Modern society exposes teachers, particularly those working with students who present emotional, behavioral, or learning difficulties, to high levels of burnout, stress, and anxiety.Escalating stress levels threaten teachers' wellbeing, undermine their resilience, and contribute to professional dropout.Teaching is widely recognized as a highly stressful profession, and special education settings involve noxious stressors that place teachers at heightened risk for emotional distress and burnout.Teacher stress is commonly associated with students' problematic disciplinary behaviors, teachers' continuous direct exposure to these challenges during classroom activities, insufficient coping skills, and cumulative emotional overload. The present paper addresses these challenges by focusing on teachers' wellbeing as a central protective factor.Specifically, the paper presents definitions and core components of wellbeing, discusses the importance of wellbeing for teachers, and examines pathways for enhancing teachers' wellbeing and resilience through skill acquisition. In addition, the paper introduces a novel digital application designed to strengthen teachers' wellbeing and coping capacities. Finally, outcomes from the first pilot implementation among teachers are presented, highlighting the program's contribution to skillbuilding, burnout prevention, and resilience enhancement.
