Machine Learning Based Methods for Arabic Duplicate Question Detection
Incorporating a duplicate question detection system can be beneficial for various systems such as community forums or question answering systems. Detecting question that have already an answer improves the user experience by reducing the search time and returning the correct answer. In this paper, we construct several methods for Arabic duplicate question detection based on machine learning. First, the pre-processing step is applied to clean and normalize questions. Next, we use Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Word2Vec, and FastText methods to map questions from their textual format into a vector space. Then, we trained various shallow learning methods (SVM, XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression) and deep learning methods (CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU) with the objective of detecting if a pair of questions is duplicate or not. Various experiments were conducted to evaluate the performances of our models. The results obtained show that the deep learning model based on GRU with FastText representation performed better compared to the other models.

Abstract. Due to the exclusory, growth in the number of connected devices- predicted 50 billion connected devices in 2020 (Gary Davis, 2020) that demand internet access, an upgraded network is required. The fifth generation is the newest mobile network replacing the 4G technology. Deployed from 2020 in many countries, 5G will provide revolutionary innovations in mobile technologies that will reach various high-level goals to the costumers as well as Companies .To benefit from 5G network services, the whole word is growing up rapidly towards the 5G by developing a clear perspective to include the main challenges, opportunities and key technology components. In this paper, an attempt has been made to provide an overview about the evolution of mobile generations from 1G to 5G by comparing the challenges and features that have evolved from each generation, describe the various scenario of 5G deployment, and discuss the best choice Implementation of 5G NR.

BackgroundThe pharmacist has a central role in a hospital. However, in the absence of regulation (law) that defines the role and prerogatives of the hospital pharmacist in developing countries, the missions of the pharmacists are many, and perceptions of other health professionals on the role played by pharmacists in hospital are disparate.PurposeTo determine the perception of health professionals about the role of the hospital pharmacist. Three questions were asked of health professionals: (1) What is the role of the pharmacist in the hospital? (2) Can we run a hospital without a pharmacist? (30 What is the perception of hospital pharmacists in relation to their missions?Material and methodsA survey was conducted among different categories of health professionals (pharmacists, physicians, nurses and technicians in three hospitals). Tables 1–3 were presented to health professionals to assess their perceptions on the role of hospital pharmacists.Results120 responses were collected and analysed. The results are summarised in tables 1–3. Therapeutic monitoring is the least. Other tasks of the hospital pharmacist that are perceived as important include application of pharmacoeconomics rules. The pharmacist is seen by health professionals as an essential and non-essential professional for all missions selected. The regulatory prerogatives of hospital pharmacists should be more specific and clarified. The illegal practice of hospital pharmacy should be severely punished. Within the Moroccan context, the Higher Education Institutions have realized the importance of the integration of information technologies into the formal learning curriculum. However, the risks of demotivation remain large in tertiary education, even with the support of these new technologies. It is therefore essential to ensure consistently the maintenance of the learners’ motivation, which must start from the design phase by adopting real motivational strategies. Blended Learning addresses the issue of the quality of teaching and learning offering then some answers to learners’ motivation issue. So, we try to extend of the dimensions of Blended Learning to an “Extended Blended Learning (Ex-BL)”, according to the S2P Model Learning designed as an integration model, arguing that knowledge and learning tools are nowadays available everywhere. This integration of educational resources takes into consideration various components: Face-to-face/online learning, Text-based Learning/Game-based Learning/Media-based Learning, Gamification, and Open Educational Resources. This paper investigates the learner perceptions of this instructional design. This includes their perceptions of learning effectiveness and its impact on their motivation during the learning experience. This investigation focused on two main points: the “Observation of learners’ behavior”, especially during online activities, as a way to gauge the degree of motivation and engagement; and the “Evaluation of the learning experience” through a survey covering the appreciation of the instructional design; the degree of satisfaction; the students’ motivation; the online platform; the extension of Ex-BL elements and their impact on learners’ motivation.

Water is one of the most important substances on earth. Safe drinking water is essential to humans and other life forms. All plants and animals must have water to survive. If there was no water, there would be no life on earth. Apart from drinking it to survive, people have many other uses for water. This natural resource is becoming scarcer and its demand exceeds supply in some region rendering its availability a major social and economic concern. Apart of this scarcity is water pollution which is increasing day by day in many parts of the world. Sources of fresh water on land are getting more and more polluted than ever before. As a result, contaminated water became unsuitable for use. Poor water quality is deadly since contaminated water causes hazards to public health through poisoning or the spread of disease. In order to address these issues, the practice of water remediation has been developed.

RATE OF PROTEIN DEGRADATION AND NUTRIENT DIGESTION OF VARIOUS NITROGEN SOURCES IN CONTINUOUS CULTURE OF RUMEN CONTENTS
A dual flow continuous culture fermentor system was used to estimate ruminal rate of protein degradation and influence of supplemental nitrogen (N) source on digestion of total dietary crude protein (CP), dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM). Four experimental diets contained predominantly corn and were isocaloric (14.7 M J DE kg−1) and isonitrogenous (12% CP on a DM basis) with urea, soybean meal (SBM), linseed meal (LSM) or corn gluten meal (CGM) as sole supplemental N sources. Fermentor flow rates were adjusted daily to attain liquid and solid dilution rates of 10 and 5% h−1, respectively. Total dietary N digestibility was greater (P < 0.05) in fermentors receiving urea than in those receiving CGM, while fermentors receiving SBM or LSM were intermediate (72.9, 54.9, 64.0 and 63.2%, respectively). Bacterial CP flow was higher (P < 0.05) from fermentors receiving urea or SBM than from those receiving CGM, with fermentors receiving LSM intermediate (1.31, 1.29, 1.02 and 1.14 g d−1, respectively). True OM digestibility was greater (P < 0.05) for diets supplemented with urea or LSM than for those supplemented with CGM (65.1, 60.4 and 51.2%, respectively). The rate of protein degradation was greater (P < 0.05) for LSM-CP than CGM-CP with SBM-CP intermediate (15.73, 6.88 and 10.13% h−1, respectively). Calculated bypass of potentially digestible protein for SBM-CP, LSM-CP and CGM-CP was 15.9, 10.9 and 29.1%, respectively. Total amino acid flow (g d−1) was higher (P < 0.05) for fermentors receiving SBM than for those receiving LSM. Total bacterial amino acid flow (g d−1) was higher (P < 0.05) for fermentors receiving SBM than for fermentors receiving CGM. Differences among diets for dietary amino acid flow (g d−1) were not significant. Key words: Ruminal protein degradation, soybean meal, linseed meal, corn gluten meal, continuous culture system
