This chapter presents two team-based Local Environmental Action Plans (LEAP) case studies in the Bulgarian cities of Kurdzhali and Stara Zagora. Similar models are successfully in place in urban centres in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria. The chapter argues the relevant for many of the other local LEAP initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe's (CEE) and elsewhere. It focuses on the LEAP team functions that help improve environmental management in urban centres in CEE and the civil society agenda that the team-based LEAP approach promotes. The end of the Cold War has brought to the world a novel redistribution of power among states, markets and civil society. Government is increasingly sharing power with business and citizen or non-governmental organisations. The Regional Environmental and Health Offices had professional interests and competencies to participate in drafting local environmental action plans.

알루미늄과 알루미늄 합금 제품의 고급화로 완벽한 알루미늄 용탕의 탈 가스 처리가 요구되고 있다. 탈 가스 처리를 위한 기존의 방법을 보면, 알루미늄 용탕 파우더와 약품 공급기로 이젝선하는 방법과 가스 취입 관을 사용하여 아르곤가스와 질소 또는 염소가스를 투입하는 방법 등이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이 방법들은 작업도 어렵고, 염소와 불화물질 유해가스가 대단히 많이 발생하여 공해문제를 유발하는 문제점이 있으며 효과도 일정하지 않고, 과도한 처리시간으로 작업능률이 낮아지는 문제점도 있다. 가장 치명적인 문제점은 알루미늄 용탕과 약품의 반응으로 인한 많은 양의 찌꺼기의 생성과 더불어 금속의 손실 및 내화재의 수명감소를 야기하는 것이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 기존에 알루미늄 연속제조를 위해 6단계 공정을 거처야 생산이 가능했던 부분을 이번에 개발한 3가지 공정만으로도 생산이 가능하게 알루미늄 연속 주조의 용탕과 탈 가스 장치의 일체화에 통한 기술을 개발에 관한 연구이다. Several methods that have been used to manage a degasing process in recent years, such as an injection method that uses aluminum molten metal powder and chemicals, and the input method that supplies argon and nitrogen, or chlorine gas using a gas blow-tube. On the other hand, these methods have some problems, and it is a difficult process to handle pollution due to the production of considerable toxic gases, such as chlorine and fluoride gas, irregular effects, and lowering work efficiency due to the excessive processing time. The problems that are most fatal are the production of considerable sludge due to a reaction of aluminum molten metal with chemicals, loss of metals, and the decreasing life of refractory materials. To solve these problems, this study developed a technology that is related to continuous casting of molten aluminum metal and monolithic degasing apparatus.

This study investigates the level of elementary school parents' satisfaction and recognition on the education gap between the eastern and western part of the Busan Metropolitan City. The gist of the discussion centers on the equal educational opportunities of the schooling, non-schooling. To accomplish this research, we practice the questionaries about the education development in Busan to 234 parents who reside in the eastern and western part in Busan. The results of survey are as follows. First of all, there is a broad distinction between the two area about parents' attitude towards children. Second, the results of schooling satisfaction are higher in eastern Busan area. Third, the parents of eastern part also show their satisfaction of schooling support. The results indicate that nation and local government must develop the short and long range plan for students from low-income families.

Supervision plans are a relatively new procedure in clinical supervision. This paper describes the purpose, development and implementation of goal-directed supervision plans. These plans were used to evaluate two aspects of supervision with 26 doctoral level psychology trainees during their first year of practicum: (1) the types of clinical needs/goals, and (2) the clinical progress toward these goals. The results indicated that trainees report positive improvements toward their three most important goals over a 10-month period. The three most important clinical needs/goals for first year practisum trainees were conceptual models and therapy skills, diagnosis and treatment planning, and personal and professional issues. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 8 trainees to explore what types of supervision strategies were most helpful in meeting their goals.
