Hodgkin lymphoma is a rare neoplasm of the lymphatic system, representing one of the most common cancers in young adults. It is characterised by a low number of malignant cells derived from B-lymphocytes and an extensive microenvironment. We used Scopus, Web of Science and PubMed databases with search descriptors; “Hodgkin* lymphoma“ and “Hodgkin* disease”. The common bibliometric indicators were applied. We retrieved a total of 18,304 articles within 2002 and 2022. The growth pattern showed a saturated pattern, with the linear and exponential plots coinciding. A small number of authors were responsible for the majority of the publications, with a transience index of 71.84%. The Bradford core consisted of 32 journals, with Leukemia and Lymphoma being at the top. The most productive institutions were resident in United States with the University of Texas MD Anderson Center at the helm. The United States was found to be the most productive country. Engert A. was the most productive author. Scientific production in Hodgkin lymphoma was found to be saturated with a high transience index. This study provides a reference for oncologists, epidemiologists, funders, policy decision makers, academics, and Hodgkin lymphoma researchers.

Precise irrigation management requires robust classification of plant water stress. We expanded a morpho-kinematic (MK) framework that derives canopy-movement features from RGB time-lapse imaging evaluating how methodological refinements affect robustness and fine discrimination across four irrigation treatments representing distinct stress histories. The study tested both a biological (Agg) versus an isogonal (Unif) sectoring of the canopy image, within an additive scheme where to the baseline (i.e. flattened MK features, A0) were sequentially added non-linear descriptors (A1), irrigation-context variables (i.e. dry time, A2), and their interactions with baseline (A3). The multi-class problem was decomposed in biologically meaningful binary tasks, and the final classification confronted an adaptive - to the performance obtained in the out-of-fold predictions inside the leave-one-sample-out validation framework - linear opinion pooling (ALOP) ensemble, evaluated across its full parameter space, against hierarchical cascades (HCC). In our combined dataset from two sequential Lactuca sativa experiments (144 sample-days) ALOP median outperformed HCC in every configuration, while non-linear and contextual enrichments (A1-A2) produced consistent improvements in terms of prediction stability, variability (for ALOP), and balanced accuracy (BA). The highest balanced accuracy (median BA = 0.96) was reached under Unif scheme in A3, yet the Agg configuration in A2 achieved the best compromise between accuracy (median BA approx 0.91) and robustness. Concluding, this study identifies methodological pathways that strengthen resilience and transferability of movement-based water-stress classification, establishing a solid foundation for generalizable, low-cost phenotyping.

Abstract. The Tren Maya project, a new railway connecting major population centres and tourist sites around Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, impacted vast tracts of undeveloped land, ripe with archaeologically significant sites and landscapes. This effort necessitated the mobilization of Mexico’s archaeological authorities for the evaluation of large areas with tight timelines, as well as the creation of new museums along this railway network, consolidating and cataloguing previously scattered artifact collections. Authorities invested heavily in 3D survey products to meet the rigorous requirements of the project, resulting in the creation of many 3D aerial and terrestrial LiDAR, photogrammetry, structured light datasets. These survey data offer critical insight into their subjects and have wide potential for re-use by external parties, and are of great interest to the public at large, but, their inherent complexity and density create significant barriers for accessibility. We present a scalable and future-facing web-based system and archival framework enabling the long-term accessibility, visualization, and interoperability of critical 3D data assets with existing research and site management pipelines, game/xr/metaverse environments, and machine learning training applications.

Abstract. Mobile multicam photogrammetry systems offer a number of advantages over other 3d imaging modalities, including rapid acquisition speed, low cost sensors, and the availability of mature open-source software systems for photogrammetric alignment and reconstruction.. Through a number of case studies we compare the Looq, a home-grown GPS enabled multi-cam mobile mapping system, to colocated models from terrestrial photogrammetry, aerial photogrammetry, two terrestrial LiDAR systems, and two SLAM LiDAR systems. We evaluate these systems across varied urban and natural environments, in GPS enabled and denied environments, tight interior spaces, and open landscapes in Europe and North America. The comparative performance of these systems is described qualitatively and quantitatively.

