Subject of research: criminal law features of the use of artificial intelligence in the Russian penitentiary system at the current stage and in the future. Purpose of research: comprehensive legal analysis of the current state and identification of priority development vectors in the penal system of the Russian Federation. Research methods: formal-legal, sociological-legal and logical methods, which will allow for a comprehensive study of the stated issues. Object of research: artificial intelligence used by the Federal Penitentiary Service. Research findings: based on the results of the study, conclusions and practical recommendations have been formulated to optimize legal regulation and implement artificial intelligence technologies in penitentiary practice.

The article provides a comprehensive study of the organizational and economic mechanisms of logging activities as a key subsystem of the timber industry complex within the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation. The study presents a structural and functional analysis of the logging management system in the penitentiary system, identifying systemic contradictions and threats to economic security. The improvement of the legal framework, technological equipment, wood processing, and human resource development are considered as significant factors for increasing efficiency. Based on the analysis, a two-instrument mechanism for ensuring economic security is proposed, based on the synergy of legal regulation and financial-economic stimulation. The results of the study allow for the formation of a systemic understanding of the interconnections between the components of the timber industry complex in the penitentiary system and identify priority directions for its sustainable and secure functioning in modern economic conditions.

The article examines the relationship between the issues of ensuring the personnel security of an organization and the trends of digital transformation of the Russian economy. The aspects of ensuring personnel security are highlighted, and the priorities of state policy in the field of digitalization are presented. The risks are formulated, and the directions of ensuring personnel security in the context of digitalization are proposed.

This article analyzes structural changes in the retail sector of the Russian Federation caused by the expansion of large digital platforms (marketplaces). The process of e-commerce market concentration and the formation of a duopoly is examined. The paper details the mechanisms of merging trading and banking capital within marketplace ecosystems, as well as the impact of these processes on the competitive environment in the financial sector. The impact of digital platform policies on small and medium-sized enterprises (sellers, pickup point owners) and the transformation of the labor market is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the crisis of traditional offline retail and shopping centers. Based on the data presented, the article concludes on the formation of a new economic model with signs of algorithmic planning, but functioning in the interests of private monopolies, which requires updating state regulation tools.

Professional qualities and personality traits affect the efficiency of canine team in the Russian National Guard during routine service and military operations. The research involved 20 fourth-year students of the Department of Cynology, Perm Military Institution of the Russian National Guard, and 23 canine trainers of the National Guard currently working at the Special Military Operation. The following questionnaires made it possible to determine a set of personal professional qualities at different stages of education and work: Big Five Inventory-2 (A. Yu. Kalugin et al.); Temperament Structure (V. M. Rusalov); S. Schwartz’s Value Survey; Self-Control Style (V. I. Morosanova); Well-Being in Extreme Conditions (A. Volkov & N. Vodopyanova); Cognitive Type (modified by G. Rezapkina); Dark Triad (SD3) (adapted by M. S. Egorova et al.). The obtained data were subjected to descriptive statistics and intergroup comparison using the Mann–Whitney U-Test. The personal qualities demonstrated significant differences in a number of indicators. Thus, professional dog training and handling affects personality development, which reveals prospective directions of psychological and pedagogical support for future military canine trainers.

Aim: The aim is to investigate the impact of positive therapy on the indicators of psycho-emotional state and somatic health of a person during the war. Materials and Methods: In 2023-2024, the research of the psycho-emotional state and somatic health of people was conducted based on on-site sessions of free psychotherapy. The research involved 63 people aged 22 to 45. Gender, education, family and financial status were not criteria for selecting respondents. Research methods: bibliosemantic, diagnostic, medical and biological, statistical. Results: The effectiveness of positive psychotherapy as a method of overcoming negative psycho-emotional states in respondents during the war and improving their somatic health has been proven. It has been established that the use of positive therapy contributes to a significant (p < 0.001) improvement in the emotional state (by 1.80 points), increase in self-esteem (by 1.72 points), reduction of stress (2.62 points) and increase in stress resilience (by 3.47 points). It has been found that after the use of positive therapy, the respondents somatic health improved: the number of people with a satisfactory level decreased to 34.9 %, with a poor level – to 11.2 %, and the number of the respondents with an average and good level of health increased to 20.6 % and 33.3 %, respectively. Conclusions: Positive therapy helps people better cope with emotional difficulties and swings, strengthens their self-image and self-confidence during the war, maintains psycho-emotional stability, and improves somatic health. Engaging in such practices helps develop positive thinking, the ability to appreciate yourself, and find joy in everyday life.

The article discusses the issues of socio-educational and educational discourse on the problem of overcoming tolerance and indifference to manifestations of any kind of corruption in society in the context of social interaction. The promotion of anti-corruption policy ideas at all levels of humanitarian cooperation has a key impact on the formation and strengthening of intolerance in the social space towards corruption abuses and various manifestations of this antisocial phenomenon in the financial and economic sphere, in the information and digital environment, etc. The problem of corrupt behavior is very relevant in social practice. The analysis of anti-corruption behavior is related to applied and theoretical areas of law enforcement activities: from criminal law and civil regulatory to educational, ethical and value-based. The Federal Penitentiary Service has established and complies with anti-corruption restrictions, requirements for the official conduct of officials, civil servants, and civilian personnel, and implements appropriate administrative and legal procedures to combat corruption and its manifestations.

The article examines the problems of the organization of supervision over the behavior of prisoners held in the detention center of the Federal Penitentiary Service. The results of the supervision are analyzed on the basis of statistical data. Based on this, it is concluded that the organization of supervision over the behavior of prisoners in a pre-trial detention facility is not effective enough and it is necessary to search for new forms and methods of supervision. As a solution to the problem, it is proposed to introduce artificial intelligence into the organization of supervision over the behavior of prisoners.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of ensuring economic security in institutions of the penal system. Economic security in the penal system is focused on eliminating the risks of loss of production potential, threats of reduced resource provision, increased cases of corruption, inefficient spending of public funds, embezzlement and embezzlement of budget funds. It is the work with risks, the development of mechanisms for their reduction, management and control that form the basis of economic security.

The article analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of national projects in Russia. Current issues and priority areas of state policy are highlighted. A list of strategic planning documents is defined, which determines the tools for implementing the country's socio-economic policy. The financing of national projects of the Russian Federation for 2025-2027 was analyzed.
