The intelligent design of non-contact conductivity sensing technology for measuring steam dryness and the installation of electromagnetic flow meters for flow monitoring technology in front of the inlet of the plunger pump is carried out to achieve continuous measurement of steam dryness and flow rate injected into the reservoir during thermal recovery development of heavy oil reservoirs; The measurement results of this design are intuitive and visible, allowing for parameter comparison; By setting safety thresholds, the safe operation of the boiler can be ensured; The principle and manufacturing process of this intelligent instrument are simple, and the maintenance cost is low; At the same time, due to its ability to perform precision debugging at any time, the instrument has high measurement accuracy and meets the needs of geological workers for continuous monitoring of injected steam dryness and flow rate in heavy oil reservoirs. This technology has been tested onsite in a steam drive well group of a certain reservoir in Shuyi District, Liaohe Oilfield, and has achieved good application results. It has important guiding significance for strengthening the monitoring of steam drive reservoirs and improving the development level of heavy oil thermal recovery.
