Вступ. У сучасних умовах стрімкого розвитку інформаційних технологій цифровізація стає одним із ключових факторів трансформації світового морського транспорту. Важливу роль у цьому процесі відіграє концепція e-Navigation, спрямована на інтеграцію сучасних навігаційних, інформаційних та комунікаційних систем. Значна частина міжнародно-правових стандартів у цій сфері формується та координується International Maritime Organization, яка розробляє глобальні правила функціонування морської галузі. Мета. Метою дослідження є комплексний аналіз процесів цифровізації морського транспорту та визначення особливостей імплементації міжнародних морських конвенцій, розроблених International Maritime Organization, у межах концепції e-Navigation. Особлива увага приділяється дослідженню впливу сучасних інформаційних і навігаційних технологій на реалізацію вимог міжнародних нормативно-правових актів у сфері безпеки мореплавства. У межах роботи передбачається також оцінити ефективність застосування положень SOLAS Convention у цифровому навігаційному середовищі. Кінцевою метою є обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення правового та технологічного забезпечення впровадження стандартів ІМО в умовах розвитку електронної навігації. Матеріали і методи. Матеріалами дослідження є: матеріалами дослідження є міжнародні нормативно-правові акти та конвенції, розроблені International Maritime Organization, зокрема SOLAS Convention, MARPOL Convention та STCW Convention, офіційні документи та рекомендації щодо впровадження концепції e-Navigation, а також наукові праці вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників у сфері морського права, безпеки судноплавства та цифровізації морського транспорту. В процесі здійснення дослідження було використано наступні наукові методи: аналіз і синтез — для вивчення міжнародних нормативно-правових актів та конвенцій, розроблених International Maritime Organization; порівняльно-правовий метод — для зіставлення положень міжнародних морських конвенцій, зокрема SOLAS Convention та MARPOL Convention; системний метод — для дослідження концепції e-Navigation як комплексної навігаційно-інформаційної системи; а також узагальнення та логічного аналізу — для формування наукових висновків щодо цифровізації морського транспорту. Результати. У науковій статті проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до цифровізації морського транспорту та визначено її роль у розвитку сучасного судноплавства. Охарактеризовано нормативно-правову діяльність International Maritime Organization у сфері регулювання безпеки мореплавства та впровадження цифрових технологій. Проаналізовано положення ключових міжнародних морських конвенцій, зокрема SOLAS Convention, MARPOL Convention та STCW Convention, у контексті їх реалізації в цифровому навігаційному середовищі. Визначено особливості інтеграції інформаційних і навігаційних систем у межах концепції e-Navigation для забезпечення виконання вимог міжнародних конвенцій. Вивчено сучасні цифрові технології та навігаційні системи. Виокремлено головні проблеми та перешкоди впровадження міжнародних морських угод у процесі цифрової трансформації морського сектора. Обґрунтовано шляхи покращення правового, технологічного та організаційного супроводу включення стандартів ІМО за умов прогресу e-Navigation. Перспективи. В подальших наукових дослідженнях пропонується зосередити увагу на поглибленому вивченні механізмів цифрової імплементації міжнародних морських конвенцій, розроблених International Maritime Organization, у межах розвитку концепції e-Navigation, а також на аналізі використання сучасних інформаційних технологій, автоматизованих навігаційних систем і цифрових платформ для підвищення ефективності виконання вимог SOLAS Convention та інших міжнародних стандартів безпеки мореплавства.

