AutoFoley Sound Synthesis and Analysis: A Survey on Current Status and Its Future Scope
The article describes the process of integration of educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church into the national system of higher education of the Russian Federation, including the modernization of infrastructure, scientific and pedagogical staff and teaching materials of religious educational organizations using the example of the Khabarovsk Theological Seminary. The article presents for the first time the experience of a spiritual educational organization, which, after amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation, became the first church institution to receive a license in 2009 to implement higher education programs according to state standards, and subsequently state accreditation. Thanks to the work carried out since 2009, the processes of licensing and state accreditation of Church higher education institutions have become systematic, which has had a positive impact on the demand for spiritual education among applicants and its further development. Through the description of a practical case implemented by the author during his work as the first vice-rector of the Khabarovsk Theological Seminary, the article reveals the potential of the existing system of spiritual education, its ability to adapt to the requirements of the state without losing the quality of theological training and educational work, as well as harming the traditions of the Russian higher theological school. The presented materials can be used in special courses on the history of education in the Russian Orthodox Church, in the creation of educational and methodological literature, writing scientific papers on church history, as well as in the search for new ways and directions for the development of modern spiritual education.

M-IIoT System for Reducing Bandwidth Costs in Cloud-Hybrid Multimedia Pipelines
With the advent of cloud computing and 5G, Outside Broadcasting (OB) vehicles and mobile multimedia capturing workflows are moving towards cloud-hybrid approaches for processing and distribution. These evolving multimedia pipelines are championed by broadcasters for their software-enabled flexibility and reduced capita costs. However, they are subject to the Internet's indeterministic traffic and path conditions that undermine the performance of the new workflows. In this paper, a novel Multimedia Industrial Internet-of- Things (M-IIoT) real-time lossless compression scheme is proposed to reduce the bandwidth request to Internet service providers. The proposed scheme is designed to losslessly compress User Datagram Protocol (UDP)-based payloads generated by real-time broadcasts prior to flight over the Internet and similar networks. As the total amount of data exchanged decreases due to the compression process, the bandwidth utilization by intermediate nodes to transmit and retransmit lost packets due to the Internet's environment is reduced due to smaller over-all packet sizes and short average wait times. Using D/M/1 queues, the expected cost savings enabled by the proposed scheme are approximated and are found as a function of transmission bitrates. The proposed solution is simulated using Network Simulator 3 (NS3) with FFMPEG-based source nodes as well as implemented on in-the-field playout devices. The results show a decrease in bandwidth utilization and transmission costs in error free networks as well as networks with induced errors of a minimum of 40.0% and a maximum of 97.0%.

Stage Speech Training in Producing English Plays in Ukraine
The purpose of the article. The article is devoted to the study of stage speech, in the professional field of acting that has to correspond to the innovative nature of science in the XXI century. The ways of creating new communicative means of applying stage speech trainings on the basis of Internet resources, audio and video materials, original scripts and their translations, namely Simon Stephens’s play after Mark Haddon’s novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, are observed and analysed. The research methodology is based on the application of chronological method to research different stages of stage speech training, comparative method to conduct the comparative analysis, typological method to reveal the factors and determine the features of this process, as well as theoretical method to draw conclusions and develop further recommendations. Scientific novelty. The theoretical background and practical examining of the original theatrical literature is considered the main source of the latest information of a special nature. Conclusions. Problems of stage speech technique in modern acting in general, including Ukraine, need further consideration, understanding, and thorough research. The conditions for the functioning of language in the theatre are to be relevant to the requirements of stage practice that it is worth talking about a kind of separate stage style of speech. Actors use their voice to project external emotions, combining it with body movements to interpret the text and to present the story. Therefore, the voice cannot be seen as an isolated skill, but as a skill that requires coordination of the whole body. The Artistic director of the Lesya Ukrayinka theatre M. Reznikovych and K. Kashlikov, Director of the play, say that it is a great responsibility, and, most importantly, the opportunity to find the equivalent that could interest the Ukrainian audience. It seems that getting acquainted, as well as the use of exercises in the language of the original, can bring actors closer to understanding the author's idea, and the director to bring the atmosphere of the original and to adapt the original to the Ukrainian audience. The given examples of complexity of translation testify that actors are faced a multitasking work of reproduction of the idea on the scene. Each character represents the character in the stage language for more than two hours on a scene. Without stage speech training, this is almost impossible. Some of the best exercises for stage speech training were presented. Key words: stage speech trainings, voice, body, breathing, diction, rhythm, youth vocabulary, translation, Ukrainian audience

We consider the problem of finding the distribution law for the output signal of an aperiodic link whose input is acted upon by a random jump signal in the form of a Markov chain with two states. It has been theoretically proved that the probability density of the output signal is described by the Pearson type I distribution; this is experimentally confirmed by the results of mathematical modeling. The results obtained are used to synthesize an adaptive recognition algorithm for unknown transition probabilities in a Markov chain.
