Study of factors modeling the development of banking ecosystems
Subject. The article addresses banking ecosystems being a result of integration processes of the credit market and technological development. Such transformations lead to new business models, forms of cooperation and communication. Therefore, business ecosystems and environmental factors impacting them, require a thorough analysis to model the future direction of these phenomena development. Objectives. The study aims to identify external and internal environmental factors of banking business that had the greatest impact on ecosystems development. Methods. We employ general scientific methods of comparison and generalization, methodological, statistical, and graphical analysis of empirical data, marketing methods for studying the business and competitive environment, the SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to ecosystems functioning. Results. Following the assessment of the banking business environment, we systematized into two groups (external and internal) the environmental factors of ecosystems that had the maximum impact on processes of transformational change, identified strengths and weaknesses of ecosystems, and correlated the influence of factors on the level of digitalization of the banking sector. Conclusions. The article provides an empirical analysis of business environment for banking ecosystems functioning, identifies the main factors that model the further transformation of the banking business and their impact on digitalization of the sector. Consideration of underlying environmental factors will help ecosystem participants to interact most effectively in the financial and non-financial markets. The findings will enable banking analysts to build forecasts and scenarios for future development of the ecosystem model of banking business, to assess potential opportunities and threats to the industry.

Despite the evident benefits, entrepreneurs face barriers such as regulatory complexities, resource constraints, and a lack of awareness. Looking to the future, emerging trends like technology integration and circular economy adoption offer opportunities for forward-thinking entrepreneurs. Recommendations include continuous learning, stakeholder engagement, transparency, sustainable innovation, and educational initiatives. In conclusion, sustainable entrepreneurship emerges as a strategic business imperative, fostering a future where economic success aligns harmoniously with environmental and social responsibility.

Trading companies face various challenges brought by the modern environment. For this reason, the trading company managers try to adapt their business to various requirements of the environment. This is supported by the fact that recently there has been a global change in the structure of retail, with evidence in the following examples: new sales formats have appeared, there are new categories of retail companies, sales facilities are modernized, soft information is emphasized, flexibility and innovation in business are encouraged, the role of interest groups is valued, unpredictability is accepted as the norm of functioning, the offer of trade mark products is expanded, etc. However, as economic, environmental and social problems gain more and more importance, another very important topic that captures the attention of business managers is sustainable development concept application. Doing business in accordance with the rules of sustainable development implies that trading companies base their work on ecological and moral principles of sustainable social communities. In accordance with the importance that sustainable development concept has today, the aim of the paper is based on the analysis of attitudes of employees in management positions in trading companies in the Republic of Serbia regarding the application of economic, ecological and social dimensions of sustainable development. The research results showed that the application of certain elements of sustainable development basic dimensions in their trading companies has been evaluated by the managers as good.

Following a national bank holiday in 1933, NY state bank regulators suspended the publication of balance sheets of state-charter banks for two years, whereas the national-charter bank regulator did not. This divergence in policies is used to examine how the suspension of bank-specific information affected depositors and the portfolio of assets held by banks. State-charter banks benefited, experiencing less deposit outflows than national-charter banks in 1933. Further, the behavior of bank deposits across both types of banks converged in 1934 after the introduction of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The process of reducing human aging is mainly due to bodily changes, where the opening of joint mobility stands out, being responsible for a performance of safety and effectiveness of some consumption activities. As a result, in recent years, there has been an increase in accident rates such as cutting or arranging of different types and levels related to this category of products. Based on this, the objective of this work is to present a survey that brings together systems for the application of this packaging to the user, which can be easier for the elderly to handle. To carry it out, the research was divided into three stages, the first being a Field Study to identify the solutions, the second being a categorization of the data collected regarding the manufacturing material, and finally, in the third stage, the cataloging the results in tables, totaling eleven opening systems gathered by the research.
