Since ancient times, medicinal plants have been a universal source of biologically active substances with high potential for the treatment of various diseases and disorders. For centuries, traditional communities have often relied on medicinal plants to treat health problems. Therefore, accurate information is required and knowledge about traditional medicinal plants requires evaluation, and great attention should be given to the possible integration of these plants as therapeutic agents or as complements to conventional pharmacological therapies in the healthcare system. Recently, Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., initially used as a holistic remedy, has attracted attention from many researchers and consumers because of its multiple health-promoting effects. This growing interest prompted us to give an updated review of the botanical, geographical, historical, and therapeutic potentials of Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. in terms of its in vitro and in vivo health effects, nutritional uses, and possible applications in line with biodiversity and sustainability concepts. This paper also presents a quantitative research analysis of the published studies related to this plant that are available in the literature. To retrieve the publications related to this plant, a bibliographic search was carried out using the Scopus database. The bibliometric data were extracted and processed using VOSviewer software (v.1.6.16, 2020). Technological possible applications in terms of patents request presented was also performed. A total of 1386 publications, from the year 1970 to the year 2021, were obtained by the literature search, and these had been collectively cited 38,805 times. The large amount of literature data available documents the interest in this plant’s use as a tool for integrating traditional holistic healing approach, e.g., using plants, herbs, and holistic remedies, into the healthcare system as supporting tools and/or therapeutic agents, which is a current worldwide challenge.

Aim of this work is to search and analyze scientific literature involved in the effect played by wireless comunication radiation in the S.A.R.S-COV-2 spike protein derivates pathological process. El objetivo del estudio fue baremar el Inventario de Estrés Académico SISCO SV adaptado al contexto de la crisis por COVID-19, la investigación instrumental fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo simple. Tuvo como participantes a 974 estudiantes universitarios de la región Junín a quienes se aplicó el inventario en forma online. El instrumento fue validado bajo evidencia de constructo con el coeficiente de correlación r de Pearson corregida y análisis factorial confirmatorio; la confiabilidad fue excelente evaluada con el coeficiente de consistencia interna alfa de Cronbach (0.946); el baremo se estableció en base a la distribución estadística uniforme con tres categorías equiprobables: leve (0-78), moderado (79-157) y fuerte (158-235). En conclusión, se logró baremar con éxito el Inventario de Estrés Académico SISCO SV adaptado al contexto de la crisis por COVID-19, el mismo que permitirá evaluar e interpretar los niveles de estrés académico de la población de estudiantes universitarios.

Accurate measurement of the tissue pH in vivo by MRI may be of clinical value for both diagnosis and selection/monitoring of therapy. To act as pH reporters, MRI contrast agents have to provide responsiveness to pH that does not require prior knowledge of the actual concentration of the contrast agent. This work deals with the use of a paramagnetic gadolinium(III) complex, loaded into liposomes, whose relaxometric properties are affected by the pH of the medium. In this system, the amphiphilic metal complex, which contains a moiety whose protonation changes the coordination properties of the metal chelate, experiences a different intraliposomial distribution depending on the pH conditions. The pH of the solution can be unambiguously identified by exploiting the peculiar characteristics of the resulting NMRD profiles, and a ratiometric pH-responsive method has been set up by comparing the relaxation enhancement at different magnetic field strengths.

The article comes from the news of the second phase of the french plan against school violence, to compare it with the situation in our country.Some represive measures have been taken in France being these ones wihich have most taken in account in our country, not having in the mind those with an educative or pedagogic value. In Spain we can talk about indiscipline more than violence, something considered exceptional. Indiscipline happens more often in secondary school. Teachers in Secondary Education complain about their students’ indiscipline basically. Education for peace can be effective as a preventive element of school violence, but always as something that comes directly than the reality in the class.
