The rapid spread of the coronavirus epidemic has had a very negative impact on the functioning of existing international supply chains, significantly reduced business activity around the world, and led to the cancellation of previously scheduled travel and meetings. Procurement, as an important part of logistics, has also failed to stay outside the borders of the pandemic crisis. The impact of the epidemic on procurement and the main areas of procurement in the post-coronavirus world are the subject of consideration in this article.

Плещенко К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОСТИ НАЛИЧНЫХ ДЕНЕГ И СПЕЦИФИКЕ РОЗНИЧНОГО ТОВАРООБОРОТА В СССР Аннотация.В статье описываются отдельные особенности розничного товарооборота в экономике СССР, а также специфика обращения денежных знаков в народном хозяйстве страны.Как известно, в условиях несоответствия растущих доходов населения выпуску потребительских товаров и услуг возникал отложенный спрос, способствующий развитию неформальных связей и росту товарооборота на «черном рынке».При этом распределение различных благ в СССР во многом определялось социальным положением и статусом претендентов, а для физического обретения блага, как правило, требовалось отстоять очередь.В результате спрос в экономике приобрел отложенный характер, превратив СССР в общество вечного ожидания.В таких условиях советские рубли как наличные деньги частично утеряли свои ключевые функции.В особенности это касалось функции денег как меры стоимости и функции средства обращения.Классические товарно-денежные отношения в СССР заменялись натуральным обменом.Кроме того, появлялись различного рода денежные суррогаты, игравшие роль средства платежа.

In the face of growing competition in the global economy, when an objective necessity for business is the provision of high speed changes, agile methodology has become a tool for fast and flexible development of new products and services. Interest to agile model followed by banks, IT-companies, is extended of many manufacturing companies, allowing them to improve supply chain management, reduce the period of output in the production of new products, implement the mentoring process, etc. The author believes that this model is not for our country in an entirely new phenomenon, because even in the USSR there were prototypes of agile. So the article emphasizes the importance of ensuring the continuity of institutions and business practices, stated that the further development of the Russian school management should not take place without careful analysis of the experience of the USSR. In the face of the Soviet State-Corporation party committees (structure of the CPSU) became initiators and organizers of the introduction of network interaction, the development of self-government in enterprises similar to adaptive model agile. Participation in the competition, the movement of producing leaders, active introduction of new methods of work require in the workplace caring, motivated employees, with active vital position. Such people, arising at work, after some time, fell into the sphere of attention of the Komsomol and party organizations involved in socio-political work. That is why in the USSR could be agile prototypes under the auspices of party committees operating in enterprises and organizations. But actions of participants of this process were not formalized as agile models currently used. Also the main purpose of functioning networks in the past, it was usually not creating something new, and improving existing (products, technologies, methods of work).

A minimal generalization of the Ginzburg-Landau phenomenological theory of superconductivity is proposed for the curved space-time case. For a weak external gravitational field created by an island source, in the nonwave zone, a solution is found to the problem of the behavior of the wave function of the Cooper pair condensate in a straight segment of a superconducting wire. It is shown that a variable nonuniform field can generate electric current in a superconducting sample.

Abstract The peculiarities of a new type of materials—polymerization‐filled polymers (“Norplastics”)—have been studied. Norplastics were tested as polymer fillers. The structure morphological properties of high‐filled polymer composites (HFPC), prepared both with norplastics as fillers and traditional mineral dispersed fillers, have been examined.
