This article analyzes dakwah in Muslim minority settings as a form of political agency, drawing on comparative insights from the experiences of American Muslims and their relevance to Southeast Asia. The study introduces a novel conceptual contribution by reframing minority dakwah not merely as religious communication, but as a multidimensional socio-political practice that facilitates civic engagement, rights-based advocacy, and identity negotiation in plural societies. Using a qualitative comparative literature review, the article examines adaptive dakwah models developed in the United States, such as civic participation initiatives, interfaith coalition building, and civil rights mobilization, that have enhanced community empowerment in the face of discrimination and securitization pressures. The findings demonstrate that while these approaches offer valuable analytical lessons, they cannot be directly transplanted into Southeast Asian contexts due to differing political structures, state–religion arrangements, and majority–minority configurations. The article concludes by proposing a contextualized framework for strengthening Muslim political agency in Southeast Asia through dakwah practices that prioritize inclusivity, democratic participation, and social cohesion. This framework underscores the strategic role of minority dakwah in shaping resilient, civically engaged Muslim communities across diverse regional settings.

The unemployment rate among generation Z in Indonesia is relatively high, especially in the 15-24 year old age group (16.42%) and 25 -29 year olds (3.08%), indicating significant challenges in entering the job market even though this generation is known to be adaptive to technology. Based on data from the Engineering Career Center (ECC), lack of career preparation education is one of the main causes, such as lack of self-confidence during interviews, difficulty recognizing one's potential, and lack of information about the world of work. On the other hand, TikTok is used by creators such as @vmuliana (Vina Muliana) to deliver career education content. This research aims to analyze the influence of exposure to the educational content of the TikTok @vmuliana account on fulfilling Generation Z's career preparation information needs among students at Ibnu Chaldun University, Jakarta. This quantitative research uses a non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling, with 50 respondents who meet certain criteria. The t test results showed a positive and significant effect (p = 0.000 < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination of 61.1%. The findings support the S-O-R theory and media exposure theory, and confirm the potential of social media as an effective career education tool for the younger generation.

Antara lain, Price to Earnings Ratio), Price to Book Value, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin.

The massive flow of socio-cultural globalization today poses a challenge of cultural homogenization, which has the potential to cause deculturalization and an identity crisis in society. However, socio-cultural globalization also presents benefits that can support the preservation and optimization of local wisdom. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe socio-cultural globalization and its relevance to the Labuhan Merapi tradition as a multicultural educational space for society. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method to identify and analyze various relevant literature on globalization, Labuhan Merapi, and multicultural education. Next, data analysis is carried out using the Klaus Krippendorff analysis model, and its credibility is strengthened through source triangulation. The results of the research indicate that socio-cultural globalization has encouraged the "kraton" to collaborate with local society in making the Labuhan Merapi tradition a multicultural educational space characterized by two key aspects. First, the Labuhan Merapi procession is reinterpreted as a space for the actualization of tolerance and "cooperation" that symbolizes vertical-horizontal harmony. Second, the Labuhan Merapi procession emphasizes functionality as a tourism commodity that introduces local cultural identity and its role in multicultural education for the wider society. From here, socio-cultural globalization can provide advantages in helping to overcome the challenges of cultural homogenization as long as its potential is utilized appropriately.
