Islamic Religious Education is expected to be able to produce human beings who are always trying to perfect faith, piety, and have noble character, noble character includes ethics, character, or morals as a manifestation of Education. Within the family there is also a process of internalizing Islamic Education Values, namely the process of transferring behavior that is controlled externally to behavior that is controlled internally. Where everything can be done through the habituation process. So habituation does not only stop at school, but is also applied at home. If at school the teacher is the controller, then when at home the task is transferred to the parents. Even when the child has not yet entered school, this task has become the obligation of the parents. With the inductive method, parents place more emphasis on understanding than coercion without reason and focus children's attention on the consequences that can impact themselves, others, and the environment, so parents have been able to provide moral nutrition to help contribute to the success of character education.

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) was a political Mission established in 2011 with an initial mandate of three months, but currently lasting. The durability of the Mission reflects the vulnerability of Libya's internal issues and the difficulty in building peace in post-conflict contexts. This Policy Paper analyzes the effects of the intervention of UNSMIL, and the consequent failure of the stability project outlined by the UN for Libya. The analysis focuses not only on UNSMIL's ineffective actions, but also on how the UN understood the crisis in the countryespecially focusing on democracy as the only solution to peace -, along with the challenging circumstances in which the Mission operate. The Policy Paper concludes that the UN's current understanding of the crisis is limited and has hampered new approaches to resolving the Libyan crisis. The paper offers opinions and recommendations to guide a change in the way the United Nations operates in the country, proposing a strategic review, greater involvement of regional and international actors, support for civil society and a strong focus on strengthening State institutions. The goal is to provide guidance to avoid past mistakes and work towards a more effective and sustainable solution to overcome the crisis in Libya.

An EWRI Task Committee consisting of 30 members from industry, government, and academia is studying the state of the art in long-term groundwater monitoring (LTM) programs for subsurface waste sites. LTM is an on-going activity aimed at assessing remediation performance, containment integrity, and/or continued non-contamination of the subsurface and groundwater. LTM has different goals and needs than site characterization, so data collection, analysis, and modeling approaches must evolve to meet these new needs. This paper summarizes the committee's recommendations for future research and technology transfer to improve LTM design.
