The use of directive speech transfer patterns as an implementation of teacher interaction styles in Indonesian language learning
The application of the teacher's interaction style by arranging speech with directive speech is a superior ability in Indonesian language learning. This is because teachers are required to implement Indonesian learning that can develop critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative characters in students. Therefore, this study aims to describe speech switching through how to take over the turn of speech and provide a turn of speech with directive speech as a form of applying the teacher's interaction style in Indonesian learning to increase students' active participation in developing critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative skills. The approach used in this study is the classroom discourse approach. This class discourse approach directs analysis on data obtained from formal and planned conversation interactions (plan discourse). The focus of this conversation interaction lies with the teacher, as the determinant of the topic of conversation. The three main things appear in this Indonesian learning research in the form of: (1) students give honest responses to learning stimulants provided by teachers, (2) students submit more opinions on the information conveyed by the teacher or on the opinions submitted by other students, provide more information, (3) students make their own learning conclusions in their own language and way, Both individually and in groups, (4) students make optimal use of their activities, respond to learning stimuli provided by teachers, (5) students who ask questions, both to teachers and to other students, and (6) students make their own assessments of the results of their work.

An electric utility must be able to handle to handle the energy demand as well as the peak demand brought on by EV charging because of the world's growing use of electric vehicles. A utility must be able to keep its THD (use full form) within the specified range in addition to meeting peak demand and energy demands. Stated differently, the penetration of EVs into the power system has the potential to disrupt the system's voltage and current waveforms. Therefore, we need to be able to make the supply side of the EV battery charging circuit harmonic free in order to maintain the system's health. Either an active filter or a passive filter can be used for harmonic compensation. According to design, an active filter can remove any amount of harmonic content; however, it is more expensive. A passive filter with a clever design can be useful for eliminating a fixed harmonic component or specific harmonic content. In this project implementing the filter multiple EV chargers are simulated and the harmonic obtained in the supply side is studied. Both single phase and three phase chargers are simulated and the results analysed. The study uses MATLAB/SIMULINK software.

Exploring the knowledge structure of coping strategies in teacher education research using bibliometric analysis
ABSTRACT Coping strategies have become more prevalent in teacher education as coping is essential for thriving in this present era of unforeseen changes that increase the demands of the teaching profession. Considering the field’s significance and breadth, bibliometric analysis – a rigorous analysis of large volumes of scientific data – was undertaken with the aim of capturing the field’s entire knowledge structure. The study conducted performance and science mapping analyses on 238 empirical articles from Web of Science (1992–2023). Findings indicate the field’s publication trend, most productive authors, journals, affiliations, and nations, most referenced papers, and most prominent terms. The themes encompassed different emphases: COVID-19, workplace changes, professional context, stress, and related constructs. The topics informed purposes of coping strategies, their relation with different variables, and research methodologies applied in coping strategies studies. The study delineates the scientometric landscape of the field, illuminating potential areas of inquiry and scope for future studies.

Ethnic Minority Education in Myanmar
This observe explores ethnic minority education in Myanmar through a quantitative evaluation of demographic traits, academic overall performance, get entry to to instructional sources, and perceptions of the getting to know surroundings amongst three hundred participants. The findings reveal a balanced gender distribution and variations in ethnic illustration, emphasizing the want for focused interventions. Despite stereotypes, the moderately excessive imply GPA underscores educational achievements among ethnic minority students. Positive perceptions of library availability advise a robust basis, while demanding situations in computer get entry to factor to areas for development. The take a look at highlights the significance of fostering inclusive and culturally responsive mastering environments to address nuanced perspectives. As Myanmar ambitions for national harmony and sustainable improvement, those findings make a contribution to shaping rules and interventions for an equitable schooling device that embraces the wealthy diversity of its ethnic minority students.

The main objective was to study performance management framework (PMF) for factors of mentoring strategies (MSs) for beginning teachers (BTs). Mail survey was conducted. All 251 mentors were selected by using census method. The instrument is developed on Kolb's experiential learning theory (1984), Bandura’s self-efficacy theory (1998), MSs linked to a five-factor mentoring model (Hudson, 2004), strategies for mentoring pedagogical knowledge (Hudson, 2013), strategies for effective mentoring (University of North Texas, 2018), operational guidelines for teacher mentoring and school cluster support programme (Ministry of Education [MOE], 2017a), and teacher competency standards framework (MOE, 2017b). Principal component analysis (PCA), One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and independent samples t test were used. The study revealed MSs and PMF. Mentors in upper region (UR) were the lowest perception because they had unbalanced workload and unrecognition of some officers. Females provided more for emotional support.
