The present paper aims to assess the best way to define criteria for the interpretation of cases of consented endangerment of others. To this end, we first analyze the hypothesis of total equivalence between consented endangerment of others and participation in responsible self-endangerment. Then, we verify the possibility of interpreting consented endangerment of others from an attempt to equate it normatively with self-endangerment. It also analyzes the position of those who maintain that consented endangerment of others is nothing more than a form of consent. Finally, a starting point is outlined for the proper interpretation of the figure as consent to a dangerous conduct.

Algunos educadores de L2 afirman que la motivacin influye de manera importante en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y lleva a la adquisicin exitosa de una lengua extranjera. Como resultado de ello, el estudio de la motivacin en los estudiantes L2 es crucial, ya que permite a los investigadores explorar las razones para el xito (o el fracaso) en el aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera. Tambin permite una mayor comprensin de las formas en que los diferentes tipos de motivacin pueden ayudar a los profesores y estudiantes en la dinamizacin del proceso de aprendizaje de una lengua, lo que conducira a un mayor xito del proceso pedaggico. El presente estudio sugiere que la religin es un factor motivante para muchos estudiantes. Al incorporar los ideales religiosos y al hacer conexiones con los textos sagrados en el aula de lengua extranjera se beneficia a los estudiantes que tienen creencias religiosas. Teniendo estos conceptos en mente, es posible disear un plan de estudios L2 con los estndares religiosos que tambin implementan las 5 c de la enseanza L2. Sidgwick pour la maximisation du bonheur total plutot que la maximisation du bonheur moyen dans le contexte de la theorie utilitariste, l'A. montre que si la premiere option reste controversee, la seconde a des implications inacceptables au regard de l'estimation de la valeur morale de la vie individuelle.
