The widespread availability of social media has altered the way in which humans converse, learn, and access information in a virtual environment.In this investigation, social media's psychological impact is discussed in Saudi high school students and instructors, with a specific analysis of anxiety, depression, and overall mental well-being.With a mixed-methods study, survey data and interviews are examined to assess social media use behavior and its association with markers of mental wellness.Findings confirm a significant relation between long-term social media use and increased tension, with symptoms including sleep loss, exhaustion, and lowered concentration.As social media opens avenues for communication and information distribution, excessive use is accompanied by cyberbullying behavior, comparing oneself with others, and increased anxiety and depression in students.The study extends present investigations through consideration of Saudi Arabia's educational and cultural environment, in which technology use is becoming increasingly widespread.

Abstract The sugar kelp, Saccharina latissima is cultivated at low scale in Quebec, Canada and current practice involve seeding meiospores or gametophyte stocks onto spools carrying twine and transferring these to a seaweed farm site. As the stocks can originate from locations spanning several hundreds of kilometers from the farm sites, such practice could involve genetic contamination and disrupt local adaptations. Assessing genetic structure can inform of the potential risks associated with this practice. Here we characterized the genetic diversity and structure of S. latissima from locations in the St. Lawrence Estuary and Gulf at both microsatellite loci (308 sporophytes at 22 loci in 16 sites) and genomic markers (228 sporophytes at 6578 single nucleotide polymorphisms in 13 sites). Several populations had low heterozygosity values and significant FIS values at microsatellite loci. No genetic structure was found among populations with microsatellite loci but strong genetic structuring was found with the genomic data. Population structure followed a geographic pattern and was congruent with major currents. Individuals from the wild population in the vicinity of the farm site were genetically distinct from the sporophytes on the growing lines that belong to a genetically distinct group. There was no significant genetic differentiation between wild individuals living in proximity of the farm site and another wild population of the same area. Hence aquaculture practices have not resulted in changes in the genetic composition of the wild population at large scale. Our results are important to guide future conservation efforts and for the seaweed farming industry.

Fish farming is the fastest growing food production sector worldwide and now accounts for most human fish consumption. Expansion of finfish aquaculture to exposed offshore marine environments is appealing where additional sheltered areas are unavailable. While more energetic environments may reduce waste accumulation and parasite exposure, effects on fish health and wellbeing are largely speculative. The multiple stressors faced by fish on offshore farms may interact synergistically and increase their cumulative impact. We used 20 months of health and welfare data from eight Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) sea pen farms in Scotland along a wave exposure gradient to assess the effects of, and interactions between, environmental variables and management treatments on fish mortality and parasite loads. While farms showed high variability in mortality rate and sea lice infections, multi-level Bayesian modelling indicated that wave exposure primarily modulated effects of other variables. Higher exposure farms showed steeper increases in mortality with time and with extreme temperatures. Similarly, sea lice infections tended to increase with time, with higher exposure farms seeing steeper increases at higher Amoebic Gill Disease (AGD) scores and at high temperatures. The effect of AGD was greater at slow water speeds. Treatments against parasites were more frequent at low exposure farms, leading to uncertainty in their impact on welfare across farms. The support for interactive effects of wave exposure with other variables rather than strong direct effects suggests an accumulation of chronic and acute stressors. Expansion of aquaculture to more energetic offshore environments may have negative impacts on fish health in some circumstances, requiring adaptation of practices. In particular, the stronger increase in mortality over time may have implications for cycle length in different environments, and the more dramatic impacts of the warmest temperatures at high exposure farms call for consideration of the change in water temperature both inshore and offshore.

