<p style="text-align: justify;">Hygiene is a basic fondation for a preventive oenology ; it garantees the producer for the security of the quality of his wines. Many measures are to be taken : the choice of a suitable system of cleaning and disinfection.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">After studying the areas to be treated and the processes to be carried out, the tests of choice are related for the different cleaning and disinfection agents.</p>
