As the activities of scammers, hackers, and even occasionally reputable businesses continue to cast a shadow of uncertainty over the cryptocurrency space, the need for an effective risk assessment framework to manage the risk of fraud has never been more imperative. The rise of digital assets has led to an increase in scams and fraud, necessitating robust risk assessment frameworks. This paper introduces a novel risk monitoring system for digital asset transactions, focusing on source and destination round trips. Designed to mitigate risk in the decentralised crypto ecosystem, the framework powers Bilic's investigation and anti-money laundering tools.

Objectives: The study seeks to understand why there is a wide gap in the telemedicine service implementation and adoption in Nigeria, the existing evidence shows that less than 5% of such hospital information systems has been utilized in a country of more than 180 million people. Methodology: We applied in-depth semi-structured interviews approach such that the opinions of clinicians were sampled at two government hospitals in Nigeria to identify other principal users\' attributes affecting telemedicine implementation adoption from clinicians\' perspectives. The combination of the factors from literature and thematic analysis led to the formulation of telemedicine service adoption framework that highlights telemedicine implementation issues. Findings: The outcome of the study led to the establishment of a telemedicine implementation framework and recommendations for a feasible and sustainable telemedicine service adoption for clinicians in Nigeria. Drawing on the concept of liminality, we provide an alternative language for understanding how time, space, and power intersect to impact upon the relationship that individuals hold with themselves as “self.” A historical (re)contextualisation is presented that traces the genesis of a notable development in British war-time psychiatry, the “Northfield experiments,” to its contemporary parallels in the democratic therapeutic community in prisons and Psychologically Informed Planned Environments. Links are made between the development of these “liminal events” and aspects of Foucault’s works on the technologies/techniques of objectification and subjectification/self, his critique of the object of painting and his critical analytics of “other” spaces. It is argued that the therapeutic community can be (re)contextualised as a highly functional liminal event that held/holds significant implications for how patients subjectively experience(d) “self” as certain forms of psychological power and knowledge were/are given (material) effect within this point in time and space.

With the decline of wildlife due to, among other things, agricultural intensification, gardening for wildlife has an increasingly recognized role in the conservation of biodiversity and habitats. The United Kingdom (UK) Wildlife Trusts have a key role in the promotion of awareness and best practice of wildlife gardening. In spring 2001, a survey of all 46 United Kingdom County Wildlife Trusts was carried out, focussing on their level of awareness of the issue, whether they actively promoted it, and what literature they employ, and whether they form partnerships in implementing this project. The survey achieved an 83 percent reply rate. The Trusts carried out a wide variety of promotional activities, although its importance as an issue varied from Trust to Trust. Some Trusts have developed excellent promotional literature and strategies, but there could be a greater degree of sharing of ideas and cross fertilization to avoid ‘reinventing the wheel.’ Few Trusts had developed partnerships, although local government was the most frequent partner.

It has long been known that heavy metals, when in high enough concentration, have the potential to be both phytotoxic and zootoxic. Heavy metals are frequently found as contaminants in green waste. Any such waste that is subsequently segregated for composting theoretically has the potential to retain that possible contamination. To date, there have been a limited number of publications addressing this issue. Most reports have concentrated on the types of heavy metals found in compost and their acceptable levels, rather than the fate of heavy metal contaminants throughout the composting process. This investigation was aimed to identify the fate of cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) concentrations throughout a fourteen week composting cycle. The results of this study showed a general increase in the removal of Pb, Cu, Cr, and to a much smaller extent Zn, manifested by a decrease in their overall concentrations within the solid fraction of the final product, by 93, 49, 43, and 20 percent respectively. By contrast, there was no decrease in the overall concentration of Cd.
