Coaches use analytics to greatly improve athlete performance by providing strategic guidance, individualized training plans, and ongoing feedback to help athletes attain their maximum potential and master skills.Hence, this study examines the attainment of the PSU coaches on sports analytics both on-field and off-field, the problems and coping strategies to address these. The qualitative-coding design through semi-structured interview have gathered data into the challenges and their coping strategies. The data reveal a notable attainment in on-field analytics but a comparatively moderate in off-field.Moreover, the problems in on-field include limited funding, competing demands between extracurricular activities and academics, and lack of sports infrastructure.Conversely, their off-field problems cover inadequate assistance, communication, and low participation.Self-funding, follow-up mechanisms for effective communication, and training are their coping strategies. There is an indication to suggest collaborations, implementation of a structured development program, efficient channels of communication and offer incentives and guarantee success in coaching.

The study was conducted to determine the pitfalls encountered by grade five teachers during modular teaching and learning. Specifically, it aimed to find out the pitfalls encountered by teachers along with students’ comprehension, students’ academic behavior, monitoring of students’ education, and physical interaction with the learners. The personal profile of teachers, out of the total respondents (56), most of the teachers are female-dominated. Most of them belong to the age bracket of 34 to 45 and most of the teachers are married. Most of the teachers had attended post-graduate studies. Most respondents are still young in the service, holding Teacher 2 and Teacher 3 positions, and attending local, national, and regional training. On the level of pitfalls encountered by teachers in modular teaching and learning, most respondents experienced a slight gravity level in the four aspects. The computed average weighted mean along comprehension is 2.50, along academic behavior is 2.54, along monitoring of students’ performance is 2.58, and along physical interaction is 2.79. All have an equivalent value of moderately grave. There is a specific profile of teachers that is significantly related. Age is significantly associated with monitoring students’ learning. The computed r value is .270, while the calculated significance level is 0.04. Training attended by the teachers is significantly related to some aspects of students’ comprehension, (computed sig. value is 0.04 and physical interaction is .02), which is lower than the .05 level of significance. The grade five teachers who served as respondents are mostly female dominated; they are in their early forties and married. Most of them are attending post-graduate studies and have attended relevant training. Second, the level of teachers’ pitfalls is mostly moderately grave. In addition, age is significantly related to monitoring, training is significantly associated substantially with physical interaction and comprehension.

Individual Performance Commitment Rating (IPCR) is a tool utilized in the implementation of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) among state universities and colleges in the Philippines. The aim of this study is to standardizing (IPCR) computation for faculty with multi-designations in state universities and colleges in the Philippines and be subjected to acceptability evaluation using technology acceptability model (TAM). In addition, administered in accordance with the rules, regulations and standards promulgated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC). Using a descriptive-developmental design, purposively sampled university and campus officials with multi-designations for the past three school years served as the first set of respondents. Their profile, work satisfaction and method of IPCR computation for the past three years were determined. The second set of respondents who evaluated the acceptability of the mathematical model were IPCR main end users such as the university officials, administrators, and statistics center staff. Evaluation result on the acceptability of the developed model based on usefulness, ease of use, attitude towards usage and intention to use was at very highly acceptability level. It is recommended that such mathematical model in computing the IPCR for faculty with multi-designations be a springboard for discussion for PSU and CSC further evaluation and possible adoption.

The fabrication of robots and their embedded systems is challenging due to the complexity of the interacting components. The integration of additive manufacturing (AM) to robotics has made advancements in robotics manufacturing through sophisticated and state-of-the-art AM technologies and materials. With the emergence of 3D printing, 3D printing materials are also being considered and engineered for specific applications. This study reviews different 3D printing materials for 3D printing embedded robotics. Materials such as polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), flexible photopolymers, silicone, and elastomer-based materials were found to be the most used 3D printing materials due to their suitability for robotic applications. This review paper revealed that the key areas requiring more research are material formulations for improved mechanical properties, cost, and the inclusion of materials for specific applications. Future perspectives are also provided.

The study examines the roles of college students in advancing sustainable development goals after covid-19.Questionnaire and interviews were employed. The research was carried out on college students across some continents through online interviews.Descriptive statistics that include frequency distribution and mean were used to analyze all data collected from both ends. From the result of the research,it was discovered that to enhance sustainable development goals, the health of an individual should be paramount.A threat to citizens health constitutes an immense challenge in achieving sustainable development goals. College students should adhere strictly to rules of personal hygiene, adequate nutrition, regular exercise and adequate rest. Also they should encourage and sensitize their peers, family members and the society at large on the importance of healthy living. Students should employ conventional methods of learning and engage in practical activities, vocational education should also be encouraged. Agricultural students should work more on site in commercial methods in order to produce large quantities of foods that will sustain society rather than a more theoretical approach of learning. College students should involve in voluntary community development activities and sensitize the community on how to maintain the available infrastructure in the society. Also, factors such as child-parent interaction,students-Teachers interaction, Intellectual and emotional development should be promoted by the students. College students should be aware of the harmful effects of climate change and environmental pollution. They should be aware of the need to reduce energy consumption in lighting ,cooking and transportation by using energy saving light bulbs, turning on the light only when necessary, use devices that work with solar energy, use public transport, bicycle and / or travel on foot. There is a need for union between different religion in order to promote peace and to achieve sustainable development goals.
