Examines the potential of using artificial intelligence technologies in teaching graphic design in vocational and higher education. This article analyzes modern AI tools used in the educational process to generate visual solutions, support project activities, and develop students' creative thinking. Particular attention is paid to issues of personalization of training, automation of individual stages of design development, and increasing the efficiency of assimilation of educational material. A promising area for further research is the development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of AI technologies in educational programs and the assessment of their impact on the quality of education. The article substantiates the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the methods of teaching graphic design as a factor in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists and updating the educational environment.

This article examines the impact of measures aimed at improving power quality on the reliability of electricity supply to consumers. The main power quality indicators and their effects on the operation of electrical equipment and power system components are analyzed. Measures intended to improve power quality are considered, and the effectiveness of these measures is assessed in terms of reducing failure rates, decreasing power losses, and improving electricity supply reliability indicators. The research results confirm that a comprehensive approach to power quality improvement contributes to enhanced stability and reliability of power supply systems.

The article examines the international situation at the beginning of the 20th century, the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution, the activities of the II Congress of Soviets and the adoption of its resolutions. The significance of decrees in the formation of the Soviet state, including the formation of the Kirghiz Autonomous Region, is assessed. The first call of the congress was: "All power to the Soviets!" It was called "- by decision of the congress, the Declaration on the transfer of all power to the Soviets, which were representatives of the Soviets of Russia, was adopted." The main body of executive power was the Provisional Government headed by V.I. Lenin.This government was called the Provisional Workers' and Peasants' Government - the Council of People's Commissars. This provisional government consisted exclusively of Bolsheviks; the Socialist Revolutionaries and Mensheviks refused to join the government, not recognizing the legitimacy of the October Revolution. Therefore, the implementation of the Decrees adopted at the II Congress was to some extent convenient for the Bolshevik government. The significance of the implementation of the decrees and the influence of the international situation of that time on the formation of Kyrgyz statehood were analyzed.The decrees "On Peace" and "On Land" not only resolved issues of peace and land, but also raised questions of statehood and independence of the people, so the Kyrgyz generally supported the Soviet power. The decrees adopted at that time also had great significance in the formation and development of our current sovereign state.

Examines the current state of information technology in large-scale construction and how it addresses environmental issues. In Kyrgyzstan the State Mortgage Company is currently building over 50,000 housing units for the private sector using government funding. The study found that the introduction of information technology (IT) into construction creates opportunities for innovation in all aspects of construction activities. The results of the study showed that the application of IT methods in new building construction offers significant economic and environmental opportunities in the construction industry.

This paper describes the development of a loyalty points system for small businesses. The system is developed using monolithic architecture and the Django framework to minimize development time and for easy deployment. PostgreSQL is chosen as the strong and stable database management system. The ease of use of the Django Admin is enhanced by Django-admin-interface. A comprehensive analysis of the existing loyalty program solutions is performed; the specificities of small business requirements are identified and described in detail; the system architecture, business logic, user interfaces, and security measures of the system are described in detail. An economic rationale for development is also provided.

This article discusses the use of information technology capabilities in the use of multi-layer beams in the construction of multi-story buildings using solar energy. The most important task of the construction industry is to reduce the cost of building structures and structures while ensuring the required load-bearing capacity. The use of information technology capabilities becomes especially important when using multi-layer beams in the construction of multi-story buildings. The results of the study show that there are great economic and environmental opportunities in the construction industry due to the use of solar energy in the construction of new buildings.

Under conditions of increased pollution of water resources, the search for effective and environmentally safe methods of wastewater treatment becomes an urgent task. As noted by many researchers Lemna minor L. and Azolla caroliniana have great potential for biological treatment of wastewater. The present study is devoted to the biological treatment of municipal wastewater of Osh city (Kyrgyzstan) using aquatic plants Lemna minor L. and Azolla caroliniana Willd. Experiments were conducted in concrete basins of treatment facilities. The area of each pool was 1 m2, depth 30–45 cm. The temperature of nutrient media ranged from 20 to 35 ℃, pH from 6.1 to 8.7, and light intensity from 284 to 360 W/m2FAR. The results showed that the cultivation of Lemna minor resulted in the oxygenation of wastewater and, a significant reduction of pollutants and pathogens. At the same time, the use of Azolla caroliniana provided a significant improvement in the physicochemical characteristics of water - reduction of BOD₅ to 4.3 mgO₂/L, disappearance of all forms of nitrogen, as well as improvement of transparency and elimination of unpleasant odor. Thus, both plants showed high potential as biological treatment agents. The obtained data confirm the prospect of their application for a sustainable water treatment system in the conditions of southern regions of Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz-Uzbek diplomatic relations are a very important topic in the historical and political context.The development of diplomatic relations, including economic and cultural cooperation, is aimed at strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two countries.Diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan began in 1991 with the collapse of the USSR. Although the relationship faced various challenges in the early years, a number of important steps have been taken in recent years to strengthen cooperation between the two countries. Relations between the two countries continue to develop through economic cooperation, trade exchanges, transport and infrastructure projects, as well as cultural exchanges.In addition, negotiations are underway on border issues and water resources management, and it is important to take into account the interests of both sides when resolving these issues.To get to know modern countries better, it is necessary to know, at least briefly, the domestic and foreign policies that they pursue at the international level. In history, any state has chosen one of two options for regulating its relations with its nearest and distant neighbors.The former used diplomacy, the latter used violence: - bloody wars, conquests. Foreign policy and diplomacy are inextricably linked into a single system. They cannot be separated from each other.Therefore, from the diplomacy conducted by a country, one can understand the essence of its foreign policy. In general, Kyrgyz-Uzbek diplomatic relations contribute to the sustainable development, regional security and stability of the two countries.

The article examines methods for optimizing the performance of Progressive Web Applications (PWA). Based on modern practices, techniques such as lazy loading, caching, and image optimization were implemented. To evaluate their effectiveness, an experiment was conducted on three existing PWAs (Twitter Lite, Starbucks PWA, and AliExpress), with performance metrics recorded before and after implementing these methods. Lighthouse and WebPageTest were used as analysis tools. The results demonstrated significant improvements in load time and reduced data consumption, confirming the efficacy of the proposed approaches. This work may prove valuable for developers and researchers interested in enhancing user experience and web application performance.

The results of X-ray fluorescence analysis of brown coal from the southern region of Kyrgyzstan are presented. It was found that coal from the Min-Kush and Bel-Alma deposits contains from 0.007% to 15.12% Ir, 0.174% Zr, 0.198% Rb, from 0.232% to 0.242% In, from 1.106% to 1.188% Pd and 58.97% Os.
