32 Background: PET-based radiopharmaceuticals targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) have become the mainstay of prostate cancer imaging; however, high urinary radioactivity from these primarily renally cleared compounds may obscure tumors in the prostate and peri-ureteric regions. We conducted the first intra-patient comparator study to assess the urinary radioactivity of two 18 F-labelled PSMA-PET radiopharmaceuticals, 18 F-piflufolastat and 18 F-flotufolastat. Methods: This multicenter, prospective, intra-patient comparator study (NCT06604442) enrolled men ≥ 18 years with low PSA (≤ 0.5 ng/mL) biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer ≥ 6 months after radical prostatectomy with undetectable PSA post-surgery, scheduled for a standard-of-care (SoC) 18 F-piflufolastat PET. Patients had a SoC PET/CT after IV 18 F-piflufolastat (target dose 333 MBq), and a second PET/CT 1–10 days later after IV 18 F-flotufolastat (target dose 296 MBq), both scans started approximately 60 min after administration and used the same scanner. The primary endpoint was the difference in urinary bladder radioactivity (mean standardized uptake value [SUV mean ]) between 18 F-piflufolastat PET and 18 F-flotufolastat PET. Secondary endpoints included patient and region-level detection rates (DR) for each radiopharmaceutical. Images were interpreted by two blinded central readers, with a third to resolve disagreements, allowing majority read results. Results: Between Oct 2024 and Jun 2025, 55 patients (mean PSA, 0.28 [range 0.09–0.50] ng/mL) were included in the primary efficacy analysis. Median bladder SUV mean was significantly higher with 18 F-piflufolastat (29.0; interquartile range [IQR], 18.9–40.8) than 18 F-flotufolastat (10.9; IQR, 6.0–18.5) with a median difference of 15.1 (IQR, 8.5–27.0; p<0.001 [Wilcoxon signed-rank test]). The patient-level DR was 27.3% (15/55) for 18 F-piflufolastat and 45.5% (25/55) for 18 F-flotufolastat (majority read). Among the 21 patients with very low PSA levels (≤ 0.2 ng/mL), 38.1% had a positive 18 F-piflufolastat scan compared with 52.4% for 18 F-flotufolastat scans (majority read). Regional and sub-regional DRs are shown in the table. Conclusions: In this intra-patient study, 18 F-flotufolastat showed significantly lower urinary radioactivity, and a higher overall DR than 18 F-piflufolastat indicating it may offer improved image assessment in regions close to the bladder. ABSTRACT In this practice-based contribution, using a language more poetic than academic, I discuss my drawings that reimagine found material – prints, drawings or photographs – and reflect on how historical images can be transformed, in a process both alchemical and mysterious, into personal stories or commentaries on contemporary life and politics. The Museum of London invited me to collaborate with their prints and drawings archives after seeing my exhibition Remember Me, commemorating architectural transition at King’s Cross (Guardian Media, London). Researching in their Archives, I chose urban figurative prints of King’s Cross and St Pancras, depicting ghosts, graveyards, death, health spas, foundling children and the built environment. Using these as starting points for my own stories about the passing of time, while erasing and re-drawing theirs, I became fascinated by a sense of walking in the earlier artists’ footsteps. This led to my exhibition Present in the Past, 2015 (Collyer Bristow, London, 2015). Photographic sources then replaced engravings as source material for Feet of Angels (Carey Blyth, Oxford, 2023), using mostly Fox Talbot photographs from the Talbot Catalogue Raisonné, Bodleian Libraries. This exhibition, while still exploring time and memory, used these historical photographs as a conduit to new narratives of war, dystopia and mortality.