The Mid North Sea High (MNSH) region represents one of the least explored areas for the Late Permian Zechstein Hauptdolomit play in the Southern Permian Basin although some of the first offshore wells drilled in the UK were located here. In other parts of the basin such as onshore Poland, the Hauptdolomit Formation (“Hauptdolomit”) is an active and attractive exploration target, with oil and gas production from commercial‐sized fields. In the UK, the play has been overshadowed by drilling campaigns in areas to the south of the MNSH which tested plays in the underlying Rotliegend and Carboniferous successions. However, with these areas now in decline, there is increased exploration interest in the Hauptdolomit in the MNSH region, particularly since 2019 when 3D seismic data were acquired and the first hydrocarbon discovery was made at Ossian (well 42/04‐01/1Z). Geochemical data from the latter discovery have pointed to the presence of a prolific petroleum system with the potential for Hauptdolomit reservoirs to be charged both by Zechstein‐generated oils and Carboniferous condensate/gas. With regard to hydrocarbon migration and preservation in the southern MNSH, a detailed evaluation of the effects of the Mid Miocene Unconformity has allowed for a greater understanding of the main factors controlling hydrocarbon preservation and remigration. Reservoir characterization of the Hauptdolomit play has been achieved by integrating petrographic microfacies analyses, core data and petrophysical interpretations. The most important factors controlling reservoir quality are the presence and extent of anhydrite cementation and the presence of high energy shoal facies. Thicker and coarser grained shoal facies are expected to occur along the yet‐to‐be explored Orchard platform margin where numerous prospects have been mapped and refined using recently acquired 3D seismic data.

Aims: Nursing Services strive to provide a source of support for the patient’s family by implementing the Family Centered Care model in critical care rooms, focusing on providing family-centered nursing care services has not been fully applied in hospitals optimally. Objective: To Analyze the factors related to the implementation of family center care in critical nursing rooms at the Karawang district hospital. Methods: The research is a quantitative research with a correlational analytic descriptive research design with a cross-sectional design and the sample used is total sampling. The independent variables include Knowledge, Attitudes Bahavior and Facilities, while the dependent variable is Implementation of Family Center Care. Data analysis used univariate median tests, standard deviation or frequency, while bivariate tests used chi square and multivariate tests used logistic regression tests. Results: The results showed that the average implementation of Family Center Care was 64.00%, with the lowest implementation being 23% and the highest being 65%. From the bivariate results it was found that half of the respondents had good knowledge (57.4%), and more than half of the respondents had a supportive attitude (57.4%), complete facilities (68.5%), and good behavior (53.7%). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that the implementation of Family Center Care by nurses in the critical care room was influenced by the most dominant factor, namely attitude, with a p-value (0.000) less than (0.05). Conclusion: In the study is that the implementation of Family Center Care by nurses in the Critical Care Room at Karawang Hospital is influenced by the attitude of the nurse, where from the supportive attitude of the nurse it can encourage the behavior of nurses towards the implementation of Family Center Care in the Critical Care Room at Karawang Hospital. With the implementation of Family Center Care properly, it will improve the quality nursing services.

Work exhaustion is a weakening of energy to carry out an activity or a decrease in work power and a decrease in the body's resistance to work. Fatigue causes teacher performance to be disrupted. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of workload, stress, and work fatigue in elementary school teachers. The research method used is quantitative analytic descriptive with cross-sectional research design. The research sample was 190 teachers, taken using consecutive sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed a significant relationship between workload and stress levels with the occurrence of work fatigue in elementary school teachers. The findings of this study suggest the need to conduct promotive and preventive services and routine health screening in schools so that elementary school teachers can work optimally and avoid work fatigue problems.