Multimedia information fusion technology is currently a popular technology for data processing. The advanced productivity it brings is dozens of times that of traditional data information processing. The collected and processed information is not only efficient and accurate, but also has strong scalability. With the continuous development of college education in China, the problem of the construction of intelligent library in colleges and universities has gradually surfaced. The establishment of a university intelligent library is a process of integration and common progress between disciplines. This article starts from the current situation of university libraries, studies and analyzes intelligent libraries at home and abroad, and finally combines the existing multimedia information fusion technology to analyze the theoretical level of information flow as an important idea of the current university intelligent library construction.

BackgroundArmed conflicts are associated with an increased risk of food insecurity, the leading cause of malnutrition in low-and-middle-income countries. Multiple studies have uncovered significant influences of childhood malnutrition on children’s overall health and development. As a result, it is increasingly important to understand how childhood experience of armed conflict intersects with childhood malnutrition in conflict-prone countries like Nigeria. This study examined the association between different measures of childhood experiences of armed conflicts and the nutritional health outcomes of children aged 36–59 months.MethodsWe used data from the Nigeria Demographic and Health Survey linked with Uppsala Conflict Data Program Geo-Referenced Events Dataset using geographic identifiers. Multilevel regression models were fitted on a sample of 4226 children aged 36–59 months.ResultsThe prevalence of stunting, underweight and wasting was 35%, 20% and 3%, respectively. Armed conflicts were mostly recorded in the North-eastern states of Borno (222 episodes) and Adamawa (24 episodes). Exposure to armed conflicts ranged from 0 (no experience of armed conflict) to 3.75 conflicts per month since the child’s birth. An increase in the frequency of armed conflicts is associated with increased odds of childhood stunting [AOR = 2.52, 95%CI: 1.96–3.25] and underweight [AOR = 2.33, 95%CI: 1.19–4.59] but not wasting. The intensity of armed conflict was only marginally associated with stunting and underweight but not wasting. Longer conflicts that occurred in the last year were also associated with the odds of stunting [AOR = 1.25, 95%CI: 1.17–1.33] and underweight [AOR = 1.19, 95%CI: 1.11–1.26] but not wasting.ConclusionChildhood exposure to armed conflict is associated with long-term malnutrition in children aged 36–59 months in Nigeria. Strategies that aim to end childhood malnutrition could target children exposed to armed conflicts.

Digitizing rare and unique historical documents so they can be shared online is mission-critical work for most cultural heritage institutions, but it can be difficult to complete this work, especially intellectual property rights management, at a scale that matches user demand. The authors of this open educational resource offer guidance for creating scalable cross-functional workflows using a risk-management approach that increases efficiency and distributes responsibility for rights assessment work more equitably across stakeholders. It includes advice for navigating knowledge gaps, building an engaged team with the right skillsets, reimagining workflows, and rethinking traditional archival processing workflows to build capacity for rights analysis during arrangement and description. Each chapter includes a helpful exercise for implementing this guidance in your own institution.

Online community managers work towards building and managing communities around a given brand or topic. A risk imposed on such managers is that their community may die out and its utility diminish to users. Understanding what drives attention to content and the dynamics of discussions in a given community informs the community manager and/or host with the factors that are associated with attention. In this paper we gain insights into the idiosyncrasies that individual community forums exhibit in their attention patterns and how the factors that impact activity differ. We glean such insights by using logistic regression models for identifying seed posts and explore the effectiveness of a range of features. Our findings show that the discussion behaviour of different communities is clearly impacted by different factors.

Online threats to children, in the form of cyberbullying, grooming, and sexting, have reached unprecedented and alarming levels. Support is still lacking despite endless efforts by child safety organisations and online safety educational programmes. This is mainly due to children feeling apprehensive in such situations, ashamed of revealing their distressing encounter to an adult or even for not having anyone to approach with their concerns. This paper investigates how children envision the potential support of a chatbot in such contexts. We captured design requirements for such a chatbot through a participatory design approach involving 110 schoolchildren in the UK. Using LEGO figures, they elaborated and performed stories featuring the interaction of a child under threat with a chatbot. The analysis of the dialogues in their performances and their reflections resulted in a set of expected tasks for the chatbot, a conversation flow, and novel socio-technical requirements addressing potential users’ main concerns and expectations.
