We present the rationale and implementation examples of an architecture and design of the REST service tier APIs in a Java web-based stack, optimized in design towards performance in fetching and manipulating hundreds of thousands of collected ambiental and patient activity sensed IoT data (mostly on air quality/pollution) in rich web UI interactive dashboarding exploratory analytics, to study of the possible effects and influences of environmental and daily living ambient and activity factors on the aetiology and progression of dire chronic neurodegenerative diseases of Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple sclerosis (MS).

Determining the solvability of equations has been an extended and fundamental study in Mathematics. The local-global principle states two objects are equivalent globally if and only if they are equivalent locally at all places. By applying this principle, the Hasse - Minkowski theorem is able to identify the existence of rational solutions of an equation. This paper explores the applications of the Hasse-Minkowski theorem to homogeneous quadratic forms in two and three variables. After providing some of the necessary proofs and definitions, we have been able to introduce some complete computer programs implementing the Hasse-Minkowski theorems and Legendre theorem with some supporting functions like the Eratosthenes sieve.This article was retracted on January 03, 2022.

Podocytopathies include a wide spectrum of primary or secondary glomerular diseases that are the consequence of the podocyte injuries. The damage of podocytes can occur due to congenital or acquired disorders of podocyte transcriptional regulators, altered components of the slit diaphragm complex, abnormal assembly, or function of the actin-based cytoskeleton, dysfunction of membranes or cytoplasmic proteins, and mitochondrial injury. Podocytes reactions to injurious stimulus include FP effacement, apoptosis, and loss of podocyte, developmental arrest associated by mild proliferative activity, and dedifferentiation with moderated proliferation. Based on histopathological findings, podocytopathy may be diagnosed such as minimal change nephropathy; focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, diffuse mesangial sclerosis, or collapsing glomerulopathy while in relation to their etiology can be categorized as idiopathic, genetic, and reactive. Podocytopathies may be diagnosed due to podocyte morphological changes, immunohistochemistry, circulating and urine biomarkers, and genetic analysis. The primary clinical focus in prevention should be to reduce the factors that can damage the podocytes and cause hyperperfusion/hypertrophy of the glomerulus. Nowadays, control of systemic and intra glomerular hypertension by pharmacological blockade of angiotensin II is a central in the prevention strategy, while regeneration of podocytes by stem cells is therapeutic strategy of the future.

This research investigates about the use of TPRC strategy to improve reading achievement in descriptive text of the eleventh graders of MTS Nurul Falah Kutapandan . The research is conducted based on the main problems: (1) Is there any significant difference in reading achievement using descriptive text between students who are taught by using TPRC strategy and those who are not? (2) Does TPRC strategy give contribution to the students’ better achievement in reading and listening skills or not? To answer the questions, the researcher collect data from 64 students as a sample in two classes, one class as experimental research method. The researcher chosen two classes as a sample while class eight graders is experiment method, the data is gathered through pre-test and post-test. The result data were analyzed by calculated by using SPSS 21 version. Based on the result paired sample t-test in reading there were found: first, the mean score of pretest in the experimental group was 58.37 and posttest was 79.78. Second, mean score of pretest in control group was 57.15 and posttest was 71.46.

As citizens’ age increases, smart cities must adapt to help them to age properly. The objective of the City4Age project is to create the future ambient assisted cities that will help the citizens to deal with mild cognitive impairments (MCI) and frailty. In this paper we present two of the tools developed during the project. The first one is a city-wide context-manager, which allows to store the citizens information using a semantic representation and share it following the linked open data paradigm. The second one are the individual care monitoring dashboards, which use the stored information to help the caregivers to analyze and interpret the citizens’ behaviour, allowing to detect risks related to MCI and frailty.
