Generation Z and E-Learning: COVID-19, Personality, and Technology Acceptance
The COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected schools, with traditional in-person operation changing to remote online learning. The rapid, involuntary shift was met with resistance and acceptance in varying degrees by Generation Z students. This study seeks to develop an e-learning technology acceptance model for Generation Z students, with a focus on the environment created by the COVID-19 pandemic. A theoretical framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was extended by 8 factors based on literature review and student input from a prior focus group study and survey (Motamedi et. al., 2021). The survey had 3 parts: 1) background information, 2) personality traits, 3) acceptance model factors. Twenty responses were collected and analyzed using Cronbach’s alphas. The results found the survey items to have good internal consistency. The outcome of this study provides a baseline for future studies to validate the model. The framework provides understanding of Generation Z acceptance of e-learning.

Ocean surface current system contains multi-scales, including large-scale geostrophic current, basin-wide gyres, and ageostrophic currents, such as Ekman currents, Stokes, tides, etc. Understanding the full ocean surface current system requires measuring the total ocean surface current vector at multi-scales. Today's satellite observations cannot directly measure the total ocean surface current vector with global coverage, even though the large-scale geostrophic current can be derived from spaceborne altimetry based on the geostrophic balance assumption. This study uses the most recent 5-year GDP (Global Drifter Program) drifter data to derive near-surface ocean current velocity. After correcting the wind-induced slippage contribution from drifter observations, GDP drifter-derived ocean current velocity is compared with the existing commonly-used ocean current datasets, i.e., OSCAR (Ocean Surface Currents Analyses Real-time) and AVISO (Archiving Validation and Interpolation of Satellite Oceanographic Data) geostrophic current datasets. There are discrepancies among these three datasets, and the significant discrepancies are evident, especially around the equator regions since the geostrophic assumption is not valid at the equator. Our results indicate that the existing ocean current datasets cannot fully resolve the variability of total ocean surface current. A clear solution is to measure the global total ocean surface current vector, which is highly desirable.

The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the impact of the application of the Deterministic Dynamic Programming in the profits and the production plan, in the company "CREATA S.A.C", dedicated to the production and commercialization of footwear and leather accessories. For this, Deterministic Dynamic Programming was applied to reach optimal solutions and make the best decision in the production plan and increase in profits. For which a deterministic dynamic programming modeling was carried out and applied, characterized by the fact that it does not follow a standard form, where for each problem each of the components is specified, dividing in the recursive analysis of each of the stages of the problem, in reverse order, achieving greater efficiency in the management of the company by finding optimal solutions through the various stages of the problem, which allowed maximizing profits and improving production processes of its 4 products, which allowed an increase in income.

Different conviction or disparity of sentencing in judges discretionary form at imposing of judgment for making a decision. This case impacts disappointment for the general public and especially for conviction. This research purposes to know the rule of sentencing disparity on criminal law in Indonesia. Furthermore, some factor sentencing disparity happened in the article No. 113/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Tsm and article No. 114/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Tsm in narcotic crime case at Tasikmalaya. This research uses a normative juridical method done through literature study that analyzes secondary data in the form of laws and regulation, legal document, the result of research, assessment of result and others reference through interview. This study's results are: 1) The rule of disparity of sentencing criminal procedural law in Indonesia list in article 197 KUHP, judges must consider determining strafmaat for defendant through material evidence at trial to support the conclusion considerate of judges. There is a limit of judges to deciding cases that regulate in article 183 KUHAP. 2) Factor of sentencing disparity in the article No. 113/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Tsm and article No. 114/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Tsm in narcotic crime case, there is other evidence from each defendant that makes the basis of consideration is different. However, the defendant's role in committing a crime was some in the article No. 35 Tahun 2009 about Narcotic regarding provisions of the crime. The researcher suggests that when judges decide the matter that contained disparity of sentencing, accordingly, it must rely on objective consideration. Keywords: Disparity of Sentencing, Conviction, Narcotic.

Fifteen Genetic Loci Associated With the Electrocardiographic P Wave.
The P wave on an ECG is a measure of atrial electric function, and its characteristics may serve as predictors for atrial arrhythmias. Increased mean P-wave duration and P-wave terminal force traditionally have been used as markers for left atrial enlargement, and both have been associated with increased risk of atrial fibrillation. Here, we explore the genetic basis of P-wave morphology through meta-analysis of genome-wide association study results for P-wave duration and P-wave terminal force from 12 cohort studies. We included 44 456 individuals, of which 6778 (16%) were of African ancestry. Genotyping, imputation, and genome-wide association study were performed at each study site. Summary-level results were meta-analyzed centrally using inverse-variance weighting. In meta-analyses of P-wave duration, we identified 6 significant (P<5×10-8) novel loci and replicated a prior association with SCN10A. We identified 3 loci at SCN5A, TBX5, and CAV1/CAV2 that were jointly associated with the PR interval, PR segment, and P-wave duration. We identified 6 novel loci in meta-analysis of P-wave terminal force. Four of the identified genetic loci were significantly associated with gene expression in 329 left atrial samples. Finally, we observed that some of the loci associated with the P wave were linked to overall atrial conduction, whereas others identified distinct phases of atrial conduction. We have identified 6 novel genetic loci associated with P-wave duration and 6 novel loci associated with P-wave terminal force. Future studies of these loci may aid in identifying new targets for drugs that may modify atrial conduction or treat atrial arrhythmias.
