Roundworm Mitigation as a Conservation Strategy for Allegheny Woodrats in Ohio, USA
Baylisascaris procyonis, the ubiquitous roundworm of raccoons (Procyon lotor), is a threat to remaining populations of Allegheny woodrat (Neotoma magister). The distribution of anthelmintic baits has been shown to be an effective management tool to support woodrat recovery. We compared the prevalence of B. procyonis eggs in raccoon feces across occupied woodrat habitat in Ohio for 3 y before and 6 y after the implementation of anthelmintic baiting. Baiting significantly reduced prevalence of B. procyonis at woodrat habitats, even in years when baiting was not implemented. We recommend anthelmintic baiting as an effective conservation strategy in areas where Allegheny woodrat populations are vulnerable.

Get Those Global Experiences!: Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Outcomes of Creative Thinking in Conflict Resolution
To investigate differential effects of multicultural interactions (MIs) and exposures (MEs) and to test Maddux et al.’s new structural model of multicultural experience, this research examines the impact of MIs and MEs on intrapersonal versus interpersonal creative thinking. Study 1 tests the associations of MIs and MEs with creative thinking in idea generation and conceptual conflict resolution. Study 2 examines MIs’ and MEs’ relationship with creative thinking in applied conflict resolution (i.e., international business negotiation), with closed-mindedness as a mediator. Results show that MIs (but not MEs) were positively associated with self-reported (intrapersonal) measures of creative thinking in conflict resolution (CTCR), whereas MEs (but not MIs) were positively associated with creative thinking (interpersonal) outcomes in realistic, business conflict resolution contexts. Closed-mindedness fully mediated the former and partially mediated the latter association.

Analogy, Christ, and Covenant: A Conversation with John Betz
Abstract John Betz’ historical argument about Erich Przywara and the analogia entis in Christ, the Logos of Creation produces innovative constructive proposals that clarify the nature of Przywara's disagreement with Karl Barth. In light of the Przywara‐Barth debate, this essay explores a historical point of convergence and a dogmatic point of divergence to engage in a conversation about the relationship between theology and metaphysics, the role of Christology in dogmatics, and ongoing ecumenical dialogue between Roman Catholic and Protestant theologians.

As cultures continue to change, ministry and missiology also inevitably change. One area of development has been the redefining of gender roles in ministry; these changes have created more opportunities for women to pursue leadership positions within the church. More specifically, more opportunities have risen for Asian American women to pursue leadership positions within the church. However, as Asian American women pursue their callings and vocations within the church, they are faced with cultural tensions, such as gender stigmas and hierarchical cultural norms. Should this issue not be investigated, the lack of support for Asian American church leaders will be perpetuated, and Asian American women may continue to feel ill-equipped when entering ministerial leadership positions. The present study explored the stories of 11 Asian American women clergy who overcame challenges and navigated church tensions to fulfill the Lord’s call upon their lives.
