The article focuses on some aspects of artistic and aesthetic education of students of an artistic vocational education institution (choreography school) associated with studying the Russian estate culture and traditions of Russian country estates, and organizing traditional balls, literary and musical salons.The authors describe the experience of organising an interactive, theatrical reconstruction of a Russian ball at the Gorki Leninskiye reserve museum.The ball contributes to the goal of the Gorki Leninskiye museum modernization, which is to develop a multifunctional museum and park ensemble and culture centre and introduce interactive forms of educational and outreach activity.

The article examines the basic principles of language perception, thinking and socialization of deaf people and outlines the range of problems of learning and the social role of sign language. The sociological aspect of linguistic thinking is considered in connection with the meaning of the sign language of the deaf. The authors promote the cultural-situational understanding of the discourse, based on which deaf people represent a special social group. This implies that deafness can be perceived as a special culture due to the independent language of the deaf. he article discusses the problem of the relationship between thinking and language, mental and linguistic activity, the form and content of language. The article highlights the particularities of linguistic thinking and linguistic perception of the deaf people. The authors come to the conclusion that sign language, based on visualization, presents an opportunity not only for social, but also for cultural development and understanding of the world for a deaf person.

The article deals with the problems of money and ideas. It states how greatly a manager's work is facilitated if he switches from finding funds to understanding the idea, and the more attractive the idea is, the faster it is to find the money. The author focuses on the value of an idea to the society. The paper also provides an example of Magnitogorsk State Conservatory and describes the way they solved the problem of infrastructure premises due to an idea rather than money.

The paper deals with the questions of organizational development in extreme business conditions, and lack of funding, in particular. The ideas are supported by the example of Magnitogorsk high music school and the way its authorities managed the problem of premises expansion. It also provides advice for acting in typical situations, which business people face in their daily working activity.

The article contains an account on the empirical study regarding the impact of contextual data on the outcomes of the individual educational achievements of the fourth-grade pupils while assessing the metasubject results obtained at the general education institutions of Voronezh region. The phases, the details, the conditions and the procedure for the empirical study are specified and described. To assess the impact of contextual data on the outcomes of the individual educational achievements of the fourth-grade pupils, the statistical methods were used in the course of the empirical study i.e. correlationand-regression analysis and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA). The specified methods, taken together, allow for identification of internal relationships and regularities of dependence of the outcomes of the individual educational achievements of the fourth-grade pupils while assessing the metasubject results on the contextual data provided by the educational institutions.

The article discusses various assumptions on creation of the song cycle To the Distant Beloved by Ludwig van Beethoven, establishing connections between the first song cycles with German amateur vocal circles in the late 18th - early 19th centuries. The authors apply the comparative-historical method to take a closer look at its musical semantics.

The article offers a review of selected postmodern principles relating to the analysis of religious and spiritual spheres of society in terms of their importance for culture and education. The author shows the concept of a new kind of American theology that is close to the politicized and technologized postmodern society. The values of the Christian patristics considered through the view of methodological tools of postmodernism, presented as humanistic values of any modern society. INTRODUCTION Education in modern societies reflects the changed nature of the societies themselves, which are radically different even in comparison with the second half of the 20th century. Engulfed by the postmodern processes, these societies are informational by their nature and are subject to the strong influence of the mass media. Education is also experiencing a great influence by the information coming from the media. U nder aforementioned conditions emerges a problem of obtaining objective knowledge and choosing methodological tools of analysis for incoming information. How does one distinguish objective information from biased information and by what means can we come to the understand the truth? In our opinion, postmodern philosophy can act as one of such educational methods. Some of the postmodern methodological means are very up-to-date and reflect the current problems of the transforming societies in their fast historical development. Postmodernism as the principle and the method of analysis of current events is realized today even in as specific area such as theology. The article offers a review of some of the postmodern principles in their relation to the consideration of spiritual and religious spheres of society in terms of their importance for culture and education.

The article deals with the problem of how the character of a Gypsy woman appears in the creative work of A.S. Pushkin and P. Merimee.The article reveals the impact of Gypsy culture on poets and writers of the 19th century through the analysis of cultural and historical prerequisites of the appearance of this character in the works of authors belonging to different literary schools and temporal coordinates.The purpose of this study is an analysis of peculiar Gypsy women characters of 19th century literaturethose of Zemfira and Carmen.

The present scientific and methodical research considers the issues of forming and maintaining ensemble- orchestral bands for both musicians with disabilities and of any non-standard composition. Given their experience working with differently composed orchestras of the All Russia Blind Association, the authors are approaching culture and art professionals (without reserve) with their innovative, traditional and specific practices. They also offer their knowledge of challenges pertaining to music-making in general. They raise the issues of learning orchestral and ensemble musical material by different student categories, the approaches to the development of creative environment in a team, the repertoire choice and rehearsal practices.
