The aim of the study was to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the level of development of organic farming and the effectiveness of the use of innovative marketing tools in the green agribusiness of Ukraine. It was found that the share of organic agricultural land in Ukraine increased from 0.6% in 2019 to 1.2% in 2025, which corresponds to a growth rate of 12.2% per year. The introduction of innovative marketing tools among Ukrainian enterprises is on average 38.3%. In particular, ESG reporting is used by 28% of companies, digital marketing by 35%, eco-labelling by 42%, and social media is used by 48% of enterprises. Correlation analysis showed a strong direct relationship between the use of marketing tools and the effectiveness of a green brand: ESG reporting – 0.71, digital marketing – 0.78, eco-labelling – 0.82, social networks – 0.76. Regression analysis confirmed the statistical significance of all factors (p<0.01), with the highest impact on brand performance being eco-labelled (b=0.78). The study confirms that the comprehensive implementation of ESG practices, digital marketing, and eco-labelling has a positive impact on the competitiveness of enterprises and shaping of sustainable green brands.

High-quality, well-balanced feeding strategies are essential for optimizing poultry growth performance and for ensuring the safety of poultry products. Here, we evaluated the effects of chelated vs. inorganic trace minerals on the growth, survival and carcass characteristics of Cobb 500 broiler chickens. A large-scale feeding trial involved four dietary treatments at 21–35 days of age, with Group 1 receiving a control diet with mineral supplements of zinc (Zn), copper (Cu) and manganese (Mn) in sulfate form, based on a standard formulation. A further three experimental diets contained chelated forms of Zn (Group 2), Cu (Group 3) and a mineral premix MINTREX® that provides Zn, Cu and Mn (Group 4). Broilers were raised to 42 days of age under commercial production conditions. Feeding chelated trace minerals resulted in significantly higher body weights during the rearing period, including a 10% increase in pre-slaughter weight compared to the controls (p < 0.01). Moreover, survival rates improved from 87% in the controls to 95–96% in the treatment groups (p < 0.001), and carcass evaluation revealed a 15–17% increase in eviscerated carcass weight in birds fed chelated supplements (p < 0.05). Greater yields of muscle, liver and skin with subcutaneous fat were observed, as was improved production of total edible carcass components. Among the treatments, MINTREX® provided the greatest enhancement effects in performance and slaughter traits. These findings demonstrate that dietary chelated minerals, whether single or combined, may have positive effects on the broiler carcass yield and support their inclusion in poultry production systems.

Ensuring sustainable development under conditions of rising geopolitical and energy-related risks requires a strategic reconsideration of how national energy systems are developed and governed. For Ukraine, which faces structural vulnerabilities and external shocks, the development of a modern and resilient energy infrastructure management model is crucial. The purpose of this study is to provide an integrated evaluation of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure development from the perspective of energy resilience and to identify the managerial and innovation-oriented principles that shape the country’s ongoing energy transformation. The analysis is based on statistical data from the World Bank and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine over twenty years. Descriptive statistics are used to examine long-term trends in renewable energy development, energy dependence, carbon emissions, and energy intensity. Correlation analysis is applied to reveal structural interrelations within the energy system. A methodological approach for assessing integrated energy resilience is developed by incorporating weighting coefficients for key indicators. Forecasting of temporal trends and regression analysis are used to identify the main determinants of system behaviour. Strategic conditions for energy infrastructure development are systematically analysed through political, economic, social, and technological assessments. The findings demonstrate that the expansion of renewable energy sources has become a core managerial mechanism for strengthening the stability of Ukraine’s energy system. The integrated sustainability indicator shows a gradual upwards trajectory, with a pronounced improvement following the rapid increase in renewable energy capacity during the most recent phase of sectoral modernisation. The regression results confirm that an increasing share of alternative and nuclear energy, together with higher consumption of energy from renewable sources, is associated with lower energy intensity and reduced carbon emissions. These relationships indicate that managerial decisions in investment planning, regulatory policy, and technological upgrading directly influence the behavioural dynamics and structural adaptation of the national energy system. The analysis reveals that the resilience of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure is shaped primarily by managerial approaches grounded in innovation. The modernisation of regulatory mechanisms, the creation of incentives for clean energy investment, the strengthening of international technical partnerships, and the introduction of digital monitoring tools represents key drivers of systemic transformation. The combination of strategic analysis and quantitative assessment enabled the identification of critical leverage points through which managerial interventions can accelerate the transition toward a sustainable energy model. The innovation-oriented perspective highlights the importance of integrating technological solutions, strategic foresight, and adaptive governance in shaping the long-term resilience of the energy system.