BACKGROUND In the context of global scientific integration and the rapid advancement of information and communication technologies, academic integrity has emerged as a cornerstone of quality research. Defined by ethical norms such as trust, honesty, and responsibility, academic integrity underpins credible scholarly work. However, the digital age presents growing risks to these values, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence and electronic resources. MATERIALS AND METHODS This study applies a combined methodology, incorporating case study analysis and secondary data review. It explores technological tools for supporting academic originality, institutional mechanisms promoting integrity, and international frameworks for ethical standards in higher education. The sampling period is 2019–2025, and the sample size is 41 sources. The criteria for inclusion and exclusion of publications were spatial and temporal indicators and the level of reliability of information. RESULTS The research identifies key challenges to academic integrity, including AI (Artificial intelligence)-generated content, poor digital resource management, and insufficient institutional oversight. The role of global initiatives such as the Bucharest Declaration and the International Center for Academic Integrity (ICAI) is examined. Primary forms of scientific plagiarism are outlined, and the functional role of digital academic publishing in ensuring textual uniqueness is evaluated. Core academic values – trust, justice, respect, responsibility, honesty, and courage – are reaffirmed as foundations for ethical research. Strategies for improving scientific communication and anti-plagiarism mechanisms are also identified. CONCLUSION Academic integrity is essential for ensuring the quality of scientific research in the information society. A comprehensive approach – integrating institutional support, technological control systems, and adherence to global ethical standards – can effectively detect and prevent academic dishonesty. Strengthening these measures will foster a trustworthy scientific environment and support the creation of credible research outcomes.

In the article, taking into account the challenges of the global information revolution, modern socio-educational realities, the authors substantiate the need for a communicative approach in teaching physics as one of the methodological approaches of a new scientific direction – psycho didactics of physics. The purpose of the article is defined as the coverage of some results of experimental teaching of physics to high school students of a secondary school based on a communicative approach with elements of bilingualism, its essence is characterized. Using a specific example, the author’s methodology for implementing this approach was first demonstrated, the need for its integration with other psycho-didactic approaches with the aim of comprehensive development of the student’s personality in the process of teaching physics is emphasized. Some experimental data are presented that make it possible, as a first approximation, to optimistically evaluate the results of testing the methodology of the communicative approach with elements of bilingualism in physics education, the prospect of further studies to obtain data on a more voluminous statistical sample is outlined , as well as to identify the possibility of using the proposed methodology in studying other disciplines in natural sciences in both secondary and high school.

Research work is one of the most difficult types of independent work of applicants for the second level of higher education (master's students), the implementation of which requires special knowledge and skills. For master's cadets, preparing and writing a master's thesis is the first experience of research activity. In the Kherson State Maritime Academy, for master's cadets specializing in «Navigation and Management of Sea Vessels», the course «Modern Methods of Scientific Research and Data Processing» (MMSRDP) is provided, which, according to the curriculum and educational and professional program, is included in the cycle of professional training. The program of the academic discipline «Modern Methods of Scientific Research and Data Processing» is drawn up in accordance with the Code of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers STCW-78, IMO-MODEL COURSE 7.01, 7.03. and according to EPP. The direction of our research is to improve the teaching of the course «Modern Methods of Scientific Research and Data Processing» in the Kherson State Maritime Academy to achieve more significant standards of professional competence of applicants for the second level of higher education (master's students) in the specialization «Navigation and Management of Marine Vessels» of KhSMA. This article examines two of the most important components of the MMSRDP course. The first is the «starting» knowledge of the methodology and methods of scientific research, namely, the most significant classical paradigms that determine the essence of the concepts of methodology and methods of scientific research, concepts and issues of modern methods of empirical and theoretical research. The second, no less important component of the MMSRDP course is the study by master's students of specific methods and techniques of data processing and analysis. Our further research is aimed at a more detailed consideration of the second component of the MMSRDP course - the study by master's students of specific methods and techniques of data processing and analysis in the field of technical sciences, in particular, in the field of navigation, which are most necessary for master's students of the navigation specialty, as well as the development of a set of individual tasks for master's students aimed at the application of specific methods and techniques of data collection and analysis

