The community engagement team of the Animal Science Faculty of Andalas University conducted community services in the Animal Feed Ration Business group in Jorong Batang Sarik, Nagari Katapiang, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The problems in the target group were 1) the business group still needs to get a permit to do business, and 2) it still needs to gain skills in processing feed for cattle based on agricultural waste. The activity aimed to assist business groups in obtaining Business Permit Numbers (BPN) and transferring agricultural waste-based feed technology for beef cattle. The transfer of knowledge and technology in service activities was carried out by mentoring, demonstration, and training methods regularly and continuously. The action resulted that the target group having a business permit in the form of BPN and the business group having knowledge and skills in producing feed for beef cattle in the form of Complete Ration Silage (CRS) based on corn straw.

The design of tourism village business management in Banjarwaru Tourism Village, Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency, the management is included in the BUMDES section as a village-owned business based on community services but has the ultimate goal of achieving profit, it should be managed professionally like a business in general, even though the ownership and character of the The organization is based on community service. Professional management includes marketing management, financial management, human resource management and production management.

A previously healthy 17-year-old male presented with sudden onset of painful right parotid swelling. It was sudden in onset without any history of trauma. The patient developed deviation of the angle of mouth to the opposite side after 2 days of presentation. A diagnostic aspiration revealed low-flow blood which provided a direction to the final diagnosis of a venous malformation of the right parotid gland. Percutaneous sclerosant embolization with STS under ultrasound guidance was performed and the facial asymmetry with the parotid mass resolved completely within 6 weeks.

The background of this research is because severalproblems occur inhandling complaints within the Probolinggo Regency Inspectorate. There are still many obstacles in handling complaints where the average complaint handled is only around 50%. Sothat the handling of complaints cannot be evaluated optimally. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informant selection method was purposive with data collection techniques, namely field research methods using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, and library research. The research findings show that although the implementation mechanisms and procedures are already contained in several basic implementing regulations, there are still some obstacles in coordinating the implementation of handling public complaints services, namely, the parties or officials concerned are difficult to contact, coordinate with the Law Enforcement Apparatus (LEA) sometimes does not match the schedule and the time for each personnel is limited to coordinate with related parties. In addition, the means of promotion and information regarding public complaints services are still minimal, so not many people take advantage of these services. The lack of human resources also dramatically affects the quality and quantity of public protest services provided by the Probolinggo Regency Inspectorate.

Abstract Background Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding (UGIB) is a common Emergency Department (ED) presentation with high morbidity and mortality. There is a paucity of data on the profile and outcome of patients who present with UGIB to EDs, especially within limited resource settings where emergency medicine is a new specialty. We aim to describe the patient profile, clinical severity and outcomes of the patients who present with UGIB to the ED of tertiary referral hospitals in Tanzania.Methodology This was a prospective cohort study of consecutive adult (≥18 years) patients presenting to the EDs of Muhimbili National Hospital (ED-MNH) and MUHAS Academic Medical Centre (ED-MAMC), in Tanzania with non-traumatic upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) from July 2018 to December 2018. Patient demographic data, clinical presentation, and ED and hospital management provided were recorded. We used the clinical Rockall score to assess disease severity. The primary outcome was 7- day mortality and regression analysis was performed to identify predictors of mortality. Results During the study period, 123 patients presented to one of the two EDs with an UGIB. The median age was 42 years (Interquartile range (IQR) 32-64 years), and 87 (70.7%) were male. Hematemesis with melena was the most frequently encountered ED complaint 39 (31.7%). Within 7 days, 23 (18.7%) patients died and one-third 8 (34.8%) of these died within 24 hours. There were no ED deaths. Upper GI endoscopy, was performed on 46 (37.4%) patients, of whom only 8 (17.4%) received endoscopy within 24 hours (early UGI endoscopy). All patients who received early UGI endoscopy had a low or moderate clinical Rockall score i.e. <3 and 3-4. No patient with scores of >4 received early UGI endoscopy. Age >40 years was a significant independent predictor of mortality (OR=7.00 (95% CI 1.7-29.2). Having a high clinical Rockall score of ≥4 was a significant independent predictor of mortality (OR=6.4 (95% CI 1.8-22.8)Conclusion In this urban ED in Sub-Saharan Africa, UGIB carried a high mortality rate. Age > 40 years and clinical Rockall score ≥4 were independent predictors of higher mortality. Future studies should focus on evaluating how to improve access to UGI endoscopy.

Based on the results of research and data analysis and discussion that has been done then
it can be concluded that: (1) Planning of the ADD program (Village Fund Allocation) in the
village of Sumber Pinang Mlandingan District Situbondo Regency has gradually implemented the
concept of participatory development of village communities; (2) The implementation of the ADD
(Village Fund Allocation) program in Sumber Pinang village, Mlandingan Subdistrict, Situbondo
District has applied participative, responsive, transparent principles; (3) Accountability of both
technical and administrative accounting is good, but in the case of financial administration
accountability, the competence of human resource managers is the main obstacle, so it still
requires assistance from local government apparatus in order to adjust the rule change every
 year.

Wire electrical discharge machining is a widely used process in manufacturing industries to machine complex profiles. The performance of any machining process is based on choosing the right combination of input parameters. Metal removal rate and surface roughness are the most important output parameters, which decide the performance of a machining process. The selection of optimal parameters in wire electrical discharge machining is difficult as it is a complex process and involves a large number of variables. The present work models the metal removal rate and the surface roughness in terms of the input variables using the response surface methodology and, consequently, the developed mathematical models are utilized for optimization. Since the influences of machining parameters on the metal removal rate and the surface roughness are opposite, the problem is formulated as a multiobjective optimization problem. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is then applied to obtain the Pareto-optimal set of solutions.
