Cognitive challenges and decision-making complexity are intensifying in the digital era, particularly within project management frameworks affected by systemic crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This study explores how digital technologies reshape project management by influencing information processing, coordination, and governance models in both the private and public sectors. Drawing on empirical evidence from Ukrainian public institutions and SMEs, the article identifies the uneven pace of digital adoption and the structural, ethical, and informational asymmetries that hinder optimal implementation. The study highlights how big data, intelligent analytics, and emerging AI applications—particularly neural computing and machine learning—introduce new paradigms of cognitive processing, configuration management, and value generation across the project lifecycle. It also addresses infrastructural and organisational obstacles, such as digital inequality, information overload, and the need for adaptive decision models. Special attention is given to public administration, where digital tools must balance democratic inclusivity with system efficiency. The findings underscore the dual role of digital technologies as both enablers and disruptors of traditional management logic, requiring a fundamental reconceptualisation of how information is structured, evaluated, and acted upon in dynamic environments.

The article aimed at the theoretical analysis of motivation factors in lifelong learning from a psychological perspective. This research is based ‎on qualitative methodology. The main toolkit consisted of content analysis and grounded theory elements. It was shown that a more ‎thorough understanding of learning helps people see lifelong learning as having an interest in improving communities and society in ‎addition to having an economic focus. Findings show that at the heart of continuous learning lies intrinsic motivation. Namely, the internal ‎drive fuels individuals to seek out new knowledge without the need for external rewards and fear of external punishment. Lifelong learning ‎and lifelong education should be clearly distinguished. Institutional factors of lifelong learning motivation are negative ones, ‘factors of fear’, ‎while personal factors of motivation are positive ones, ‘factors of opportunities’‎.

The paper analyzes the development of the American historiography of the cult of Asclepius from 1945 to the present. It explores the contribution of American scholars to the study of the religious aspect of the cult and their engagement with its multifaceted nature as a social, religious, and medical phenomenon of the ancient world. The paper outlines the evolution of methodological perspectives, including the shift from the text-centered studies by E. Edelstein and L. Edelstein to interdisciplinary methods introduced by B. Wickiser and G. Renberg. The author considers the innovative approaches to the integration of archaeological, epigraphic, and textual sources that enabled a more comprehensive understanding of the cult. Considerable attention is given to studies of the cult’s political and social dimensions, interaction with early Christianity, and the role of ritual in forming individual and collective identity. Analyses of the incubation ritual, votive sacrifices, and the cult’s adaptation to socio-cultural change are also examined. Researchers stressed the cult’s role in societal recovery after crises, in strengthening social cohesion, restoring civic identity, and ensuring spiritual balance in ancient communities. The paper further discusses research on the cult’s interaction with other religions, particularly early Christianity, and analyzes how this competition influenced the shaping of religious identity and cultural heritage. Religious rituals are emphasized as crucial to political stability, social cohesion, and maintaining continuity in the face of evolving societal dynamics and cultural challenges. The study advances our understanding of ancient religion, the significance of the cult of Asclepius, and the global contribution of American historiography. It opens new perspectives for interdisciplinary research on political, socio-cultural, and religious factors influencing the cult’s formation, development, and enduring relevance in diverse historical contexts.

Introduction. In the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the attention of media workers is drawn to socially sensitive content. Editorial offices are faced with tragedies and human suffering every day, raise socially important topics, and fight Russian disinformation. Mobilization and the activities of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP) are an extremely acute topic in the eyes of Ukrainian society today. This is due to the lack of effective mobilization communication and the creation of a positive image of this phenomenon. Relevance and purpose. The article analyzes positive media approaches to creating effective mobilization communication in Ukraine. Recommendations are given for professional media coverage through subtopics that concern society the most. The purpose is to analyze positive media approaches to creating effective mobilization communication in Ukraine in times of war based on the materials of publications of Ukrainian online publications. Methodology. The material was journalistic publications, in particular headlines from Ukrainian online media, which demonstrate positive practice in presenting the topic of mobilization in the information space, and also determine the mood of Ukrainians in war conditions. The objectivity and comprehensiveness of the study was ensured by the use of a number of methods: descriptive, contextual analysis, communicative-pragmatic analysis, monitoring. Results. Taking into account the research of the Institute of Mass Information, the recommendations of the Commission on Journalistic Ethics, as well as our own observations, the main media approaches to creating effective mobilization communication in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war were identified: motivation to fulfill civic duty and voluntary entry into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, compliance with legislative norms, the rights of mobilized people, fairness in decision-making, effective interaction of the CCK and the Joint Commission with units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Examples of positive practice are human-centeredness and coverage of motivational stories, which are shown by examples of successful mobilization. Conclusions. It is summarized that correct mobilization communication should provide answers to public inquiries. Journalists should focus on social responsibility, therefore correct mobilization communication should emphasize that this is not a compulsion, but the duty of every citizen in wartime, it is a matter of collective security of Ukraine and a need for defense and our future victory.

The article provides a thorough study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of managerial decision-making in the specific context of the functioning and development of the commodity market infrastructure, as well as the optimization of production and warehouse logistics processes. It is substantiated that in conditions of global instability, transformation of supply chains, and increasing security risks, managerial decision-making acts as a key tool for harmonizing material and information flows. The multidimensional nature of managerial choice is revealed as a result of the synthesis of rational analysis, the infrastructural capabilities of the enterprise, and the requirements of the digital economy. Special attention is paid to substantiating the appropriateness of implementing the SERVO method not only as a narrow analytical tool but also as an integral conceptual framework for strategic management. The study details the interdependence of five key components of the method: strategic objectives, characteristics of the external market environment, resource provision (technological and infrastructural), organizational values, and the internal structure of the logistics complex. It is proved that the systematic integration of these elements enables managers of logistics units to identify hidden imbalances between the stated development strategy and the actual operational capabilities of the infrastructure, which are often overlooked in traditional analytical approaches. Within the research, the «decision tree» tool has been adapted to substantiate complex investment projects for the automation of warehouse complexes, allowing the modeling of various market demand scenarios and minimizing financial losses. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of BPMN graphical notation for standardizing and visualizing multi-level logistics processes. The authors demonstrate that formalizing decision-making algorithms using BPMN ensures transparency in warehouse operations, reduces the risk of staff errors, and provides the necessary foundation for the successful implementation of integrated management systems such as WMS and ERP. The research findings confirm that applying the proposed analytical tools significantly enhances the organization's internal readiness for large-scale strategic changes, supports informed resource redistribution, and aligns logistical priorities with volatile market conditions. The practical significance of the study lies in establishing a methodological framework to improve the flexibility of managing infrastructure facilities and minimize risks associated with implementing long-term logistical initiatives in the modern Ukrainian economy.
