The article examines the key aspects of strategic management in the construction sector under conditions of digital transformation, emphasizing the relevance of a comprehensive approach that considers the interrelation between the real estate market and financial leasing. Proposals for the implementation of digital development strategies are formulated, systemic barriers are outlined, and the impact of digital technologies on the dynamics of key indicators is visualized. A mechanism for interaction between stakeholders in construction, finance, and leasing activities is proposed. The aim of the study is to justify the role of strategic management based on digitalization, taking into account the influence of financial leasing on the development of the real estate market. The object of the study is the process of interaction between economic entities in the construction, financial, and leasing sectors under conditions of digitalization. The methodological foundation of the study is based on the dialectical approach, systems analysis, economic and statistical methods, comparative analysis, and the structural-functional approach. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, strategic management in the construction sector requires a rethinking of existing approaches, with due regard to the relationship between the real estate market and financial leasing mechanisms. The integration of digital technologies at all stages of investment and construction project implementation – from design to operation – necessitates the use of innovative management tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and investment attractiveness in the construction industry. As a result, mechanisms of interaction between digital platforms, leasing instruments, and developers are substantiated, which reduce investment barriers, improve operational transparency, and accelerate project implementation. It is established that the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM), smart contracts, digital platforms, and management systems allows for the optimization of financial leasing processes, improvement in communication among market participants, and enhancement of managerial decision-making quality. The practical value of the results lies in identifying strategic directions for the digital development of the construction sector, which contribute to improved housing accessibility, increased investment volumes, and more effective responses to changing real estate market demand.

This study provides an updated overview of primary care for children and adolescents across Europe, investigating how systems are evolving and identifying progress and persistent gaps in healthcare models, workforce challenges and digital health integration. This study draws implications for policy makers to improve the quality of paediatric care in Europe. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among national delegates of the European Academy of Paediatrics and the European Confederation of Primary Care Paediatricians. Respondents from 42 member countries provided standardised, national-level data on real-world implementation. Paediatrician-led, general practitioner-led, and combined models were reported in 28.6%, 26.2% and 45.2% of 42 countries, respectively. Eight countries (28.6%) changed their delivery models between 2010 and 2024, most transitioning toward combined care. Paediatricians' involvement declined with patient age, while general practitioners' involvement increased. Only 35.9% of countries achieved fully interoperable electronic health records. Preventive care delivery, adolescent health visits and training duration in primary paediatric care revealed critical gaps. Despite progress in care integration and digital uptake, major disparities remain for adolescents, digital infrastructure and training quality. Future paediatric primary care models must harmonise training, address regional disparities and invest in interoperable digital health systems to ensure equitable, high-quality care.

Discovering cities through the images of television series has come about, among other factors, because of the use of urban spaces and their buildings as essential support elements in fictional narrative. Places and settings that are more or less well-known, emblematic, or anonymous scenes in which individuals are diluted in locations that are easily recognizable and assimilated in different latitudes. These images, many of which are digitized and are the result of post-production, mark the development and innovation of different audiovisual television formats and their impact on the society of "platform users". They reach the spectator in the form of altered realities in locations and architectural structures that do not always correspond to the original, whether it be their real location or their real functions. This is what happens in Money Heist (Álex Pina, Netflix: 2017-2021) with the CSIC building, the Nuevos Ministerios building and other locations that are studied in this article. These are representations of elements which create the necessary interconnection and involvement between characters and viewers, and prompt the latter to go see where they are located. This is a visual artifice of cinema and television that enables the illusion of being in altered but somehow identifiable realities, which is why they are familiar and close, that is to say, credible. This is how screen tourism has been created, with tourists choosing their leisure destination based on the places they see in series on digital platforms. The paper’s findings indicate that the series Money Heist reconfigures the image of Madrid, imbuing it with a persona, and makes a significant contribution to the development of innovative experiential tourism. Moreover, the research work unearthed a predominantly favorable attitude amongst viewers towards prior exposure to television series such as Money Heist, which serves to attract visitors to Madrid through motivation and curiosity.

• First experimental field trial to measure the climatic benefits of urban tree irrigation. • Irrigation increases the benefits of trees as nature-based solutions. • Tree irrigation leads to air temperature reductions up to 0.67°C and humidity increase up to 5.98 %RH. • Diverse behaviour of soil water potential under urban trees due to different irrigation strategies. With regard to the rising temperatures due to climate change and the intensification of the urban heat island effect (UHIE), nature-based solutions (NbS) are becoming increasingly important. In particular trees can mitigate the effects of the UHIE by shading and through transpiration. As trees suffering from heat and drought decrease their cooling properties under stress, this study investigates the effects of supplementary irrigation to increase the cooling capacities. The research focus is on how different irrigation practices can directly support the cooling effects of young urban trees as a NbS. The novelty of our study is the direct field trial comparison of irrigation quantities in combination with the quantification of their microclimatic effects. From May to September 2024, we observed three groups of Tilia cordata (unirrigated, monthly irrigated, weekly irrigated) in the city of Hanover, Germany, and measured air temperature and relative humidity (RH) within the tree crowns. The results show, that an investment in tree irrigation results in an increase of cooling capability of up to -0.67°C and up to +5.98 %RH on hot days over 30°C. Urban tree care is more than just keeping trees alive by minimizing water use, trees are a valuable resource that we can benefit from by using water wisely. Future-oriented tree irrigation, which not only ensures the survival of the trees but also promotes their natural functions, optimises the urban climate in a natural way.

