The article is devoted to assessing crisis development scenarios at industrial enterprises in the system of strategic planning of anti-crisis measures, building a cognitive model of relationships, and quantitatively reproducing the effects on intermediate results. The study is based on the basic factors, which were designated from X1 to X14, and intermediate indicators, which in turn were designated from O1 to O3 according to the data for the three enterprises selected by us for 2024. The indicators were normalized to dimensionless indices taking into account the direction of utility, then density matrices of relationships, cognitive maps, and separate equations for each enterprise were constructed, which reproduce the impact of the liquidity of the capital structure of interest payments of the revolving cycle of costs and market concentrations on the share of overdue obligations of capacity utilization and short-term solvency. A coordinated procedure for calibrating sensitivities and free terms was proposed, which provides traceability from expert and empirical information to calculation results and allows us to reproduce the recorded values for each of the enterprises selected by us. The paper forms a matrix of strategic alternatives at the intersection of two managed planes: access to financing for anti-crisis measures and the maturity of anti-crisis management and readiness for change. The cross-combination of high and low levels generates four scenarios: optimistic, conservative, moderately optimistic, and pessimistic. Based on four scenarios, specific proposals for anti-crisis management actions have been developed for each enterprise, which can be used by managers and financial managers of industrial enterprises, as well as anti-crisis management consultants.

Abstract. The literature review substantiates the need to study psychological aspects and quality of life in the management of patients with endocrine orbitopathy. The results of scientific research on the frequency of anxiety and depression, as well as the quality of life of patients with endocrine orbitopathy, which remains an urgent issue of ophthalmology and endocrinology, are highlighted, since this pathology is accompanied by physical discomfort, and in severe cases can lead to vision loss, which is a medical and social problem. The aim of this study – is to analyze literature data on the study of psychological aspects and quality of life in the management of patients with endocrine orbitopathy and the latest recommendations of EUGOGO-2021 (The 2021 European Group on Graves’ orbitopathy (EUGOGO) clinical practice guidelines for the medical management of Graves’ orbitopathy). Results. The development of neuropsychiatric disorders, in particular anxiety and depression, in patients with endocrine orbitopathy is associated with an imbalance of thyroid hormones, systemic immune activation, excessive activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system, as well as with psychological discomfort caused by a decrease in the quality of life. The current recommendations of the European Group for the Management of Endocrine Orbitopathy indicate the need to determine the quality of life of patients before and after treatment, but the issue of detection and correction of neuropsychological disorders has not been sufficiently studied. Thus, a biopsychosocial medical model is necessary for a comprehensive approach to the management of patients with endocrine orbitopathy.Conclusions. The management of patients with endocrine orbitopathy requires a comprehensive approach to study neuropsychological disorders and quality of life depending on the activity, severity, and duration of the disease. Today, the implementation of an individual interdisciplinary approach in the management of patients with endocrine orbitopathy is necessary for the correction of neuropsychological disorders, improvement of the quality of life and acceleration of the period of medical and social rehabilitation.

Ukraine’s large-scale educational displacement has transformed externship-based schooling for pupils abroad from a marginal arrangement into a system-level necessity, exposing limits in teacher professional development (TPD) policy and infrastructure. The aim of the article is to identify policy innovations that align Ukraine’s teacher professional development (TPD) with EU/OECD standards so educators teaching Ukrainian students abroad can access recognized, portable, and equitable learning. The methodology adopts a qualitative comparative design, combining (a) document analysis of Ukrainian policy instruments alongside EU/OECD frameworks and (b) comparative mapping of Estonia, Poland, and Romania to examine governance, recognition/micro-credentials, digital quality assurance, equity, and cross-border portability. First, Ukraine’s strategy is conceptually aligned with European priorities (digitalization, inclusivity, lifelong CPD) but lacks operational tools specific to externship contexts - EQF-aligned micro-credentials, fast-track cross-border recognition/RPL, platform-level digital QA (WCAG, portfolio audits), and interoperable data/credential registries. Second, European comparators illustrate transferable levers: outcome-based micro-credentials and credential wallets (Estonia), practice-embedded mentoring/coaching (Poland and Estonia), and project-enabled but still-standardizing infrastructures (Romania). Modernizing Ukraine’s TPD for externship requires codifying the externship role, standardizing micro-credentials, institutionalizing digital QA and equity metrics, and deploying an API-based CPD registry that accepts verifiable credentials. While conceptually specified here, a unified three-dimensional analytical model linking policy coherence, institutional integration, and outcome orientation remains to be developed and validated in future research. These steps would shift Ukraine from fragmented, domestically oriented arrangements to a coherent, interoperable, and digitally enabled ecosystem capable of sustaining Ukrainian education across borders.