Background: The quality of a hospital as an institution that produces healthcare technology products depends on the quality of medical services and nursing services provided to patients.Purpose: To find out the nurse's performance model for improving the quality of nursing services for health insurance (BPJS participants) Method: The study is a descriptive-analytic study that used a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique of the study was consecutive sampling and the sample of the study is inpatients in Karawang Regional General Hospital that used health insurance (BPJS participants) a total of 335 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: There is a significant effect of nurses’ performance against improving the quality of nursing service with a path coefficient of 0.233 and a T-statistic of 2,342. Psychological factors with indicators of perception, role, personality, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on performance with a path coefficient of 0,536 and T-statistic is 4,983, and a significant α=5%. The value of the T-Statistic is above the critical value (1,96).Conclusion: The psychological factor of a nurse in providing nursing services significant correlation value of nurses’ performance. Keywords: Performance; Nursing services; Quality; Health insurance (BPJS participants)Pendahuluan: Kualitas suatu rumah sakit sebagai institusi yang menghasilkan produk teknologi jasa kesehatan sudah tentu tergantung pada kualitas pelayanan medis dan pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien.Tujuan: Mengetahui model kinerja perawat pelaksana terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan pada pasien BPJS di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Karawang.Metode: Deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional dan Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah consecutive sampling. Sample penelitian ini adalah pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD Karawang dengan jaminan kesehatan BPJS sebanyak 335 responden. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS.Hasil: Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kinerja perawat terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,233 dan T- statistic 2,342. Faktpr psikologi dengan indicator persepsi,peran,kepribadian,motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai path coefficient 0,536 n nilai T-Statistic sebesar 4,983 dan signifikan pada α=5%. Nilai T-Statistic tersebut berada di atas nilai kritis (1,96).Simpulan: Semakin baik factor psikologi seorang perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan maka semakin baik nilai kinerja perawat. Serta semakin baik kinerja perawat maka semakin baik mutu pelayanan di RSUD Karawang.

Occupational therapy plays an important role in fostering community participation in areas such as education, employment, leisure, and social relationships, yet its added value within early intervention in psychosis services, especially in the United States, remains poorly understood. The purpose of this research was to conduct a national survey of early intervention in psychosis programs to: (1) understand the role and unique contributions of occupational therapists to early intervention teams, and (2) identify barriers and supports to the implementation of occupational therapy services within these programs. Fifty-one senior leaders from U.S.-based early intervention in psychosis programs participated in the national survey. The survey consisted of a series of closed and open-ended questions related to program staffing, the presence of specific services that fall within the occupational therapy scope of practice, and implementation barriers and supports. Despite there being strong interest in employing occupational therapists, a small proportion of programs (31%) reported having them on staff. Occupational therapists supported clients across multiple life areas and were significantly more likely than other team members to promote daily living activities (e.g., cooking) and to address sensory processing needs and challenges. Implementation was influenced by environmental/organizational and staff factors; the primary barrier was funding. Findings support the role occupational therapists may play in facilitating the community participation of clients of early intervention services, but significant barriers to implementation of occupational therapy services remain. Additional research is needed to further identify the impact of occupational therapy services within the early intervention model.

Core Ideas Starter N may be beneficial to increase yields of drill‐seeded, delayed‐flood rice. Starter N did not increase plant height or grain yield in both years. Starter N does not appear to be a viable option to increase rice yield in Mississippi. Seedling rice (Oryza sativa L.) growth can be slow on high cation‐exchange‐capacity clay soils, which represent the majority of rice acreage in Mississippi and elsewhere in the Mid‐South US rice‐growing region. Strategies to increase vigor and growth of seedling rice may be beneficial to increase yields of drill‐seeded, delayed‐flood rice. Studies were established during the 2007 and 2008 growing seasons in Stoneville, MS to evaluate the use of starter N fertilizer to improve growth and yield of rice conventional cultivar Cocodrie and the hybrid cultivar XL 723. Ammonium sulfate (AMS) was applied at 20 lb N/ac as starter N fertilizer at the two‐leaf stage. Recovery of starter N was also determined at multiple sampling times using 15N‐labeled ammonium sulfate. Hybrid XL 723 had greater tissue N concentration when measured at V5 (five‐leaf stage) than Cocodrie, but Cocodrie had greater total dry matter (TDM) and total N uptake (TNU) compared with XL 723 likely due to the higher seeding rate for Cocodrie. XL 723 produced 27 and 25% greater grain yield than Cocodrie in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Recovery of 15N was greater in XL723 compared with Cocodrie at the R1 and R3 stages but similar at V5 stage in 2007. Starter N did not increase plant height or grain yield in either variety in both years, but it increased TDM and TNU in 2008. The use of starter fertilizer does not appear to be a viable option to increase seedling vigor or grain yield of rice cultivars Cocodrie and XL 723 in Mississippi.
