With the gradual acceleration of the urbanization process, the construction industry has been developing rapidly. As the key link to ensure the quality and safety of the project, construction management and construction quality control are of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises and realize sustainable development. In this paper, the effective strategy of construction management and the effective strategy of construction quality control will be discussed in depth, aiming at providing useful management and quality control strategies for construction enterprises.

Effective application of digital integrated management and maintenance systems is essential for successful operation and maintenance management of bridge projects. This article analyzes the application strategy of such systems. It provides an overview of comprehensive digital management and maintenance of bridges, an analysis of the basic components of the integrated management and maintenance system, and its application strategies. This study aims to offer guidance for the application of the system and to improve the quality of modern bridge engineering management and maintenance work.

Im Labor kommt es oft vor, dass man nicht mit Reinsubstanzen, sondern mit Gemischen oder Losungen arbeitet. Hierbei machen die jeweiligen Wirkstoffe nur einen Teil der Gesamtmenge aus. Bei Feststoffgemischen wird der Anteil des Wirkstoffes in der Regel als Massenanteil angegeben. Bei Losungen dagegen als Massen- oder Stoffmengenkonzentration. Um mit letzterem rechnen zu konnen, wir eine kurze Einfuhrung zur chemischen Stoffmenge und den Begriff des Mol bzw. der Molmasse gegeben.

Im Biologielabor gibt es immer wieder Situationen, in denen einem Versuchstier eine bestimmte Menge eines Stoffes verabreicht oder auf einer Versuchsflache eine definierte Menge einer Substanz appliziert werden muss. Dabei steht man vor dem Problem, dass jedes Versuchstier unterschiedlich schwer oder die Versuchsflachen unterschiedlich gros sind. Um miteinander vergleichbare Resultate zu erhalten, mussen diese unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen standardisiert werden. In der Regel geschieht dies, indem definiert wird, welche Masse oder welches Volumen einem Versuchstier pro Kilogramm Korpermasse appliziert wird oder welche Mengen eines Stoffes pro Quadratmeter oder pro Hektar eingesetzt werden mussen. Solch standardisierte Mengen werden als Dosis bezeichnet.

Abstract A number of 4-alkyl- and 4-alkoxy-4′-cyanobiphenyls and 4-alkyl-4”-cyano-p-terphenyls with branched chains have been prepared. Marked depressions in the Liquid crystal transition temperatures have been observed relative to those for the corresponding n-alkyl derivatives, although the melting points are affected to a smaller extent. The viscosities of 10 wt% solutions of the individual branched-chain materials in the commercial mixture E7 have been determined at 0°C and 25°C and substantial increases in the measured bulk viscosities have been recorded.
