PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE TREKHOSTROVSKY SANCTUARY: SCIENTIFIC TOURISM, VALUE ORIENTATION, POTENTIAL OF STONETHERAPY
The potential for the development of scientific tourism in the Volgograd region is determined by the characteristics of the anthropogenic objects of the Donskoy Nature Park using the example of studying the religious and mythological traditions of the unique Trehostrovskoye sanctuary with the generalization of available scientific materials through the analogy of the cultural components of the cults of stone and fire.
Read moreAnalysis of C-reactive protein levels in uterine fluid of dairy cows
The aim is to study changes in the concentration of C-reactive protein, which serves as an indicator of inflammatory processes in diagnostics, in the exudate from the uterine cavity of dairy animals after parturition. In the period from 2020 to 2024, in the Volgograd Region, scientific work was carried out on the basis of LLC ʺSP ʹDonskoyeʹʺ. The level of C-reactive protein in the fluids obtained after uterine lavage and in plasma samples was determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on a series of samples and a diagnostic kit for this biomarker. The studies in the laboratory were carried out according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the analytical equipment and the necessary reagents. The study revealed modifications in the content of C-reactive protein (CRP) both in blood plasma and in the uterine syringing solutions in cows throughout the experiment. In the uterine lavage solutions of healthy cows from the control series, the average CRP level reached 23.62 8.94 ng/ml, whereas in the animals of the experimental group suffering from metritis this indicator was significantly higher and amounted to 67.26 26.32 ng/ml. There is a spread in the concentrations of C-reactive protein in cows of the two groups, which indicates their different immune activity. The study aims to evaluate C-reactive protein as a potential indicator of inflammation during uterine healing after labor. Based on the results, it can be concluded that determining the concentration of this protein in uterine fluid may be an effective method for identifying inflammatory conditions in this organ.
Read moreThe importance of additional illumination in the cultivation of grafted cucumber seedlings and potato seedlings from botanical seeds
Relevance. Plants use light not only as an energy source for photosynthesis, but also as an important regulator of their growth and development. The characteristics of light, such as intensity, spectral composition, duration of illumination, as well as the characteristics of the luminous flux, play a key role in the physiological processes of plants. Therefore, it is important to work out the lighting modes necessary for the growth of various plant species in order to control their metabolic processes. Material and methodology. In the work, grafted seedlings of Kabeiri F 1 cucumber on the rootstock of a Lagenarium and potato seedlings obtained from botanical seeds of domestic and foreign varieties were simultaneously studied as objects of research: Gulliver, Luck, Vineta, Bellorosa, Riccarda, Indigo. The two crops were grown under light culture conditions with a day duration of 12.14 and 16 hours. LED lamps with blue (440-445 nm) and red (660-665 nm) spectra were used to illuminate the plants in the following ratios: 60/40, 50/50 and 40/60. The studies were carried out in three repetitions of 20 registered plants. The technology of growing plants in protected soil is generally accepted for the Volgograd region. Results. When assessing the effect of bicolor illumination of a grafted cucumber, the R60B40 ratio turned out to be the most suitable, it contributed to the active development of the vegetative part, and an increase in the photoperiod to 14-16 hours prevented the extension of the internodes by 2.0 cm and the subsameral knee at the rootstock. The prevalence of the blue spectrum had a negative effect on the grafted seedlings: a decrease in growth activity, a reduction in the length of the internodes, and with a day length of 16 hours, the tip of the growth point. When assessing the development of the vegetative part of potato seedlings obtained from botanical seeds, it is possible to note a similar reaction of the tops as in the grafted Kabeiri F1 cucumber. However, when assessing the yield of mini tubers, it was the predominance of the blue spectrum that increased the yield percentage to 26.1% with a photoperiod of 16 hours.
