This study emphasizes the importance of financial literacy and debt management among college faculty members, who play a vital role not only in educating students but also in modeling responsible financial behavior. In the Philippines, faculty often face financial challenges that impact both personal well-being and professional effectiveness. To address this concern, the study investigates the level of financial literacy and the extent of debt management among selected faculty members at Holy Trinity College of General Santos City. The research employed a quantitative descriptive-correlational design using stratified random sampling. A total of 48 full-time faculty members participated in the study through a self-made, validated survey instrument. Findings revealed that the mean score for financial literacy was M = 4.03, SD = 0.52, interpreted as high financial literacy. For debt management, the mean was M = 2.84, SD = 0.49, interpreted as moderately efficient. A Pearson correlation analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between financial literacy and debt management (r = 0.915, p < 0.001), indicating that higher financial literacy is associated with better debt management practices. The results suggest that enhancing financial literacy among faculty through targeted programs can significantly improve debt management, promoting financial independence and stability.

This qualitative study explored the challenges faced by non-IP teachers in IPEd-implementing schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight non-IP teachers and analyzed thematically to uncover significant challenges including language, geographical, and learner engagement barriers. In the language barrier, the teachers are unable to speak and understand the native dialect and they have difficulty in delivering of lessons in indigenous language. Geographic barrier causes teachers to struggle in reaching the schools and face risky roads and pathways. While in learner-engagement barrier, teachers observe that learners are less participative and commit habitual absences. These challenges collectively obstruct effective education delivery in IPED contexts. Coping mechanisms of non-IP teachers include learning the native language, navigating distance for school punctuality, and involving sense of empathy and understanding unique backgrounds of the learners. Further, an intervention plan was formulated that may assist non-IP teachers in enriching the educational experiences of Indigenous learners and strengthen community partnerships.

Despite ever-shrinking instructional time, reading teachers can harness technology, interactive methods, and a passion for literature to innovatively and effectively impart key reading skills. This descriptive qualitative study explored the challenges faced by reading teachers in a time-constrained environment and the strategies they employ to enhance reading instruction in their school. Through in-depth interviews with the four reading teachers from Lun Padidu National High School, Malapatan III District, key themes emerged. The primary challenge identified was the limited availability of effective reading strategies, compounded by the pressure to cover a vast curriculum within a short timeframe. This, in turn, affected teacher performance, leading to decreased productivity and difficulties in meeting learners' diverse needs. To address these challenges, teachers implemented various strategies, including appropriate reading assessment, technology integration and differentiated instruction. The study highlighted the importance of providing teachers with adequate training, workshops and resources to support effective reading instruction in time-constrained environments. By addressing the challenges faced by reading teachers, schools may improve learner outcomes, foster a love of reading, and promote lifelong learning.

As part of the preparation of a critical edition of the Epistle to the Galatians in its Ge’ez version one needs to examine various manuscripts. Exploring 16 Ge’ez manuscripts the author has collated all types of variants and come up with the hypothesis of three different groups of Ethiopian manuscripts as far as the Epistle to the Galatians is concerned. Just as some variants like Galatians 6:14 help to identify groups of manuscripts, the majority of variants are not caused by scribal dependence on earlier manuscripts. In other words, the innovations and errors are polygenetic, namely the fruit of independent scribal activities. This article presents such variants, classified according to transposition, banalization, incongruity of grammatical number, omission of letters, polar errors, and metathesis.

In the context of economic globalization, the cooperation of enterprises is becoming more and more extensive and important. At the same time, based on cultural diversity, different cultural backgrounds and negotiation customs will have an impact on the outcome of negotiations. This paper analyzes the influence of different regional cultural backgrounds on their negotiation habits and illustrates the importance of paying attention to cultural differences. This paper argues that business negotiation plays a great role in bridging cultural differences in corporate cooperation. Based on this, the following suggestions are put forward in this article. Enterprises should pay attention to the importance of cultural differences, respect each other's cultural and language customs, and be fully prepared. In addition, it is necessary to do a good job of professional plan formulation before negotiation, flexibly adjust communication strategies during the negotiation process, and take the initiative while respecting the other party. At the same time, enterprises should focus on providing professional training for relevant personnel to improve their negotiation skills.

For the first time in the New Testament, the Epistle to the Hebrews clearly refers to Christ as the High Priest. This idea is one of the central for the author and it follows throughout the whole Epistle. The newness and originality of this title of Christ may lead to the proposal that this concept is the author’s own invention. However, at the same time, similar concepts are rather widespread among Hellenistic Judaism. Besides, some specific Messianic aspirations are common for Judaism of the Second Temple period. Concerning this, it’s important to build the full reconstruction of the conceptual scheme that is used in the Epistle to the Hebrews to describe the high priesthood of Christ.