A batata-doce é tubérculo oriundo da América Central e do Sul. Dispõem de um alto teor energético, é rico em carboidratos e possui vitaminas, devido as suas características nutricionais e de manejo é um alimento muito utilizado na segurança alimentar em países em desenvolvimento. Por apresentar um alto teor de umidade a fabricação da farinha é umas das formas de conservação da batata-doce. A elaboração de produtos que tenham na composição a farinha de batata-doce vem aumentando, se fazendo presente já na composição de bolos e até de barras de cereal. O objetivo desse estudo foi realizar a caracterização físico-química da farinha de batata-doce. A farinha de batata-doce foi adquirida através de uma cooperativa de agricultura familiar, situada no município de Moita Bonita, em Sergipe e caracterizada quanto à sua composição centesimal, pH, acidez titulável, cor, granulometria, índice de absorção (IAA) e solubilidade (ISA) em água, higroscopicidade e capacidade de retenção em água (CRA), leite integral (CRLI) e óleo (CRO). Os resultados encontrados na análise da composição centesimal, pH e acidez titulável da farinha se mostraram semelhantes com a literatura. Levando em consideração a classificação da farinha de mandioca, a farinha de batata-doce, foi classificada como fina, pois apenas 1,9% dos seus grânulos ficaram retidos na malha de 1 mm. Os resultados para a cor foram representados pelo L*(63,2), a*(5,6) e b*(14,1) demonstrando assim, ser uma farinha com luminosidade intermediária com a presença de tons amarelo e marrom. Os parâmetros de IAA e ISA foram respectivamente 5,81 g g-1 e 14,46%. A higroscopicidade foi de 7,63%, e a capacidade de retenção da farinha se mostrou mais alto em água (4,66 g g-1), seguida da CRO (4,05 g g-1) e com menor índice CRLI (3,32 g g-1). Assim, conclui-se ser de suma importância a caracterização da farinha de batata-doce, para ser utilizada como ingrediente na elaboração de alimentos.

American chestnut (Castanea dentata), once a dominant canopy species in eastern North America, succumbed to invasive pathogens in the early 20th century. The American Chestnut Foundation attempts to breed pathogen resistance using backcrossed hybrids with Chinese chestnut (Castanea mollissima ). We compared steady-state photosynthetic characteristics among backcrossed chestnut hybrids (BC1F1 with 3/4 American genotype and BC3F3 with 15/16 American genotype) and pure American chestnut. Photosynthetic capacity was compared among these three chestnut classes with steady-state light response curves. Dark respiration rates, quantum yield, and maximum photosynthetic rates differed among these chestnut types, but light compensation point, a measure of shade tolerance, did not. In July and August, we measured plant water potential (at predawn, morning and afternoon) and leaf gas exchange (morning and afternoon) under ambient conditions between the 15/16 and 3/4 AC hybrids. Trees in the pure American chestnut population suffered blight-induced dieback resulting in shrubby plants that differed in size and light environment, so these were not used in diurnal comparisons. Despite similarities in soil moisture and pre-dawn water potential, there were significant differences in daily gas exchange and water potential. Trees in the 15/16 American chestnut population generally had higher gas exchange rates in the afternoon, while also experiencing lower plant water potential and a greater diurnal change in water potential. These results suggest that these trees may be better able to perform under moderate atmospherically-induced water stress than trees in the 3/4 American chestnut population. Quantifying relationships between water relations, gas exchange, and environmental factors allow evaluation of long-term performance and may better inform site selection and management practices.

Objective: This research aims to determine the principle of publicity in binding collateral for mortgage rights in lending to banking institutions about the tenets of Prudential Banking. Method: The type of research used is normative legal research to test applicable norms or provisions. It can also be researched by examining library materials or secondary data. Doctrinal legal research. The approach method used is the conceptual approach method. Result: Economic actors complete their financial needs by borrowing funds or capital, which is called credit, through public or private banks, users of banking products or services because there are still practices that are considered not in line with existing regulations, thus resulting in or having an impact on the debtors and creditors themselves. It can harm both parties, both materially and immaterially. Conclusion: The application of the principle of prudence in credit distribution is critical to ensure that the bank is always in a healthy condition, always in a liquid, solvent and profitable condition, especially in the distribution of funds with collateral for land rights; the application of the publicity principle is also very influential in determining the position of the bank, especially in taking back credit repayments. Therefore, the focus of prudence and the direction of publicity support the achievement of legal certainty for parties entering into agreements in credit agreements, especially in providing mortgage credit.
