King County Library System Foundation

ABSTRACT King County Library System serves over a million people within two thousand square miles. Profiles oflibrary service areas provide an avenue to gather data on local areas and to gauge a library's connection to its community. This article describes the community study process, including data gathering, conclusions and recommendations. Profiles of recent studies and recommendations for collections, programs, and services are included.
