The objective of this research is to substantiate the functioning of a creative laboratory as an effective form of enhancing the level of professional training for students in a university of culture. The article emphasizes the educational, cultural, leisure, and practical opportunities of a creative laboratory in improving the professional training of students at a university of culture. Particular attention is given to the analysis of the activities of the "School of Animators" creative laboratory of the Department of Socio-Cultural Activities at the Orel State Institute of Culture, which aims to develop organizational competencies, leadership qualities, and communication skills in students, improve their level of professional training, and ensure their active participation in the process of organizing and conducting various projects. The text provides the author's definition of the essence and content of the concept of "creative laboratory" as a relevant pedagogical phenomenon in a university of culture. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it is the first description and analysis of the successful pedagogical practice of conducting student socio-cultural projects in the context of a creative laboratory at a university of culture. The results of the study are an analysis of the activities of the "School of Animators" creative laboratory as an effective educational platform for improving the professional training of students in a university of culture.

The problems of legal regulation of the relationship between a university teacher and management in the field of creation and use of scientific works arise due to insufficient elaboration of contractual relations. In universities of culture, in addition to creative activity, teachers should also conduct scientific work, create scientific works that may have the status of official ones. To regulate these legal relations, it is recommended to conclude various types of contracts. The analysis of judicial practice in the field of the use of official works indicates the importance of detailed compilation of documents in the field of labor relations. So, in employment contracts and job descriptions, a list of jobs that will have the status of official can be specified. When placing scientific works on the Internet, it is necessary to formalize contractual relations with all participants in the process, stipulating the terms of use of the publication, or use technological protection tools.

<p>Эволюция сексуальности как социокультурного феномена на современном этапе развития культуры является атрибутом трансформации социальных отношений. Преобразование практик, связанных с интимностью, превращение избыточной сексуальности в норму сопряжены с воздействием тех или иных факторов культуры, служащих катализаторами обозначенных процессов.</p><p>Гипотеза исследования заключается в том, что одним из определяющих ресурсов эволюции сексуальности является рок-культура, предопределяющая многоуровневую трансформацию интимности. Ведущим мотивом изменений является радикальная эмансипация сексуальности, обретение ею избыточного экстенсивного характера и статуса этического императива в рамках рок-культуры. Катализатором половой активности в биографических нарративах выступает избыточный престиж, формирующийся вокруг профессиональных практик музыкантов. Музыканты подаются как своеобразные центры новой чувственности. Данная позиция фиксируется через образ жизни, в рамках которого пластичный секс превращается в доминирующую поведенческую стратегию. Производным процессом, связанным с акцентированным вниманием субъекта на интимных связях, становятся демократизация и ориентация на горизонтальный тип отношений, исключающий иерархизацию социума. Другой становится для субъекта не объектом активного действия, а абсолютно равным партнером.</p>

Library statistics is an important and effective method of analyzing library activities and identifying problems, planning and forecasting. Reliability, accuracy, completeness and comparability of the data are the most significant provisions. In her earlier publication, the author identified several inaccuracies in annual statistical reports submitted by university libraries. To identify discrepancies in 2019 statistics, the comparative analysis was accomplished for Orel State academic libraries. The study demonstrated that sometimes the libraries didn’t provide accurate and precise statistics with lacking logical connection between the indicators presented in different report sections. Individual factors differ significantly despite similarity of other factors that influence the former ones. The author concludes on the necessity of measures to be taken by RLA university library section, library methodological divisions, and by the academic libraries themselves. For this purpose, the author suggests to develop methodological recommendations on calculating statistics, statistical surveying of academic libraries and implementing the methods into practice.
