The objective of the deliverable is to report on the activities carried out in Task 2.3 titled “Use case analysis and application scenarios” in WP2. The results of the task have been consolidated in this deliverable that offers support for the technical development and implementation of the SECANT platform. The deliverable adopts a systematic approach outlining different building blocks to be included in the SECANT cybersecurity platform, which brings together key stakeholders representing the medical professionals, supply chain logistics providers and ICT service providers, citizens, and potential partners and customers. One of the key actions of the task was to schedule and organise a businesscentric workshop in which specific use-cases and application scenarios have been elaborated. The workshop organised over a week, with two scheduled sessions included participation from WP2 partners, relevant pilot owners and technology providers. The input gathered during the workshop has been consolidated in the deliverable, which includes an outline of the scenario specification, actors to be involved in the relevant scenario. Subsequently for each of the use-case scenario, two forms of environmental resources have been considered namely (i) static and (ii) dynamic. The static section allows the pilot owners to define fixed infrastructure which would be made available during the pilot demonstrations. Such resources could include the access to medical devices, ambulance services and other healthcare solutions which are integral to the SECANT project demonstration. On the other hand, the dynamic scenario introduces the incremental variations to be commonly encountered within a use-case. The dynamic parameters of a use-case are derived based on the patient condition, the need for accessing medical devices based on the diagnostic requirements and other subsequent criteria. During the workshops, both static and dynamic constraints have been elaborated in detail, for each of the four use-cases. Additionally, a detailed review of the different use-cases was also considered to design and formalise the use-case requirements using standard templates which all the pilot partners have completed as outlined in Section 3. For each of the use-cases, the actors, the functionalities of the healthcare services being offered and subsequently the expected contribution of SECANT project are suitably outlined. Subsequently, various functionalities which will be offered to the different actors have been further elaborated. It is important to note that some of the functionalities offer a high-level representation of the user requirements, which would further be translated into a series of technical requirements. Lastly, for each of the use-case, a structure of IT network deployment has also been outlined, upon which SECANT platform could offer suitable interventions to secure the healthcare services. Finally, the deliverable summarises the key outcomes achieved in the task. The scenarios outlined in the deliverable will be further tested and validated in WP7 activities<br>
