The rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies contributes to the efficient reproduction of human capital, as thanks to innovative solutions in the fields of education, healthcare, economics and science, systems create conditions for improving the knowledge, skills and competencies of the population. This article presents an analysis of the definitions of the concepts of “human resources”, “potential” and “capital”, in addition, various concepts of the interaction of artificial intelligence with the human factor are studied. The authors noted that the development of artificial intelligence systems opens up new horizons, freeing up time and resources for innovation and creativity, while emphasizing the need to implement ethical norms and standards that ensure the fair and safe use of innovative solutions. The proper use of artificial intelligence can significantly accelerate the process of human capital reproduction, providing conditions for the sustainable development of society and the economy.

Abstract Bi 2 Te 3 ‐based materials are the best commercial thermoelectric (TE) materials for applications near room temperature. However, zone‐melted (ZM) materials suffer from poor mechanical properties, while traditional powder metallurgy‐derived Bi 2 Te 3 exhibits a strong donor‐like effect when refined into fine grains, creating a fundamental barrier to the simultaneous enhancement of mechanical and TE performance. Herein, high‐performance n ‐type Bi 2 Te 3 ‐based materials were fabricated via a hybrid process combining melt spinning (MS) and hot extrusion (HE). The MS‐derived foils exhibit a strong (110) orientation, nanocrystalline structure, and no significant donor‐like effect despite air exposure. These characteristics of these foils are maintained in the precursor for HE via rapid sintering by directly laying the foils flat without grinding. This strongly oriented, fine‐grained characteristic of the ribbon precursor is inherited and further intensified via subsequent HE, which yields fine‐grained, highly textured bulk materials with an orientation factor F (110) of 0.54. The enhanced texture and microstructure result in a high carrier mobility of 348 cm 2 ·V −1 ·s −1 and a power factor of 52.20 µW·cm −1 ·K −2 , while intensifying phonon scattering and reducing lattice thermal conductivity to 0.5 W·m −1 ·K −1 . Consequently, a peak ZT of 1.25 at 345 K and a room temperature ZT of 1.12 are achieved. This material also demonstrates exceptional mechanical properties, with a record‐high compressive strength of 338 MPa and flexural strength of 153.8 MPa. This work resolves the longstanding trade‐off between mechanical robustness and TE efficiency, enabling the fabrication of TE legs (<100 µm) for large‐scale applications. It paves the way for the fabrication of micro‐TE devices.

Introduction. The research problem lies in the contradiction between the evolving female cinematic image in contemporary Russian cinema and the lack of systematic analysis of its connection with socio-political and demographic processes. The research examines the transformation of the patriotic cinematic image of Russian women from the 1990s to the 2020s and its relationship with socio-political and demographic developments. The materials and methods . Films and TV series available on Film.ru, IMDb, KinoPoisk, and in the archive of the Russian State Film Fund have been used. Methods of quantitative-qualitative content analysis, discursive interpretation, comparative-historical, visual, narrative, hermeneutic, and comparative analysis, as well as the annotated primary texts method have been employed. The research considers the topic from the 1890s (the advent of cinema) to the 1980s (the final decade of the Soviet era). The results . Developmental trajectory of the patriotic cinematic image of Russian women has been identified and substantiated: Soviet cinema presented a symbiosis of traditional gender roles and equality, where women achieved professional and familial fulfillment. In the post-Soviet cinematic discourse, traditional roles diminished as narratives emphasized female independence. The heroine is portrayed as a solitary figure who, while not devoid of aspirations for marital or serious relationships, finds them transient, constrained, or unattainable. Discussion and conclusion . The findings can be used to develop an updated female image aligned with traditional value ideals. Future research should focus on strategies for promoting patriotism, family values, and childbirth through contemporary male and female cinematic representations.

Most critical software used and developed today is built with the use of multiple threads, which is quite complicated to get right.This leads to a prevalence of bugs related to concurrency, such as data races.In addition to that, current technological trends include robotics and unmanned vehicle software, which is not only multi-threaded but also made more complicated since it interacts with hardware, requires a specific OS environment, utilizes IPC, and must be rigorously tested.In this paper, we build on top of a multi-core version of S2E and provide an algorithm designed to improve the capabilities of detecting data race bugs in programs running in complicated environments.To achieve this, we utilize S2E's full-system emulation, its plugin system, and the CPU core scheduler from our fork.

To study the effect of manual physical therapy on blood pressure (BP) and body composition in patients with EAH. The study included 144 patients (mean age 59.9±3.7 years) with EAH or high normal BP (prehypertension), divided into 2 groups. The main group included 110 patients (47 men and 63 women), whose BP was measured according to Korotkov and heart rate was recorded, and body composition was also studied at least three times - before the start of therapy, in the middle of the session and immediately after its completion. The control group included 34 patients (17 men and 17 women), who refused both recommended and alternative treatment methods for various reasons, who were measured at the same time as the main group. During therapy using the method of A.Yu. Shishonin, the study group showed a significant decrease in SBP by the middle of the course by 11.3 mm Hg, and after completion - by 22.3 mm Hg. DBP significantly decreased after the middle of the course by 3.4 mm Hg, and by the end of therapy - by 4.4 mm Hg. HR by the end of manual-physical correction sessions significantly decreased by 12 beats/min. The fat mass in the study group by the end of therapy significantly decreased by 3.5 kg, the loss of total fluid by the end of the course was significantly 8.3 kg. An increase in muscle mass was recorded, which did not reach the level of reliability. In patients of the control group, changes in bioimpedance parameters were of a multidirectional nature and did not reach the level of reliability. The method of manual-physical correction according to A.Yu. Shishonin is an effective method for reducing blood pressure and normalizing body composition. Its effect is probably mediated by improved blood supply to regulatory structures, normalization of eating behavior and sympathoadrenal activity within the framework of the «selfish brain» theory.