The authors provided a theoretical analysis of the impact of hybrid employment on personnel capacity and productivity in Ukrainian IT companies. The article analyzed features of hybrid work's short-term and long-term effects under both pandemic and wartime conditions. The study argues that, when supported by strategic management, this form of employment can enhance organizational resilience, reduce employees turnover, and improve the efficiency of team interaction. A conceptual framework for assessing hybrid work effectiveness is proposed, covering three key dimensions: productivity, personnel capacity, and business performance. The authors recommended implementing OKR systems, HR analytics, and regular employee feedback mechanisms to improve the quality of human resource management in hybrid settings.

The creative component of the design process is fundamental, as it is associated with the search for innovative solutions. In the creative process, the designer’s imagination plays a leading role – it serves as the foundation for shaping and transforming the vision of the functional and aesthetic image of the future object. This study was aimed to identify and systematise the main strategic directions and techniques that stimulate the creative process in generating innovative solutions within modern design practice. The research methodology included the analysis of information sources on design methods; tools for form development in architectural, industrial, and environmental design; structural and systematic analysis; and synthesis of research results. It has been demonstrated that human imagination operates on the basis of previously formed visual images through perception. The strategic approach to reativity development is shaped by visual-operational experience. It has been established that the main method of generating new ideas is creative experimentation. To stimulate the creative process during the ideation stage, it is advisable to apply techniques such as decomposition, alteration of visual modelling tools, combinatorics, the use of simple and flexible tools, references and analogies, brainstorming, and design heuristics. The practical significance of these findings lies in their application to design practice, the education and training of specialists in artistic and creative fields, and further research in art history, cultural studies, architecture, and design.

Cryptocurrencies have rapidly emerged as a significant financial asset class, influencing global monetary systems and financial markets. However, their extreme volatility, speculative nature, and evolving regulatory landscape pose challenges to investors, policymakers, and financial analysts. This study presents an in-depth quantitative analysis of cryptocurrency volatility and risk assessment, focusing on Bitcoin (BTC-USD) and its correlation with traditional financial assets, including the EUR/USD exchange rate and S&P 500 index. Our research employs Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) modeling to measure the dynamic volatility patterns of Bitcoin, revealing the asset’s substantial fluctuations over time and its sensitivity to market shocks. Additionally, we utilize Monte Carlo simulations to forecast potential future price movements of Bitcoin, highlighting risk scenarios and the probability distribution of price trajectories over a one-year period. The Value-at-Risk (VaR) model is implemented to estimate potential losses within a given confidence interval, providing a robust measure of downside risk. Furthermore, the study examines the integration of cryptocurrency markets with traditional financial instruments by analyzing cross-asset correlations and volatility spillover effects. The findings suggest that while Bitcoin remains a highly volatile asset, its correlation with the broader financial system is increasing, indicating a potential shift towards mainstream financial adoption. The results contribute to the ongoing debate on whether cryptocurrencies serve primarily as speculative instruments or as viable components of diversified investment portfolios. These insights are valuable for institutional investors, risk managers, and policymakers in designing more effective risk mitigation strategies for cryptocurrency investments.

This paper proposes and tests a methodology for evaluating the human capital of oil and gas industry enterprises. The methodology is based on previously developed mathematical and test tools, with enhancements to support decision-making in human capital development. The proposed methodology facilitates a comprehensive mathematical analysis of assessment results and provides analytical and graphical justifications for the approaches, methods, and models used in shaping personal development trajectories. These trajectories are tailored to the needs of individuals as bearers of human capital and consider its role in achieving sustainable development goals. Given the purpose of this study—to analyze the state and development opportunities of human capital in oil and gas enterprises using the authors’ assessment methodology—the presented approach aims to provide a comprehensive framework for evaluating and enhancing human capital in this key sector. This study includes a survey of employees of three groups of enterprises: NAFTOGAZ Group (Kyiv, Ukraine), Ukrainian private oil and gas companies, and enterprises of other sectors of Ukraine’s economy. A comparative analysis carried out via mathematical tools enabled a detailed evaluation of the collected data. The study conclusions highlight within-group and intergroup comparative characteristics of respondents based on calculated values and deviations in their intellectual attributes. These findings allow us to formulate a set of recommendations regarding the appropriateness of corrective actions and also validate the reliability and objectivity of the proposed human capital assessment methodology. This methodology may potentially help in strategic decision-making in the development of the gas and oil industry and allows for planning the changes in human capital necessary to ensure sustainable development.