This study’s object is the approximation of a non-swept helical tubular surface by strips of sweeping surfaces (toruses) and the construction of sweeps of these strips. Approximating non-swept tubular surfaces by sections of sweep ones is a common practice in the design of various types of pipelines. A clear example of such an approximation is a sports ball whose outer shell consists of a certain number of separate elements. These elements must fit most tightly to the non-swept surface along its certain lines. Such lines are the lines of curvature. The task is to find these lines on the surface in order to subsequently analytically describe the torus strip, which is tangent to the non-swept surface along this line. As is known, there are two families of mutually perpendicular lines of curvature on surfaces. This paper considers a family of curvature lines that has advantages over another one in terms of approximation. This explains the results reported here. Their special feature is that in order to find the desired family of curvature lines, it is necessary to solve a differential equation. The solution to this equation was borrowed from a scientific article and used for further calculations. The results were visualized in the form of an approximated tubular surface with four and six strips. The sweeps of these strips were constructed for a tubular surface, in which the center line is a helical line r = 1. All dimensions are given in linear units. Instead of a circle generatrix, it is given by the radius of the cylinder a = 2, which hosts it, and the helical parameter b = 1.5 (step H = 9.4). The radius of the circle generatrix of the tubular surface of the original tubular surface in the approximated surface in the given examples is a polygon (square or equilateral hexagon).

Type of the article: Research ArticleAbstract Global progress toward universal access to affordable, reliable, and clean energy has stalled, with over two billion people still lacking access to clean cooking, and affordability pressures are rising. AI is emerging as an energy-intensive technology and a potential enabler of more equitable energy systems. This paper assesses whether AI vibrancy contributes to advancing energy equity across countries while accounting for differences in economic capacity. The study employs a balanced panel of 36 countries from 2017 to 2023 (252 observations), drawing on the Global AI Vibrancy Tool, World Bank Open Data, and the World Energy Council’s Energy Trilemma Index. Box–Cox transformations were applied to address skewness, and panel econometric models (fixed and random effects) with robust standard errors were estimated. The FE model shows no significant within-country effect of AI vibrancy on energy equity (R² = 0.012). The RE model indicates a positive association: a one-unit increase in the AI vibrancy score results in an improvement of 0.00165 in the energy equity index (p < 0.01). At the same time, GDP per capita exerts a strong and highly significant effect (p < 0.001). The RE model explains 12.4% of the overall variation in energy equity. After correcting for heteroscedasticity and cross-sectional dependence, GDP per capita remains significant, whereas the effect of AI vibrancy weakens to marginal significance (p ≈ 0.09). Country-specific effects further reveal systematic over- and under-performance beyond what AI vibrancy and income predict, underscoring the critical role of governance and institutional quality in shaping energy equity outcomes.AcknowledgmentThe article was prepared as a part of the MSCA4Ukraine project 06030419, European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme. Abstract This study presents a holistic examination of internal judicial independence within Ukraine’s administrative courts amidst ongoing judicial reform challenges. Through an analysis of European Court of Human Rights jurisprudence and domestic administrative justice practices, the research investigates various forms of influence on judicial independence, categorizing them through a four-dimensional framework: manifestations, actors, implementation methods, and frequency patterns. The investigation particularly focuses on systemic threats to judicial autonomy, including unofficial relationships among judges and hierarchical oversight practices. Drawing from High Council of Justice appeals, the research identifies key patterns of improper influence and proposes corresponding preventive measures. The findings emphasize the necessity for an integrated approach to strengthening judicial independence within Ukraine’s reform context, encompassing both legislative improvements and institutional safeguards. The study also establishes a clear correlation between judges’ internal independence and public trust in Ukraine’s judicial system.

Social capital, consisting of networks, shared norms, and trust, plays a crucial role in encouraging cooperation, developing strong communities, and promoting sustainable development. The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristics of a well-thought-out social capital management strategy for solving complex social problems and supporting inclusive growth. It has been proven that by leveraging human connections, organizations and communities can work towards common goals, improve overall well-being, and help reduce inequality. A key part of effective social capital management is creating diverse and inclusive networks, ensuring the equitable distribution of resources, and promoting trust and mutual support. Addressing power inequalities and actively engaging marginalized groups are vital steps toward bridging gaps and expanding opportunities for those who are disadvantaged. It has been argued that sustainable development is becoming a critical factor that requires constant interaction, capacity building, and adaptive approaches to meet the changing needs of society. Combining cultural and symbolic capital in these networks can strengthen relationships, paving the way for innovation and resilience in the face of challenges. For effective social capital management, it is recommended to encourage transparency and accountability, empower underrepresented communities, and invest in educational and knowledge-sharing programs. This strategy not only improves individual skills but also lays the foundation for long-term social and economic progress.
