A number of government agencies work together to coordinate TVET's operations in Malaysia. However, the management of TVET institutions requires re-evaluation to standardise operations across the country. There is a need for a management framework to guide the entire process from start to end. This study aims to identify the management structure of TVET institutions. The main structures were identified through literature review and the Delphi Method. Subsequently, Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) was used to develop the framework. The proposed management framework of Malaysia's TVET institutions is intended to offer a robust system that satisfies industry requirements.

This study aims to determine to what extent adult Indonesians and Malaysians self-disclose COVID-19 related information during the pandemic. Using an online survey, the study obtained quantitative data in understanding the five dimensions of self-disclosure—amount, valency, accuracy, intention, and intimacy as suggested by Devito. Using descriptive statistics and analysis (mean scores, percentages, and frequencies), the findings demonstrate the patterns and behaviours of Indonesians and Malaysians in self-disclosing COVID-19 related information against the demographic background of respondents’ academic qualification, gender, employment, education, ethnicity, and age. Findings indicate that, generally, Malaysians are more open than the Indonesian when it comes to disclosing sensitive information during the pandemic. Several unique findings seem to indicate the potential of a new understanding of self-disclosure, as well as of altering theories in this field. Nevertheless, more studies are needed before making a strong claim on theorizing of a new way of framing self-disclosure.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the lives of the entire population of the world. The effect is also experienced by university students who must be independent in learning. Therefore, self-regulation is needed in the management of their life at the university. The concept of self-regulation is an individual's belief about his ability to plan and control behavior. Students at university need these factors to ensure that the patterns of thinking and feeling produced are in line with their actions of completing tasks and at the same time control their behavior from harmful social and environmental effects. Demographic factors such as gender, ethnicity, place of residence of students, field of study and duration of study are focused as variables that are assumed to influence differences in student self-regulation. This study was conducted using a quantitative method involving 590 students of Universiti Malaysia Sabah who were selected through random sampling. The Adolescent Self-Regulation Inventory instrument was used to obtain feedback from the sample. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26.0 software. The results of the study found that self-regulation does not differ significantly based on gender, ethnicity, student's place of residence, field and period of study. This study contributes to the addition of psychological knowledge related to student self-regulation during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The research in hand attempts to investigate the different factors influencing SMEs' decision to internationalise in developing countries (such as Malaysia) including the impacts of ethical issues on the internationalisation decision process. The study also attempts to investigate the impact of internationalisation adoption on SMEs' business performance since the relationship remains vague. The study will deepen the understanding of the complex interrelationship between internationalisation determinants (that influence top management's decision to internationalise), and how such factors (internal and external) might affect SMEs' business performance. Based on the outcomes of such investigation and extensive exploratory study, an acceptable and comprehensive conceptual framework will be presented to investigate and understand the different factors influencing internationalisation adoption by Malaysian SMEs and its impact on companies' performance.

Construction industry in Malaysia is facing a serious issue of construction delay causing a significant amount of time over run and cost over run. Various studies have addressed the issue of construction delay, however, most of studies focused on identifying causes of delay. Less attention has been paid of assessing effects of construction delay. Hence this study is aimed to assess effects of construction delay on MARA large projects. Investigation approach for study includes the site study of 30 MARA large projects selected from various areas of Malaysia and structured questionnaire survey among client, consultant and contractor personnel’s. It is important to note that 90% of MARA projects are experiencing time overrun. Data was analyzed with statistical analysis to calculate rank of the effects of delays and correlation with spearman formula to identify the interrelationship between attributes of effects. Results showed that time over-run and cost over-run are most significant effects of delay on MARA construction projects. Time over-run has high degree of correlation with cost over-run and moderate degree of correlation with disputes.