The aim of the study is to detect and explicate the correlations of phraseology and linguoculture based on the linguo-semiological comparative description of political and media discourse using the material of the Russian and French languages. Achieving this aim lays the foundation for the optimal and constructive positioning of the phenomenon of “short catchphrase” (hereinafter referred to as SCF) as an object of research in the mainstream of discourse analysis. The scientific novelty of the work is seen in the application of a convergent approach to the study of various concepts of SCF and in the creation of an updated model of linguo-semiological description of short stable expressions to clarify the conceptual apparatus and more clearly structure the terminology of phraseological disciplines, as well as the theory of language and the theory of communication. The definition of the SCF proposed in the work is relatively new, based on the interlingual principle of structuring the term, which creates an epistemological reserve for constructing a linguo-gnoseological platform for an autonomous philological discipline. The key point of the work is the attitude to language as an open, actively developing system of semiotic supports and guidelines aimed at optimizing phraseologized communication, which should be based not only on an emotionally expressive message, but also with the involvement of the memory potential, additional cognitive efforts, will and imagination. Based on the data obtained, it becomes possible to identify additional mechanisms of phraseologized narrative, which leads to a dialogue and constructive synergy between representatives of various sciences and disciplines, on the paths of constructing and implementing models of adequate empathic communication associated with the dynamics of the development of interaction between linguo-semiotic and linguocultural parameters of a speech act.

Hyaline cartilage (HC) is a specialized connective tissue that covers the surfaces of major joints and is characterized by its limited regenerative capacity. Modern therapeutic approaches to HC restoration often do not provide complete regeneration of damaged tissue. Developed tissue engineering methods show promise as effective approaches for restoring various types of HC damage. Due to the rapid evolution of various technologies in research practice, the range of methods available for analysis of TE constructs has expanded, including for the study of tissue engineering of hyaline cartilage (TEHC). Because of the complexity of the HC’s structure, a whole range of methods is needed to assess characteristics of the scaffold, such as structure and strength. It is also important to study the behavior of cells inside the TE construct at all stages of cultivation, including post transplantation into the damaged area. The opacity of the scaffold and the complexity of its architecture often cause issues with the cell visualization and assessment of their viability. Therefore, there is a need to optimize each specific method for each specific scaffold. Despite the active study of TEHC, the results remain unsatisfactory. In this study, we have systematized data on the effectiveness and feasibility of methods to analyze structure, mechanical characteristics, cell interaction with the scaffold, and their ability to form new tissue before and after transplantation.

BackgroundSepsis, an organ dysfunction caused by deregulated host response to infection, is a major health problem worldwide. Sepsis is associated with high rates of mortality, especially in critically ill patients. Curcumin may improve sepsis through its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. This study aimed to investigate the effects of curcumin-piperine administration in critically ill septic patients.MethodThis double-blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) conducted on 66 patients with sepsis hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU). Patients were randomized to either the intervention group receiving two tablets of curcumin-piperine (each containing 500 mg curcuminoids and 5 mg piperine) (n = 33), or the placebo group receiving two matched tablets of placebo (n = 33) daily for 7 consecutive days along with enteral feeding. Clinical, laboratory, and biochemical indices were evaluated before and after the intervention. Statistical analyses were performed based on an intention-to-treat method.ResultMortality was observed in 10 patients in the curcumin-piperine group, and 12 patients in the control group. Curcumin-piperine significantly reduced bilirubin-total (P = 0.02), bilirubin-direct (P = 0.02), pH (P < 0.001), C-reactive protein (P = 0.04), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P < 0.001), and platelet count (P = 0.01) compared with the placebo. A significantly lower reduction was found in red blood cell (P = 0.003), hemoglobin (P = 0.001), and hematocrit (P = 0.002) levels in the intervention vs. placebo group. In addition, mean corpuscular hemoglobin (P < 0.001) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (P = 0.001) were significantly higher in the intervention vs. placebo group.ConclusionCurcumin–piperine supplementation over a short period had beneficial effects on some inflammatory and laboratory indices in critically ill patients with sepsis.Trial registrationIRCT20150613022681N4; available on:https://en.irct.ir/trial/52661. Single-phase hollow spheres based on calcium manganite CaMnO3 and gadolinium-doped Ca0.96Gd0.04MnO3 with the perovskite structure Pnma are synthesized via the method of spray solution combustion synthesis. Spark plasma sintering leads to the production of a secondary phase of marokite CaMn2O4 with the Pbcm structure, while doping promotes to decrease the marokite content. A change in the parameters of the perovskite crystal lattice is established, which indirectly indicates the substitution of Ca2+ with Gd3+ and the formation of oxygen vacancies: both factors lead to a change in the Mn3+/Mn4+ ratio in the structure and, as a consequence, an increase in the electrical conductivity in the doped material due to a decrease in the activation energy of polaron hopping between localized states of Mn3+ and Mn4+. The resulting morphology enhances phonon scattering processes, which leads to a decrease in the thermal conductivity. The combination of the above factors leads to a significant increase in the thermoelectric efficiency: for Ca0.96Gd0.04MnO3 the value zT reaches 0.26 at T = 975 K, which is 117% higher than that of the undoped sample (zT = 0.12). This confirms the promise of the chosen approaches for creating highly efficient thermoelectric ceramics.