Purpose This study aims to explore how individuals diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adulthood reflect on their career paths in terms of subjective career success, career crafting and career outcomes. Design/methodology/approach Based on a social-constructionist worldview, 14 episodic biographic interviews were conducted with employed individuals diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. Findings were derived through template analysis. Findings The detailed reflections indicate a significant impact of undiagnosed ADHD on career success and career crafting. Before diagnosis, career decisions were impulsive or unintentional and career crafting was low, resulting in mainly negative individual career outcomes. The diagnosis is pivotal in enabling proactive career reflection and increasing the potential for career construction. Four phases of enhanced career crafting were identified: grief, acceptance, intention and action. Most participants actively engage in phase two but have difficulties entering phases three and four. Professional support is considered beneficial, but offers are scarce in the German healthcare system. Originality/value This research offers novel understanding of how adults who have received an ADHD diagnosis after adolescence retrospectively interpret the tenets of the sustainable career ecosystem theory. It highlights how personal life events influence career perception, emphasizes the role of self-knowledge in career crafting, introduces personal turning points as a catalyst for career change, identifies deficits in the German healthcare system, and informs a call for further research on additional life events and factors shaping sustainable careers in individuals with ADHD and other neurodivergent populations.

Abstract Fifty-eight sows [average parity: 1.48±0.50; body weight on lactation d9: 196.9±14.0 kg] were used to determine the apparent utilization of dietary Met sources for N retention during lactation when L-Cys-HCl was supplied to partially meet the estimated sulphur amino acid requirement (NRC, 2012), allowing Met sources to be evaluated independently of Cys limitation. On day 9 of lactation, sows were assigned to 1 of 4 dietary treatments (n=~14): a basal diet formulated at 0.17% standardized ileal digestible (SID) Met supplied via whole-protein sources (70% of estimated SID Met requirements; 0.25% SID Cys, 2,600 kcal/kg net-energy) supplemented with DL-Met to reach [1] 0.20% or [2] 0.23% SID Met (80% DLM and 90% DLM), or supplemented with HMTBa (equimolar) to reach [3] 0.20% or [4] 0.23% SID Met (80% HMTBa and 90% HMTBa). All other indispensable amino acids were supplied at estimated requirements (0.93% SID Lys). Litters were standardized to 13±1 piglets within 48 hours of birth. Sows received the dietary treatments between days 10 and 20 (weaning) of lactation following a standard feeding curve. A N balance was conducted between days 17±1 and 20±1 of lactation with total urine collection and fecal grab-sampling; TiO2 was used as an indigestible marker. A mixed model analysis was used to evaluate main effects of Met source (DL-Met or HMTBa) and level (80% or 90%). Neither dietary Met source or level influenced sow average daily feed intake, body weight or backfat depth change between days 10 and 20 of lactation. Though, piglet growth performance improved with the higher dietary SID Met level (P<0.05) for both sources. Milk dry matter and crude protein content on day 20 of lactation were not influenced by dietary Met source or level but crude fat tended to be higher in DL-Met than HMTBa fed sows (P=0.072). During the N balance, neither sow N intake or retention (N intake – N output in urine and feces) were influenced by dietary Met source or level. Milk N output increased with the higher dietary SID Met level (P<0.05) for both sources. Maternal N retention (N intake – N output in urine, feces, and milk) was not influenced by dietary Met source or level. Therefore, SID Met level but not source influenced N partitioning for milk output in lactation when L-Cys-HCl was included in the diet.

The preservation of architectural heritage must extend beyond historic city centres to include the large-scale prefabricated housing stock that characterises many post-socialist urban environments. These structures, often overlooked, hold both material and social value. This study focuses on prefabricated residential buildings and proposes a scalable methodology for sustainable rehabilitation through a prototype tool: the building identity passport (BIP). The proposed approach integrates multi-layered diagnostics—combining building integrated modelling (BIM), thermographic surveys, occupant questionnaires, and expert interviews—into a replicable decision-support framework. Results demonstrate that the passport can synthesise tangible (physical) and intangible (perceptual, social) resources of prefabricated blocks into a coherent framework, highlighting both technical pathologies and lived experiences. Thermographic validation of BIM simulations confirms the feasibility of combining digital and on-site diagnostics, while community surveys and expert insights reveal the tensions between comfort, health, and energy efficiency. The resulting prototype provides a transparent overview of building identity, making rehabilitation strategies easier to compare, communicate, and adapt. Beyond its local application, the study underscores the broader replicability of the method: core diagnostic layers remain constant, while context-sensitive indicators can be tailored to different regions. The proposed framework thus offers municipalities and communities a practical tool to align rehabilitation with circular resource use and occupant well-being. Future work will focus on automating data processing and extending validation to diverse housing contexts, strengthening its potential as a platform for sustainable urban regeneration.