This article aims to analyse the concept of Education 4.0 and its key achievements, challenges, and prospects in the context of artificial intelligence development in the Ukrainian educational system. The study explores the transformation and digitalisation of Ukrainian education, including the impact of artificial intelligence on pedagogical methods, the training of qualified professionals, the development of innovative curricula, and ensuring free and continuous access to high-quality education. The research methodology is based on an in-depth analysis of modern literature, examining successful cases of artificial intelligence integration into Ukrainian education. Particular attention is paid to the modernisation of education through AI-driven solutions, the opportunities and challenges of Education 4.0, and the AI systems that actively support contemporary learning. The findings highlight the potential of Education 4.0 in fostering personalised learning, enhancing the competitiveness of Ukrainian education, and aligning it with European standards. However, multiple challenges hinder its effective implementation, including the Russian invasion, technological disparities across regions, a shortage of retrained specialists, and risks associated with excessive automation, which may diminish the human element in education. This study contributes to the ongoing discussion on adapting Ukraine’s education system to the demands of digital transformation.

The study is devoted to analysing regional trends in introducing artificial intelligence (AI) into the in-service training system of teachers in the Kherson region of Ukraine in the context of distance learning during martial law. The study's originality lies in identifying specific regional features of the use of AI in the educational process in emergency conditions and developing targeted in-service training programmes adapted to the challenges of wartime. The study aims to identify effective ways to integrate artificial intelligence technologies into the teacher training system and develop their information and digital competence in distance learning. The research methodology included a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework, scientific and methodological literature, and a survey of teachers on their readiness for professional development in AI implementation. The study results revealed the main advantages (access to data-based resources, personalisation of the educational process, automation of assessment, creation of interactive learning environments, use of virtual assistants, etc.) and disadvantages (lack of teacher training, ethical issues and technical limitations) of using artificial intelligence in the educational process. Based on the study of AI tools, the content lines of the advanced training programmes "Artificial Intelligence in the Educational Process" and "Neural Networks in Education" of 30 hours (1 ECTS credit) were developed. The study's findings can serve as a basis for developing regional strategies for introducing AI into the educational process, including training, infrastructure development, and cooperation between educational institutions and technology companies.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the evolution process of assessment practices in online maritime education within electronic educational environments (EEEs). It is highlighted that with the increasing popularity of EEEs worldwide, especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic, online education has become a crucial tool for ensuring continued access to learning. It is mentioned that despite the growing importance of e-learning platforms, there remains a gap in understanding best practices, trends, and innovations in assessment methods within this context. A comparison analysis of the most popular e-learning platforms is conducted in the study. The benefits of Moodle while online maritime education are mentioned in the article. The results of the study showed that Moodle has many tools and instruments for future ship engineers who want to study maritime English. The study also found that Moodle offers flexibility, interactivity, and efficiency in evaluating students' learning progress and outcomes with the help of these tools and instruments. This work highlights that while Moodle's assessment tools are effective, teachers can enhance the teaching and learning experience for both themselves and their cadets.

The peculiarity of monitoring the technical condition of ship vehicles is that during the service life the main energetic installation is not changed, but its continuous maintenance and periodic repairs are carried out. In the organization of such activities, the leading role belongs to technical diagnostics, which allows you to determine the technical condition of the material, as well as predict possible changes for a certain period. Intelligent system of monitoring of operational properties of ship power equipment with Markov circuits, probabilistic dynamics elements, calculations on probabilistic models, multi-criteria optimization of diagnostic parameters, simulation and scenario generation is proposed. In detail, the content of the main structural units of the system for monitoring the operational properties of ship power equipment is considered. The input information was a generalization of experience in the operation of vehicles. The stages of construction of Markov circuits are described in relation to diagnostics of turbochargers, the feature of which is a replacement of discrete time by a continuous sequence of states. Considered by a separate unit of calculation on probabilistic models on the basis of spectra of vibration signals by combining their main discrete features and establishing new diagnostic parameters. The visualization of relationships consists in the construction of digraphs of interactions of the main structural elements of the SES taking into account probabilistic models. Multi-criteria optimization in the presented system is considered from the standpoint of statistical criteria and their convolution. Simulation and generation of basic scenarios is described, from the point of view, the conversion of analog data about workflows to digital form.
