The problem of estimation of the phase coordinates of the object whose motion is described by a system of differential equations is considered. For estimation, the Kalman filter equations following from the solution to the generalized Stratonovich equation in the Gaussian approximation are used. The generalized Stratonovich equation makes it possible to consider the cases when, as an observation signal, a multidimensional image of the observation object is applied; i.e., the scalar function of an arbitrary number of variables describing the specificity of the observation device. It is shown that the data array obtained from the used set of observation devices is included into the generalized Stratonovich equation and in the Kalman filter equations in the form of an additive combination of time derivatives of the likelihood functionals of each of the observation devices. Each of these functionals can consider the correlation of observation noises.

The purpose of the research presented in the article is to improve the efficiency of conducting special studies of the DisplayPort interface based on the study of characteristics for the development of test programs. To do this, the possibility of intercepting the side electromagnetic radiation of this interface is investigated, the search for informative signals from the interface is carried out, and their attenuation at various distances is investigated. The parameters of the informative signal from the DisplayPort interface are analyzed on the oscilloscope in automatic mode. The relevance of the development of special programs is justified. To confirm the relevance of this study, the measurement of electromagnetic fields and the search for informative signals were carried out by various special technical means in the frequency range from 0.009 to 12000 MHz. Informative signals were detected at 10 frequencies from the investigated technical means, which indicates the existing technical channel of information leakage. To achieve the goal of the study, the amplitude and time parameters of the informative signal were analyzed using a digital oscilloscope. The result of the pulse duration and period is obtained, which is necessary for better and more efficient performance of special studies on the mode of information output to the monitor screen via the DisplayPort interface.

The relevance of the study is due to the increasing number of cyber-attacks on management automation systems, among which computer sabotage occupies a special place. In this class of cybercrime, risk dynamics as the probability of occurrence of damages of a certain value are studied. Risk dynamics is tracked over the past five years for the most developed countries and globally. It is shown that both the frequency and the severity of computer sabotage, despite the pandemic, are steadily increasing. This calls for international and national action. The findings of this paper prove that computer crime of the "computer sabotage" type should be seen as a separate type of computer crime, with a tendency to grow. Today it has become a cross-border phenomenon, and combating it only within national territories will not be as effective as it should be.

An urgent problem of our time is to counteract the illegal use of civilian unmanned aerial vehicles (quadrocopter type). The problem of detecting quadrocopters is related to their low visibility, including in the electromagnetic wavelength range. As a result, it is relevant and appropriate to develop a budget device for countering such aircraft. At the initial stage to achieve this goal, we studied the General principles of control of the civil quadcopter “Xiaomi Mi Drone 4k”, determined its most significant unmasking feature (electromagnetic radiation of the control channel), measured the electrical component of the electromagnetic field from its control panel in order to further calculate the signal attenuation coefficient for detecting the operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

The article considers the relevant trends and problems of the Russian manufacture transformation under the digital economic context. The feature of the digital economy is determined that is implied the wide use of information and communication technology (ICT) and digital transformation as enterprise formation resources. An analysis of ICT introduction is carried out by the Russian manufacturing industries. An asymmetry problem in the digital transformation of the manufacturing complexes is revealed which is a high level of ICT using in financial, logistic and marketing spheres and a low level in industrial area. The risks are denoted that specified imbalance can be an obstacle for creation efficient digital platforms and introduction elements "Industry 4.0" on the manufacturing enterprises. It is determined that the Russian industry falls behind the digitization indicators of the productive sectors of the world's developed economies. A way to reduce the digital gap of domestic companies from foreign competitors is proposed, which provides for balanced reforms of industrial enterprises that combine measures of active digital transformation with structural and managerial, cultural, functional and other changes. The trends of industrial complex transformation in the digital economy that are common for Russian and foreign countries are revealed: 1) the transformation of enterprises into cyber-social economic systems that ensure a deep integration of human and machine potential in solving production, analytical and other tasks; 2) the management quality improvement by implementing data mining tools and supporting to management decision-making; 3) creation of digital platforms as key assets of industrial complexes; 4) transition of enterprises to project models of work, including through the creation of self-regulating cross-functional teams; 5) use of flexible business processes that ensure the adaptation of enterprises to the constantly changing environmental parameters; 6) strengthening the competitiveness of companies by increasing the innovation activity of staff and optimizing the R&D cycle. It is proved that one of the most important factors of effective transformation of industrial complexes in the digital environment is the involvement of personnel in the transformation processes.

The analysis of the training system for specialists working in the field of information security plays an important role to improve staffing in the field of information security in the Russian Federation in the context of new challenges and threats in the information sphere. The article presents the results of analysis and summarizes the data on state of the system of training, retraining and advanced training provided for information security experts. The presented analytical materials are taking into account the results of the data analysis about the security specialists working in Federal Executive authorities (Federal authorities), regional executive authorities, local governmental bodies and their subordinate organizations, corporations, and organizations of licensees of the FSTEC of Russia. The presented analytical materials can be used for development of proposals in order to improve the national system of training, professional retraining and advanced training of information security specialists, as well as for development of control indicators for the admission of persons to the training in the field of information security at the expense of the Federal budget allocations.

Methods for comparative evaluation of attenuation of sinusoidal and nonsinusoidal electromagnetic fields have been developed. It has been demonstrated that the relations, describing the law of attenuation of the nonsinusoidal electromagnetic field, which are used as the basis of the existing methods for evaluating information protection against leakage due to spurious electromagnetic emissions, when applied to pulse signals, can lead to substantial errors.

Vibrations in the infra- and low frequency range rise sharply in speed-up from regular rail traffic of 70-100 km/h to high one around of 250-350 km/h. Respectively, the acceleration limits are exceeded just in the range that is the most harmful and dangerous for human environment. In view of the problem, the solution is seemed in development of a multi-stage railroad vibration isolating system with “negative” stiffness including the track pad, car truck and enginemen seat. The paper presents a complex of methods for design of such the system. The positive experience is demonstrated in designing and practical use the systems for seats and car trucks. Probable first, a concept of the system with “negative” stiffness is discussed with reference to the track pad.

Peculiarities of the use of multi-criterion optimization methods for solving problems of planning and design of radio communication networks are considered. An example of solution of the problem of Pareto-optimization when planning the cellular communication networks is presented. The description of the program package developed for finding optimal design variants for radio communication networks in view of a combination of quality indices is given.

Results of comparative analysis of the existing methods and facilities used for remote blocking of radio-telephones in the mobile radio communication systems are given; the method of blocking of radio-telephones, based on useful application of nonlinear intermodulation and blocking effects in the radio-telephone transmitter and receiver, is described; the field of possible practical application of the nonlinear method of radio-telephone blocking is determined.
