Este artigo objetivou analisar o universo da precarização do trabalho face à pandemia da COVID-19, e como os jovens trabalhadores estão inseridos nesse contexto, sobretudo, com o advento de novas atividades laborais da era digital, consequentes da indústria 4.0 e do fenômeno da uberização do trabalho.O estudo é baseado em uma perspectiva essencialmente teórica, mas em termos de resultados, é propositivo, concluindo-se ao final que durante o período acentuou-se problemas ora já vivenciados a algum tempo pelos brasileiros: a flexibilização, o trabalho informal e precário, atingindo principalmente grupos vulneráveis como os jovens que na tentativa de driblar o momento de crise sanitária renderam-se ao trabalho informal intermediado por aplicativos

The aim of this study was to improve the storage stability by optimizing the L-leucine coating of our previously described isoniazid formulation for pulmonary administration with the Twincer or Cyclops DPI. Time-of-Flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) showed that trileucine results in higher leucine: isoniazid ratios of 29 and 38 at the surface of the particles, compared to the previously described L-leucine formulation, which has surface ratios of 11 and 28. The trileucine coating improves the stability considerably. All L-leucine formulations are stable for less than a day with the exception for the 3% and 5% formulations spray dried at 120 C and stored at 0% relative humidity (RH), which are stable for at least a month. The trileucine formulations are stable longer. The optimum formulation contains 3% trileucine and is spray dried at 40 C. It is stable for at least three months, even when exposed to 75% RH. This formulation is best dispersed with the Cyclops. While the Twincer results in a higher fine particle fraction (FPF), retention is considerably higher. As a result, the Cyclops results in a higher fine particle dose. The Cyclops can disperse 100 mg, which results in a fine particle dose of 61.9 -1.8 mg. However, 100 mg was the maximum that fit in the inhaler. Further research is needed to study whether a higher dose can be dispersed by increasing the size of the dose compartment, and if this increases the fine particle dose further.

Although several computer simulation codes have been developed to predict and prevent defects of lost foam castings, most of them are focused on aluminum alloy castings. This paper presents a new simulation method suitable for not only aluminum alloy but also cast iron. First of all, main assumptions and numerical schemes are as below: 1) Gas flow in the mold follows the D’Arcy’s law. 2) The gas pressure in the kinetic zone (gas gap) is uniform in each gas group and is solved by using the flow field of melt one time-step before. 3) The gas obeys the ideal gas law. 4) Latent heats of evaporative pattern degradation are simplified by an overall latent heat in which both melting and evaporation are considered. 5) The pattern absorbs heat of melt through conduction, radiation and convection. Further, X-ray direct observations of mold filling behaviors of cast iron were carried out in order to better understand the physical fundamentals and to evaluate simulated results. It was found that: 1) Mold filling behaviors of cast iron are quite different from those of aluminum alloy castings depending on the gating system and thickness of the casting. 2) Bubble floating-up often occurred in the case of the downward flow. 3) Although the newly developed simulation code could predict the mold filling to some extent, further work needs to be done, including better understanding of the heat transfer mechanism between the melt and pattern.

We propose an environment for evolutionary prototyping technique, which is a theoretical framework based on abstract interpretation for Java programs. In general, it is difficult to execute a prototype in the intermediate stage of top-down development. This disadvantage prevents us to find bugs in the early stage of the development. The technique we propose here allows programmers to execute the prototype as a whole, even though it is partially implemented. In the technique, an object is repeatedly changed with interface changes. Our idea is to use an earlier runnable object instead of an unimplemented later object in runtime. The changes of objects are based on abstract interpretation. However, it is necessary to realize the mechanism for using the alternative object including the interface changes in Java. To solve this problem, we introduce proxy object, which is a mediator containing all interface and transform objects dynamically and automatically to keep execution going. Moreover, proxy objects can be automatically generated by the dynamic proxy class API, which is one of Java reflection mechanism. As a result, our environment would reduce the cost that programmers describe code for adjusting current objects.