Read moreSynthesis of a Parallel Structure Manipulator Control Algorithm
The work is devoted to the construction of a mathematical model of the dynamics of a manipulator of a parallel structure with three degrees of freedom, based on reducing the kinetic and potential energies of the manipulator to a quadratic form relative to three independent generalized coordinates and velocities. The mechanical system of the manipulator includes seven masses: the masses of three housings, the masses of three actuator rods and the concentrated mass of a spherical hinge with a gripper and a load. The lengths of the actuating links, the angles of rotation of the actuating cylinders relative to the absolute coordinate system, and the Cartesian coordinates of the spherical hinge, on which stationary holonomic connections are superimposed, are used as generalized coordinates of the manipulator. Using the Lagrange formalism with indefinite multipliers, taking into account holonomic connections, a system of twelve nonlinear differential equations with respect to twelve generalized coordinates and nine Lagrange multipliers is formed. The parameters of dynamic models are determined using the method of quadratic approximation of functions over a given time interval for each type of basic displacement. The resulting system of linear algebraic equations is used to synthesize optimal control forces. Using the methods of calculus of variations, optimal control forces are determined that ensure the program law of motion of the manipulator grip from the condition of minimal heat losses of the drive electric motors. The results of mathematical modeling when moving the manipulator grip along a spatial straight line are presented.

Optimization of Resource Allocation in the Tasks of Technical Operation of Hydraulic Reclamation Systems
The aim of the study is computer modeling and solving the linear programming problem to intensify the use of limited resources. The research used methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling and programming. The use of binary variables for discrete optimization using linear programming methods is justified. As a result of the analysis of mathematical support tools for computer systems, as well as the methodology of their development, the introduction of mathematical optimization blocks within the framework of the information technologies being developed is justified. The practical significance of the developed optimization subsystem is determined by the possibility of allocating limited resources according to a given criterion using the example of planning repair and restoration work of an irrigation system. This makes it possible to optimally allocate limited resources, in particular, according to the criterion of maximum agricultural production.
Read moreModels of rental behavior of hospital patients (based on the results of a semi-formalized interview of doctors)
Currently, the problem of rental patients behavior is poorly understood in the sociology of medicine. The article discusses the concept of "rental behavior", differentiates the related categories of "rental motivation" and "rental attitude". Using the strategy of qualitative sociological research, a semi[1]formal interview of hospital doctors was conducted in order to identify typical behavioral patterns of rent-oriented patients. It is advisable to build interaction in the doctor-patient dyad taking into account the diagnosis of the rental behavior model. The results of the study can be used in the theory of sociology of medicine and in the development of applied sociological research programs.

The experiment showed that in the risky farming zone where the experiment was carried out, the introduction of mineral nutrition into southern chernozem significantly influenced the content of nutrients in the soil. Experimental studies were carried out in 2018-2021 on the southern chernozem of the Volgograd region, on the fields of the «Eliseev A.N.» peasant farm, located in the Mikhailovsky district. The varieties of spring durum wheat Donskaya Elegiya, Krasnokutka 13 and winter durum wheat Aksinit and Agat Donskoy were compared with the addition of the calculated amount of mineral nutrition for given yield levels. The experience showed that in variants without the addition of mineral nutrition, it accumulated in the early spring (this was the maximum accumulation) from 5.02 (Don Elegy) to 5.07 (Aksinit) mg per 100 g of soil. The application of N147P5K90 to all varieties was marked by the maximum accumulation of the amount of nitrate nitrogen, and it varied between varieties from 7.01 (Aksinit variety) to 7.57 (Krasnokutka 13 variety) mg per 100 g of soil. By the end of the growing season the least amount of nitrate nitrogen was retained on the Aksinit variety – 4.11 mg per 100 g of soil. While the Krasnokutka 13 variety retained the level of 4.71 mg per 100 g of soil. A similar dependence was observed for the accumulation and consumption of mobile phosphorus. As a result, in varieties without the use of mineral nutrition, the yield ranged from 1.34 t/ha (Krasnokutka 13) to 3.41 t/ha (Aksinit). The maximum yield values were obtained from the application of N74Р27К45 and it ranged from 2.41 t/ha (variety Krasnokutka 13) to 4.02 t/ha (variety Aksinit).
