Ayapokiar is village in a protected forest area with an altitude of 925 m above sea level. This area is rich in biodiversity, including that of butterflies. Although this area is a protected forest, there are no data on butterfly species in the area. Thus, this study aimed to examine the richness and abundance of butterfly species in protected forest areas, especially in Ayapokiar Village. Scanning sampling on a predetermined line transect was used. A total of 135 butterflies and 1540 individuals were successfully identified in six families (Papilionidae, Hesperidae, Pieridae, Riodinidae, Lycaenidae, and Nymphalidae). The results of the Shannon Wiener diversity index analysis showed high diversity, with a value of H '= 4.02. The study was conducted in primary forests, secondary forests, gardens, and residential habitat types. The highest diversity index of the four habitats was found in the primary forest habitat type, H'=3.87, and the lowest in the garden, H'=3.45. This study also identified Mycalesis Valeria, as a new species record. Previously, this species was found only in the Central and Cyclops Mountains. This indicates that there are similarities in plate formation between the Tambrauw, Central Mountains and Cyclops Mountains.

The use of Antracol fungicide in agricultural activities can have serious impacts on aquatic ecosystems, especially on aquatic organisms. This study aims to analyze the effect of various concentrations of Antracol on the survival of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and water quality parameters. Using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 concentration treatments (0.01; 0.1; 1; 10; 100 ppm) and control, each with 2 replications. The results showed a significant decrease in survival rate as the concentration of Antracol increased, with the highest mortality rate of 85% at a concentration of 100 ppm. Water quality parameters experienced substantial changes, including a decrease in dissolved oxygen to 1.5 mg/L, pH fluctuations between 7.49-8.18, and an increase in temperature reaching 30.5°C. Statistical analysis revealed a strong positive correlation (r > 0.95) between Antracol concentration and mortality rate, with an exponential response pattern. These findings indicate that Antracol has significant toxic effects on tilapia even at low concentrations, emphasizing the importance of stricter management of fungicide use in agricultural areas near water bodies.

This study aims to develop a physics e-module based on deep learning approach on alternative energy that is valid, practical, and effective for senior high school. The type of research used was research and development (R&D) with four-D model research procedures, namely define, design, develop, and, disseminate. In this study, the initial analysis was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with the physics teacher. The data obtained were then analyzed to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the e-module develop. To asses the validity of the module two material experts and one media expert were involved, while to find out the practicality level, 34 students and one physics teacher were given their evaluation. Futhermore, the effectiveness of the modul was assessed using the N-Gain calculation. The results show that the validation score was 87,75 % (very valid category), while the practicality test scored 93,66 % (very practical category). Meanwhile, the effect of the physics e-module is also quite significant, with the results of the t-test 17,84>2,04 and the N-Gain Calculation producing a score of 0,714. Therefore, the use of the deep learning approach-based physics e module is appropriate to improve student’s learning outcomes.

The transition toward digital transformation in higher education institutions is imperative for enhancing efficiency, transparency, and sustainability. This study evaluates the digital transformation readiness of administrative personnel at the University of Papua, focusing on organizational readiness factors: resource availability, cultural adaptability, and ICT infrastructure. The moderating role of technology anxiety, alongside demographic factors such as age and gender, was also analyzed to understand their influence on the institution's preparedness for digitalization. Findings reveal significant associations between readiness components and the ability to effectively adopt digital technologies, while technology anxiety was found to moderate these relationships. The study underscores the critical need for addressing environmental concerns, including paper waste, by implementing sustainable digital practices. Through robust statistical methods and an organizational readiness framework, this research provides actionable insights for institutions aiming to navigate the complexities of digital transformation successfully.
