本研究は，介護保険導入後の日本社会における，介護の社会化・再家族化・個人化・市場化の複合的進行状況を，家族内の主介護役割分担と施設サービス利用という2つの観点から検討した．全国家庭動向調査の2003年から2018年までのデータを用い，介護が必要な親・義親のダイアドを対象に，各時点でロジスティック回帰モデルを推定して係数を時系列で比較した．分析の結果，主介護役割については，雇用形態による差が縮小する一方，親子関係の親密性（続柄，親学歴の把握状況）と主介護役割の関連が強まっていることが明らかになった．施設利用については，親子関係が希薄と考えられる場合には利用されやすい傾向が強くなっているとともに，親の側で配偶者が健在の場合に利用されにくくなっている変化が確認された．これらの知見は，介護保険制度下でも家族介護の担われ方が複合的に変化していることを示している．

The present study describes a novel molecular-genetic method suitable for lung cancer (LC) screening in the work-place and at community health centers. Using urinary-isolated exosomes from 35 patients with LC and 40 healthy volunteers, the expression ratio of MMP-1/CD63, and the relative expression levels of both microRNA (miRNA)-21 and miRNA-486-5p were measured. MMP-1/CD63 expression ratio was significantly higher in patients with LC than in the healthy controls {1.342 [95% confidence interval (CI): 0.890–1.974] vs. 0.600 (0.490–0.900); P<0.0001}. The relative expression of miRNA-486-5p in male healthy controls was significantly different from that in female healthy controls, whereas there was no significant difference in miRNA-21. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis of MMP-1/CD63 showed 92.5% sensitivity and 54.3% specificity, whereas miRNA-486-5p showed 85% sensitivity and 70.8% specificity for men, and 70.0% sensitivity and 72.7% specificity for women. The logistic regression model used to evaluate the association of LC with the combination of MMP-1/CD63 and miRNA-486-5p revealed that the area under the ROC curve was 0.954 (95% CI: 0.908–1.000), and the model had 89% sensitivity and 88% specificity after adjusting for age, sex and smoking status. These data suggested that the combined analysis of MMP-1/CD63 and miRNA-486-5p in urinary exosomes may be used to detect patients with early-stage LC in the work-place and at community health centers, although confirmational studies are warranted.

The purpose of this study is to determine the causal effect of consumption attitudes toward environmental sustainability initiatives (ESI) implemented by professional sports clubs on behavioral intentions. Specifically, we will quantitatively examine the causal effect of perceived ESI on club support intentions and spectator intentions. To achieve our objective, we attempt to verify the results using three waves of panel data. Using Ventforet Kofu, a J2 soccer team, as a case study, we analyzed data from a panel survey of 749 respondents and were unable to confirm a direct causal relationship between perceived ESI and increased club support and game-watching intentions. However, although no direct causal relationship was found, the results suggest that perceived ESI may increase club support intentions and spectator intentions, albeit temporarily, especially among consumers who have never watched a game before.

&lt;p&gt;Li Xianglan, or Ri Koran in Japanese, was a screen sensation and popular culture icon during the Second Sino-Japanese War. Her story of success, however, was overshadowed by her hidden identity as Yamaguchi Yoshiko, a Manchurian-born Japanese promoting Japanese imperialist ideology through the guise of her on-screen Chinese personae. The National Policy Company Manchurian Film Association (Man'ei for short) was established by the Kwantung Army to accelerate the dissemination of Japanese imperialist propaganda. The choice of Ri Koran as the face of Man'ei underlines the significance of her controversial and ambiguous allure, which enabled her to navigate, or “border cross,” the complex waters of wartime politics and popular culture during the Sino-Japanese conflict. Through a detailed analysis of one of the Continental Trilogy of films, China Nights (1940), this thesis illustrates how Ri Koran was crafted into a living embodiment of “Hakko Ichiu”, the guiding ideological principle of The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. I investigate the manifestation of “Hakko Ichiu” (Gozoku Kyowa in the Manchurian context) though analysis of particular scenes in the film as well as its use of music, historically known as Continental Melodies. Drawing from existing scholarship by both historians and film scholars, this thesis establishes an important link between these two previously separate scholarly discourses on Ri Koran.&lt;/p&gt;

本研究は,伸張-短縮サイクル(SSC)による発揮パワーから,スプリントパフォーマンスを規定する体力因子について検討することにした.被検者には,60mの全力スプリントを行わせた.また,6回のリバウンドジャンプを行わせ,接地時間と滞空時間から発揮パワーの最高値を求めた.その結果,加速局面および速度維持局面におけるスプリント能力の評価指標としたスプリントランニングパワーおよび最高疾走速度は,ともにリバウンドジャンプパワーとの間に有意な相関関係を認めることができた.このことから,スプリントパフォーマンスを規定する体力因子のひとつとしてリバウンドジャンプに代表されるSSCによる発揮パワーの重要性が示唆された.また,スプリントパフォーマンスの向上には,より短い作用時間で大きな筋出力を発揮するトレーニングが重要であると考えられた.

マウスの口腔粘膜上皮について, 抗ケラチン抗体を用いた免疫組織化学と, 電子顕微鏡により検索した。硬口蓋, 歯肉外縁, 紅唇, 舌背糸状乳頭などの角化の強い上皮群は, 基底層, 中間層とともに, PKK1 (40, 45, 52.5kDのケラチンサブユニットに反応) に陰性, PKK2抗体 (40, 46, 48, 54kDのサブユニットに反応) に陽性を示し, ケラチンフィラメントは稠密な束を作って分布していた。軟口蓋歯槽粘膜, 口唇粘膜, 歯肉溝, 舌下面および舌糸状乳頭間などの角化の弱い上皮群の基底層も同様の所見を示し, さらに非角化上皮である付着上皮の全層も同様であった。一方, 角化の弱い上皮群の中間層は, PKK1抗体陽性, PKK2抗体陰性を示し, フィラメントの束は緩く, あるいは, ばらばらになり, 網状にほどけて分布していた。このことから, ケラチンフィラメントの束の作成分布の状態は, フィラメントを構成するケラチン蛋白のサブユニットの違いを反映するものと思われる。
