staff, from the scientific and humanities colleges, and the sample studied was (120) respondents "of both sexes. Field and field data disaggregation by means of the questionnaire. The most important results are:-1 believe that the administration entrenched values of respect for thought within.2- The largest proportion are those who interact with what is exposed to the community of intellectual issues 3 - The largest proportion believe that the university curricula develop a sense of homeland security.Recommendations:3. Activate the role of the university to enhance intellectual security as it seeks to immunize young minds of distorted thought.4. Enable faculty members to do their part in guiding young people towards sound and safe ideas.5. Enhance the curriculum with analysis, synthesis and reasoning skills.Conclusion: They believe that the administration entrenches the values of respect for thought within it from the teachers who are interacting with the intellectual issues that the society is exposed to. And promote the role of sound belief, and also believe that university curricula develop a sense of homeland security
