TALENT MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT & IMPROVEMENT IN GOPLAY: A DIGITAL START-UP COMPANY
This report assesses the talent management system of XYZLive, a tech startup in Indonesia specializing in video-on-demand and livestream services. The company faces challenges in recruitment, talent retention, and organizational development. Through a comprehensive methodology involving questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation, key issues were identified in inflow, throughflow, and outflow talent management processes. Solutions proposed include defining core competencies, establishing a talent pool, nurturing a coaching culture, and implementing a structured training and development pipeline. The implementation of these strategies aims to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce employee turnover, and ensure continuous employee growth. Ultimately, the report offers actionable solutions to improve XYZLive's talent management system, fostering sustainable organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Why do Paradigmatics come into vogue like Pragmatics? Why do Paradigmatics become trendy just like Pragmatics? To illustrate, the African context becomes a timely and lively menu to pick and choose from a variety of existing applied research environs. This Paper just does so.In doing so, however, it tried to rope in those facts only which makes complete sense unlike dangerous half-truths or half-knowledge.The term "United Africa (UA) " at the United Nations (UN) is not typically used in official contexts. However, there are two interpretations on UA.There is not a formal entity called UA within the UN or within Africa. In essence, the African Union (AU) and the African Group (AG) are two complementary entities working at different levels to achieve similar objectives. One operates within Africa, while the other operates within the UN system, representing African critical interests on the global scale. The UA is currently a hypothetical concept. The AU and the AG have become UN symbols for African cooperation serving different purposes and distinct spheres geo-relevance.The AU is a real entity with concrete activities marginalizing the UA conception to a level of occasional aspirational vision barring shrinkage of the whole of existing Continent into a survivor-mole-nation.The UA is not a symptom of fools rushing in where angels fear to tread! This Paper brings out the totality of applicable facts, irrevocable certainties, damned uncertainties, prevailing concepts, key differences, sensitive similarities, hypothetical scenarios and presumptive African emotions which are taking forward Africans as the originators, organizers and superiors in human race in the eyes of the World. In unique words, United Africa is a testament to the courage and vision of those who dare to venture where others hesitate.

Enhanced role of K+ channels in relaxations of hypercholesterolemic rabbit carotid artery to NO.
Endothelium-dependent relaxations to acetylcholine remain normal in the carotid artery of hypercholesterolemic rabbits, but unlike endothelium-dependent relaxations of normal rabbits, they are inhibited by charybdotoxin, a specific blocker of Ca(2+)-dependent K+ channels. Because nitric oxide (NO) is the mediator of endothelium-dependent relaxation and can activate Ca(2+)-dependent K+ channels directly or via guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate, the present study investigated the role of Ca(2+)-dependent K+ channels in relaxations caused by NO, sodium nitroprusside, and 8-bromoguanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (8-Brc-GMP) in hypercholesterolemic rabbit carotid artery. Isometric tension was measured in rabbit carotid artery denuded of endothelium from normal and hypercholesterolemic rabbits which were fed 0.5% cholesterol for 12 wk. Under control conditions, relaxations to all agents were similar in normal and hypercholesterolemic rabbit arteries. Charybdotoxin had no significant effect on relaxations of normal arteries to NO, sodium nitroprusside, or 8-BrcGMP, but the Ca(2+)-dependent K+ channel blocker significantly inhibited the relaxations caused by each of these agents in the arteries from hypercholesterolemic rabbits. By contrast, relaxations to the calcium channel blocker nifedipine were potentiated to a similar extent by charybdotoxin in both groups. In addition, arteries from hypercholesterolemic rabbits relaxed less than normal to sodium nitroprusside when contracted with depolarizing potassium solution. These results indicate that although nitrovasodilator relaxations are normal in the hypercholesterolemic rabbit carotid artery, they are mediated differently, and to a greater extent, by Ca(2+)-dependent K+ channels. These data also suggest that K+ channel-independent mechanism(s) are impaired in hypercholesterolemia.
