This paper will present a study about reducing on-product overlay (OPO) by optimizing imaging-based overlay (IBO) measurements utilizing newly developed extended wavelengths and optimal optical focus technologies on previous and current layers simultaneously in an advanced memory device process. Trends in memory device process variation using thicker/higher layer stacks along with more opaque process layers make this study especially crucial and topical to address these challenges.

The objective of this study was to determine the optimal cooking time byconsidering the cooking loss, shear force, and off-odor reduction of pork largeintestines. Commercial pork large intestines were purchased, quarteredperpendicularly, and cooked in boiling water for 40, 120, 180, and 240 min.Cooking loss of the samples increased after 240 min of cooking (10.92,p<0.05) while shear force value was lower at 240 min (4.45) compared tothat at other cooking times (p<0.001). The amount of major volatileorganic compounds showed a decreasing trend with increasing cooking time. Inparticular, the amount of methyl pentanoate (17,528.71) and methyl isobutyrate(812.51), compounds with a relatively low odor threshold, decreasedsignificantly after 120 min of cooking and no change was observed thereafter(p<0.05). In addition, the amount of 2-pentanol (3,785.65) and 1-propanol(622.26), possibly produced by lipid oxidation, significantly decreased at thesame cooking time (p<0.001). In the principal component analysis, onlythe 40 min cooking time was significantly different from other cooking time byhigh amounts of 1-propanol, 2-pentanol, and methyl isobutyrate. In conclusion,in the present study, the optimal cooking time for pork large intestines was 120min in terms of off-odor reduction, cooking loss, and shear force.

This research was conducted to manufacture thermally expandable microspheres (TEMs) for vehicles’ underbody coating and to apply them on an industrial scale. TEMs heat resistance was studied depending on the ratios of a cross-linking agent and an initiator. This research focused on the content of a cross-linking agent and how it affected the results. The TEMs’ outer shell was thickened to solve the problem of the foam expansion ratio’s reduction that occurred due to the shrinkage after the maximum expansion (Tmax) was reached. After foaming, the cross-sectional thickness and surface of the sample with thickened outer shell were observed. The TEMs with the thickened shell showed the least shrinkage, which indicated excellent shrinkage stability, even after prolonged exposure to heat.

Dans le cadre du texte poétique, le procédé stylistique de la répétition lexicale semble essentiel pour des finalités d’expression et de signification. Le cas des poèmes de Giovanni Pascoli nous montre que les répétitions, les reprises et les renvois disséminés partout dans le texte constituent une sorte de régime unique qui permet au lecteur – en l’occurrence au traducteur – d’entrevoir la cohérence de fond de son œuvre, à savoir son rythme singulier, tant au niveau sémantique qu’au niveau formel. Loin de calquer le poème italien dans son système complexe d’occurrences, en particulier lexicales, la traduction française d’Yves Bonnefoy semblerait de prime abord s’éloigner de l’original. Toutefois, notre étude se propose de montrer comment le traducteur français réussit en tout cas à assurer l’effet rythmique, non seulement par le moyen de solutions compensatoires, mais aussi grâce à une nouvelle combinaison de tous ces éléments qui concourent à la construction d’ensemble du poème.
