The objective of the article is to raise the terms ''asylum seekers'', ''internally dispaced persons'', ''forced resettlement/displaced persons'', consider the legal statuses corresponding to these terms, study international law and legal documents and compare them with national legislation. Study of the problems posed within the article, were used individual (personal) or special methods - legal-comparative, analytical, statistical, systemic, as well as general scientific, such as dialectical, logical, historical methods. Our task is clarify the features of these legal statuses, to present notional /domestic/ legal problems associated with the above statuses. The result of the research is the conclusion that it is necessary to immediatly reflect in the legislation the post-war realities that are associated with the determination of the legal status of displaced persons due to the 44-day aggression of Azerbaijan. The purpose of the article is to highlight the terms "asylum seekers", "internally displaced persons", "internally resettled/displaced persons", to study international legal documents that fix the legal provisions corresponding to them, as well as to compare them with the legislation in force in Artsakh and comment on the real and legal situation of those who have not received these status de jure but de facto are the carriers. The issue of legal consolidation of more than 36,000 persons deported from their place of permanent residence as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression on September 27, 2020, including refugees deported from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992, as well as the issue of legal consolidation of the current situation of internally displaced persons due to the first Artsakh war of 1991-1994, is rightly relevant. Our task is to explain the features of the above-mentioned legal status, to present domestic legal problems related to the above-mentioned statuses, in some cases-problems that have arisen due to their absence in the legal field, to invite the competent circles, the competent authorities to submit for discussion an extension of the above-mentioned concepts, possibly a new status, respectively, the need for their succession for the realization of the rights of persons bearing them. In the course of studying the tasks set in the framework of the article, general scientific, dialectical, logical, historical, as well as private or special methods were used, which are: legal, analytical, statistical, structural methods. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to immediately reflect the post-war realities associated with determining the status of displaced persons and consolidating its socio-economic guarantees in the legislative field.

A floor is one of the principal factors in a static charge accumulation on the human body. Although many kinds of anti-static floors are developed, a method of evaluating their effect has hardly been investigated. A new electrostatic tester was developed to measure the effect of the anti-static floor which reduced the electrification of the human body. This tester has two detectors of an electrostatic potential and charge decay time for evaluating the effect of the anti-static floor. Experiments were made on the evaluation of the anti-static floors using this tester. In this paper, functions and specifications of the electrostatic tester developed newly and results obtained from the experiments are presented.

Rubber insulating gloves for electrical working must always keep dielectric properties in good condition in order to prevent a line man from electric shock. However, they are deteriorated by various stresses to which they are subjected in service and keeping. Therefore, their dielectric deterioration and estimation of lifetime were studied when they were actually used in high voltage electrical working on pole of distribution lines, because such a place is considered where the frequency of use is large and the environment is severe. As the result, it was found that the usable lifetime was considerably shorter than expected because of their mechanical damages in service. Also, measured dielectric and mechanical properties showed deterioration tendencies on the whole, though their data scattered on a wide range. And the voltage endurance lifetime was estimated for the used days with the help of statistical treatment, and it was confirmed that there are cases where a few used gloves fail in the voltage proof test of 10kV even if they once passed in the withstand test of 20kV when they were new products. Furthermore, it was also shown that the electrical breakdown point was not decided by innumerable slight scratches caused in service.

In a retrospective study (by questionnaire) of 8032 personnel exposed to anaesthetic gases in operating and recovery rooms in Ontario hospitals, and 2525 non-exposed hospital staff, the response was 78.8% for the exposed and 87.2% for the unexposed personnel during the period 1981-5. Logistic regression analysis, with age and smoking standardised, showed that women in the exposed group had significantly increased frequencies of spontaneous abortion and their children had significantly more congenital abnormalities (p less than 0.05). No chronic disease was significantly associated with the exposed group. These findings, together with similar ones from other studies, suggest that it is prudent to minimise exposure to waste anaesthetic gases.

A size-selective procedure has been developed in order to obtain samples of asbestos fibers of different lengths for use in biological experiments. Short Chrysotile fibers less than 5μm in length are widely suspected to be less carcinogenic than longer fibers. The bulk sample of U. I. C. C. standard asbestos (Chrysotile B) was aerosolized using -component fluidized bed. It was then separated in the dry state by wire ens (200 mesh and 635 mesh) and a virtual impactor with a cut-off point of 2μm.0.1g (sufficient weght for in-vitro tests) of a short-fiber fraction that passed through the wire screens and then onto the fine side of the virtual impactor, and 1.5g of a medium fraction that passed through the 200 mesh screen but did not pass through the 635 mesh screen, were obtained from about 20g of raw material. The length distribution of the short fiber fraction was 81% of fibers less than 5μm long and 96 percent of fibers less than 10μm long. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the crystallinity of the separated chrysotile was not markedly changed. The present dry and mild separation process that was developed thus successfully avoids any artificial change in the physicochemical properties of asbestos fibers.

The primary objective of this report is to provide tools and techniques necessary for determining the role of man and the allocation of functions to man and machine. The following four areas are identified, and representative studies in each, along with their implications, are discussed;1) man-machine comparison2) current application of total effectiveness concepts3) man-machine system analysis and evaluation techniques4) data store for derivation of man-machine function allocation formulae
